Abstract

The main problem of maintaining efficiency in the conditions of teleworking is that for enterprises and workers who previously did not have experience of working from home-office, this situation is a certain stress. The authors of the article presented the organizational mechanism of team management in the conditions of remote work, as a set of tools for making managerial decisions. One of the main aspects of the mechanism is to improve the efficiency of motivating employees, while it is recommended to use the investment motivation model.
