    Abstract:
    Рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с определением целей назначения и исполнения пожизненного лишения свободы, а также проведен анализ их возможного фактического достижения. Цель: определить соответствие и приоритет целей применения уголовного наказания, установленных законом, пожизненному лишению свободы. Методы: сравнительно-правовой, эмпирические методы описания, интерпретации; теоретические методы формальной и диалектической логики; частнонаучные методы толкования правовых норм, юридико-догматический. Цели применения наказания пожизненного лишения свободы рассматриваются через призму дефинитивно определенного понятия целей, общих для всех уголовных наказаний, относительно их применения, т.е. его назначения и исполнения, а также доктринальных учений о целях уголовного наказания на различных исторических этапах развития государства, которые условно можно свести к выделению таких целей, как воccтановление социальной справедливости, предупреждение совершения новых преступлений (частная и общая превенция), исправление осужденного. На основании анализа научных и исследовательских работ по вопросу сущности целей наказания, перечисленных в части 2 статьи 43 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации, и их применимости к пожизненному лишению свободы, автор пришел к выводу, что каждая из этих целей подвергается обоснованной критике из-за отсутствия четких языковых конструкций оценочных понятий и точных критериев их достижения. Выводы: эти обстоятельства указывают на необходимость корректировки содержания общих целей уголовного наказания и разработки механизма достижения этих целей присущих каждому виду наказания, в том числе и пожизненному лишению свободы.

    The article deals with the issues of restructuring the work of light industry enterprises during the Great Patriotic War. Changes in equipment and production technology, technical improvement of production processes provided a mode of economy in the consumption of essential materials and created additional opportunities to increase the output of military products. The organization of the flow contributed to the increase in labor productivity, the creation of conditions for the transition of many factories from lagging to advanced ones.

    В настоящее время травмы являются одной из основных причин нетрудоспособности. Особенно часто спортивные травмы вызывают нарушения опорно-двигательного аппарата, в суставах и связках. Лечение и восстановление после травмы обычно занимают продолжительное время. Задачи лечебной физкультуры включают улучшение общего состояния пациента, стимуляцию крово- и лимфообращения, помощь в быстром рассасывании отеков и гематом, восстановление функции поврежденных органов, а также развитие заместительных движений при потере основных.

    Abstract:
    This study is devoted to the study of the fundamentals of legal regulation of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia, as well as the role of the state in the regulation and implementation of this institution. The author considers the system of normative legal acts and acts of interpretation operating in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy), the main directions of state policy, tasks and functions of public authorities directly involved in the implementation of legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy). During the study of these issues, the author analyzed scientific literature, judicial practice, as well as materials of judicial statistics showing trends in the development of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia and the practice of its application. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the need to improve the regulatory framework of this institution, including taking into account the adjustment of the distribution of functions between public authorities, which will increase the effectiveness of the implementation of bankruptcy procedures in practice.

But with China's successful control of the coronavirus, China's economy has gradually recovered and oil demand has returned to normal.
