Abstract
The article introduces an analysis of some conditions for development safe educational environment in the new raelity, in relation with COVID-19. The modern approaches to the educational process in European countries are described. Some ways of solving the problem in the changed conditions in the universities of Bulgaria are revealed. Factors and conditions on which the safe educational environment in the future depends are derived.
