Abstract

В работе рассмотрено понятие VUCA-мира, как нового явления, сопровождающегося высокой изменчивостью, неопределенностью, сложностью и неоднозначностью. Становление и развитие этого явления тесно связано с цифровой трансформацией современного общества, которую можно рассматривать в разнообразных аспектах, но главным образом с позиции активного внедрения цифровых технологий, создающих цифровые продукты и услуги. Отдельное внимание уделено «сквозным» технологиям, создающим высокотехнологичные цифровые продукты и сервисы, и оказывающим влияние на все отрасли, меняя правила организации бизнеса и выстраивания жизненного вектора людей.
