Abstract

В статье обсуждаются актуальные современные проблемы подготовки профессиональных медиаторов. Отмечаются сложности, связанные с недостаточным пониманием структуры процесса медиации и нечеткостью определения сущности их целей. Из этого автором выводятся задачи, стоящие перед обучаемыми и преподавателями на каждом этапе работы со сторонами конфликта. Подчеркивается важность выявления типичных ошибок, допускаемых медиаторами на каждой стадии, раскрывается сущность этих осложнений и предлагаются конструктивные альтернативы неэффективных действий.
