Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the importance of physical culture and health promotion of students in modern conditions. The necessity of a healthy lifestyle is revealed, physical exercises are proposed for the prevention of diseases and health promotion, and methods of increasing the efficiency of students' workability are considered.
