Abstract

В статье дается анализ организации высшего инклюзивного образования в Норвегии. Автором раскрывается понятие «универсальный дизайн», подробно рассматриваются вопросы: содержание организации универсального дизайна на высшем уровне, условия его осуществления; работа органов, обеспечивающих его реализацию; подбор специальных средств согласно потребностям учащихся.
