Abstract
The article shows the leading role of the family in the formation of communication skills in children with speech disorders. Definitions of the concepts of communication skills are given. The article considers ways and techniques of family participation in the formation of the ability of a child with speech disorders to build communication. The relevance of partnership interaction between families, teachers and psychologists in this area is proved.
