Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос организации спортивных соревнований в ходе учебного процесса по дисциплине «Физическая культура и спорт» в вузе. Показано, что соревновательная деятельность на любом уровне способствует концентрации внимания студентов на личностных возможностях в данной сфере. Интегральный показатель развития – спортивный результат может использоваться в обыденной жизни как устойчивый и информативный маркер.
