    Abstract:
    The article examines the traumatic experience of an individual in an educational environment as a systemic phenomenon that arises at the intersection of individual vulnerabilities, interpersonal interactions, and institutional practices of an educational institution. The educational environment is analyzed as a set of norms, relationships, communications, and digital channels that can both support personal development and exacerbate chronic stress and re-traumatization. The article explores the main sources of trauma and their psychological consequences. Special attention is given to the multi-level system of psychological assistance, which includes prevention, early detection, counseling, and crisis intervention. It has been shown that, with psychological safety, social support, and appropriate educational practices, the educational environment can become a space for not only recovery, but also post-traumatic personal growth.

    The author emphasizes that amid the global demographic transition of the 2020s, population aging is becoming a defining challenge for the sustainable development of national economies. This chapter examines the impact of changing age structure on labor market performance and long-term economic growth dynamics. The aim of the study is to identify mechanisms for the economic system's adaptation to the increasing share of older age groups and to substantiate strategies for ensuring resilience in the face of a declining working-age population. Labor shortages have been shown to act as a catalyst for accelerated robotization and the implementation of artificial intelligence systems. The integration of age-diversity programs into companies' ESG strategies has been shown to contribute to increased labor productivity. Key risks to long-term GDP associated with declining investment activity and the transformation of consumer demand have been identified. It has been substantiated that economic resilience in the face of an aging population can be achieved not through attempts to artificially «rejuvenate» the workforce, but through the development of a lifelong learning system and the technological substitution of routine operations. The results of the study can be used to adjust state demographic security strategies and corporate talent management policies.

    Abstract:
    In the theoretical part of the chapter, the basic concepts of program-targeted management of socio-economic processes of territorial development are given and developed. The epistemological roots of the emergence and modification of this tool are identified, and modern typologies of project management structures and algorithms are presented, taking into account situational conditions. In the empirical part, specific conditions are considered that accompany the dynamics of the development of project management by the Kaluga Region State Unitary Enterprise Kalugadorkazachik in planning and ensuring the implementation of the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project in the region. It is the quality of infrastructure that largely determines the standard of living of the population, the investment attractiveness and the volume of financial (as well as other) assets, and the diversification of the real sectors of the regional (municipal) economy. Therefore, the interest in innovative updates to the program and target support, the use of unused reserves, and intensification is quite natural. In this regard, the experience of the Kaluga Region can serve as a standard for the further development of many other regions of the Russian Federation.

    This monograph provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the phenomenon known in the scientific literature as the "maternal curse" – a specific mechanism for the transmission of mental and behavioral patterns through the maternal line. The study integrates data from epigenetics, neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and esoteric traditions to create a holistic model of the transgenerational transmission of traumatic experiences. The process of formation of the biochemical "landscape" in the prenatal period is analyzed, which becomes an unconscious landmark for the human psyche throughout the rest of life. Neurophysiological mechanisms of consolidation of this pattern through hormonal systems (cortisol, dopamine, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) are considered and ways of its transformation through conscious work with maternal trauma are proposed.     The article examines the issues of socio-economic development of the region using the Republic of Mordovia as an example. External shocks that Mordovia faced had a significant impact on the dynamics and results of socio-economic development of the region. The study involved statistical data from the territorial body of Rosstat for the Republic of Mordovia, data from various ratings of Russian regions, and materials from the authorities of the Republic of Mordovia, which made it possible to identify the following most pressing problems of regional development: low rates of economic growth, small volume of industrial production, shortage of investment resources of the workforce, unfavorable demographic situation, low standard of living.

    Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the role of transformational coaching in combination with game practice in the formation and development of self-consciousness of the individual. The scientific concept of transformational coaching, its historical roots, key features and methodology are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the "Self-Consciousness Development System" (SRS) as tools that activate reflection, emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility. It is proved that the synthesis of coaching and game practices creates conditions for the deep transformation of the personality, overcoming internal barriers and the formation of a stable self-consciousness.     В статье исследуется эффективность практики применения коучинга в спортивной подготовке высококвалифицированных атлетов. Несмотря на активное развитие коучинга как инструмента поддержки спортсменов, его результативность остаётся предметом дискуссий. Автор вносит вклад в развитие методологии психологии коучинга (Coaching Psychology) как отрасли психологического знания, делая ее более эффективной для работы со спортсменами. В статье представлены методы оценки эффективности коучинга, включая количественные показатели, и описана модель формирования прочности и вариативности двигательных навыков, критически важных для стабильности соревновательной деятельности. На примере кейса гребца-слаломиста продемонстрировано сокращение ошибок при прохождении сложных элементов гонки на 35% благодаря комбинации психологических методик, таких как постановка целей с использованием модели GROW, ментальная визуализация и тренировка с биологической обратной связью. Делается вывод о необходимости интеграции объективных измерений в оценку коучинговых программ.

    Abstract:
    The author analyzes the relationship between investments and economic growth, establishes the dependence of the volume of investments in the region on the profitability of corporations, which in turn depends on the conjuncture of world coal prices. Investments in the region are studied on the basis of the investment rate indicator, which for 2015–2022 is presented in the form of a polyline and is in the range of 17–26%. An analytical study of the sources of attracting investments notes significant volatility in both credit and budgetary resources. The share of borrowed funds of credit institutions in 2022 decreased to a historic low of 2.2%. On the contrary, the share of budget funds has increased to 16%, but at the same time remains significantly lower than other regions of the Russian Federation. Mining is the main activity in the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass and over the period under study, the share of investments in the structure of economic activities increased to 47 percent. Over the past three years, there has been an increase in investments by state-owned organizations from 9.2% in 2019 to 15.6–11.8%% in 2020–2022. The share of active investments in Kuzbass significantly exceeds the share of active investments in the Russian Federation at 36.4% in 2022 and indicates the dynamism and efficiency of investments in the region. The dynamism of the investment process in the region is confirmed by a review of major investment projects being implemented in the Kemerovo Region: the plywood mill on the territory of the Angero-Sudzhensk TOR, the four-star Cosmos Sheregesh hotel complex, the BELAZ technical support center, the Kuzbass Broiler mushroom production workshop.

    Increasing the human potential of teaching staff takes one of their leading places in identifying urgent tasks to improve the quality of general education as the main vector of development of state educational policy. The interrelation and interdependence of the processes of increasing the human potential of teachers and the quality of educational results of students are beyond doubt determines the relevance of the presented research. The purpose of this article is to identify the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation. The main materials for the study were federal and regional regulatory documents reflecting the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human resources of teaching staff in the Russian Federation, and the main research method in the presented work was the analysis of these documents. In addition, the study was also based on an analysis of the regional practice of implementing the main directions of state policy in the field of education on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.     The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.
