Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос развития внутриличностных конфликтов в процесс осуществления военнослужащим своей профессиональной деятельности. Предложены пути создания таких условий труда, которые позволили бы минимизировать риск возникновения внутриличностного диссонанса.
