Abstract

The specialists of the sphere of social service work with the clients who are agents of dysfunctional categories of society. Social workers, who help dysfunctional families, in their practice face the situation which can further cause the frustration and professional burning. Supervision as a form of assistance of social workers that can stave off coming and correct existing problems in professional area is considered.
