Abstract

Данная статья исследует принятый в сентябре 2020 «План действий ЕС на 2021–2027 гг. по перенастройке системы общего и профессионального образования Европы для цифровой эпохи», который является частью общих мер по преодолению масштабного кризиса, вызванного пандемией covid-19. Этот план стал результатом подробных консультаций Еврокомиссии со всеми заинтересованными сторонами и участниками образовательного процесса. Он определяет требования цифровой эпохи к системе образования, а также долгосрочные и первоочередные задачи, стоящие перед ЕС в данном контексте. Описываются предпринимаемые шаги по реализации данного проекта. Опыт ЕС может быть полезен для разработчиков стратегии цифровой трансформации образовательной системы России.
