- The article presents a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of ecological relationships in the context of modern organizational psychology. It examines the main definitions, structure, and key factors (respect, equality, safety, trust) underlying ecological relationships among employees of commercial organizations. The necessity of implementing human-centered approaches to personnel management in order to reduce staff turnover and enhance team performance is substantiated. Special attention is paid to coaching as an effective tool for forming and maintaining ecological relationships. The authors demonstrate how the coaching approach, based on the principles of partnership, active listening, and respect for boundaries, contributes to the development of psychological safety and trust within a team. The article is intended for psychologists, HR specialists, managers, and coaches working in the field of organizational development.
