    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the main directions of the development of pedagogical acmeology as a branch of applied acmeology. Examines the professional and psychological characteristics and features of a teacher's professional development that are in demand in the multicultural educational space of a medical university. According to the authors, the professional development of a teacher in the multicultural educational space of a medical university requires the development of such personality qualities that will contribute to the teacher's willingness to respond to the requests of students of various faiths or ethnic communities, and the creation of a friendly psychological microclimate in the student body.
