Abstract

В работе освещена возможность внедрения информационных технологий в процесс принятия решений в сфере социальных услуг. Предпосылкой инициативы проведения данного исследования является неопределенность вокруг внедрения автоматизации в процесс принятия решений в социальной сфере. Как оказалось, есть прецедент, где апробация автоматизации приятия решений была применена в одном из муниципалитетов Швеции в 2017 году.
