    Abstract:
    The development of educational export is an important strategic task both for Russian universities at the institutional level, allowing them to increase the level of global competitiveness, and at the state level, ensuring the implementation of the principles of the «soft power» strategy. Both of these goal-settings contribute to the achievement of national interests through attraction and persuasion. To increase the efficiency of the export of Russian education and high-quality training of specialists for the global labor market, it is necessary to develop effective methods, mechanisms and technologies for improving the intercultural adaptive environment of educational organizations, which became the main goal of this study. Cultural diversity is a key value guide for the classification of cultures of peoples and countries, as well as an important criterion for the effective management of multicultural groups and organizations. In the context of educational organizations, cultural diversity is becoming a powerful driver for the development of competencies in the host institutions for foreign students, but it is important to systematically approach all components of an intercultural adaptive environment based on the implementation and scaling of best practices. In this study, based on a sociological survey of foreign students in Russian universities, priority adaptation tools are systematized both along the internal contour of the educational organization, as well as and in external bilateral and network interactions. The research recommendations are both strategic in nature, defining the fundamental tasks of educational organizations to create an intercultural adaptive environment, and of an applied and methodological nature, based on proposals regarding the development of specific tools for intercultural adaptation.

  • The impact of using chatbots on learning a foreign language in a non-linguistic university

    Abstract:
    The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that artificial intelligence and neural network chatbots are playing an increasingly important role in higher education; they often take over traditional methods of teaching a foreign language in non-linguistic universities. At the same time, the issue of the advantages of using artificial intelligence in teaching a foreign language remains open. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using neural network chatbots in the process of teaching a foreign language in comparison with traditional teaching methods. To achieve this goal, the author uses experimental teaching of English to first-year future culturologists. As a result of the study, it was found that the process of assimilation of foreign language material when teaching a foreign language using chatbots differs from the process of assimilation while teaching traditionally. Significant differences were noticed at the stages of formation of motivation, presentation of new foreign language material, comprehension and rethinking of the new lexical and grammatical material. Such phenomena as clip thinking, the Google effect, and the devaluation of students’ memory with the constant use of digital devices have a particularly strong influence on changes in the learning process. Techniques are proposed to neutralize the negative impact of neural network learning on students, when implemented, an increase in the effectiveness of teaching a foreign language using neural network chatbots is observed.

    В статье идет речь о технологиях искусственного интеллекта, таких как системы видеоаналитики, предназначенные для контроля ситуации на дорогах, «умные» пешеходные переходы, системы модернизации светофоров для управления транспортными потоками и др. Отмечается, что искусственный интеллект обладает рядом бесспорных преимуществ в сфере предупреждения дорожно-транспортных происшествий: способностью анализировать внушительный объем информации за минимальное время, обнаруживать места с наиболее высокой аварийностью, оповещать водителей об опасности и т. д. В числе рисков указаны возможность взлома систем и недостаточная точность алгоритмов, которая может привести к неверным решениям и прогнозам.

    The chapter is devoted to digital innovations and technologies that open up wide opportunities for agricultural production: management and monitoring of facilities in remote areas, herd management, monitoring of basic vital signs of animals, monitoring the accuracy of fertilizer application, forecasting adverse natural phenomena, maintaining distributed databases on land purchase and lease transactions, and others relevant directions. Industry 4.0 involves the active use of the latest digital technologies, tools and services in the daily activities of a modern agricultural engineer, agronomist, animal technician, veterinarian and other industry specialists. The author consider the process of active digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex industry as an inevitable way of forming a digital footprint, which can have a negative impact on the formation of the carbon footprint and the environment as a whole. Direct and indirect ways to minimize the carbon footprint by reducing the digital footprint in agricultural production are described. In conclusion, the conclusions are formulated that digital technologies contribute to improving the efficiency of modern digital agricultural production: presentation of information in various forms, automation of calculations, analysis of large amounts of data, decision support, etc. Limitations are also highlighted: uneven wireless coverage in agriculture, difficulties in maintenance and repair of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, lack of a legal framework, and a low level of digital culture.

    Результаты работы алгоритмов искусственного интеллекта претендуют на полноценном участии в доказывании по уголовным делам и влияют на теоретические основы процесса. С точки зрения теории средств доказывания, развитой в работах С.Б. Россинского, результаты работы алгоритмов искусственного интеллекта обладают исключительно свойствами вспомогательных средств доказывания. По свойствам результатов работы алгоритмов искусственного интеллекта вводится дополнительный признак в состав средств доказывания и уточняется определение группы вспомогательных средств доказывания. Результаты работы алгоритмов искусственного интеллекта могут быть полезны в уголовных делах о налоговых преступлениях, известных своей высокой сложностью и большими объемами данных.

    На сегодняшний день неотъемлемой частью ведения бизнеса является оценка стоимости активов компании. Современная тенденция стремительного совершенствования технологического прогресса сопровождается увеличением доли использования информации при ведении экономической деятельности. Такая информация может быть представлена в виде цифровых интеллектуальных активов. Они в свою очередь становятся полноправными объектами хозяйственного оборота, предметами сделок и объектами стоимостной оценки. Так как цифровые активы – это инновация, начавшая свое существование относительно недавно, возникают трудности с определением факторов, оказывающих влияние на их стоимость. В статье приведены и рассмотрены факторы, способные повлиять на стоимость ЦИА. При написании работы были использованы такие методы, как классификация, обобщение, сравнительный анализ.

Отдельно отмечается, что в наши дни Россия уже создала свой собственный парк беспилотных летательных аппаратов наземного наблюдения и выделила киберпространство и космос в качестве оперативных областей, а также, что Россия признает технологическое превосходство как условие успеха на поле боя. В работе применяется метод когнитивного моделирования, строятся когнитивные карты и делаются выводы.

    This article examines the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) in the educational sector, focusing on its key developmental stages. The author explores the significant ways in which AI has transformed education by enabling personalized learning, enhancing the overall quality of education, increasing access to a variety of educational resources, and relieving educators from repetitive and time-consuming tasks. AI has proven effective in adapting to the diverse needs of students, fostering individualized learning experiences, and promoting more efficient teaching methods. However, the article also addresses important concerns, such as ethical issues, data privacy risks, and the dangers of over-automation, which could undermine the human element in education. Despite these challenges, the author argues that AI has the potential to greatly improve educational processes. It is essential, however, to ensure that AI is used as a supportive tool for teachers and students rather than a substitute, with careful consideration of its implications for the future of education.

    В статье проведен обзор областей применения искусственного интеллекта в рамках процесса управления финансовыми активами. Продемонстрирована возможность использования моделей искусственного интеллекта прогнозирования величины капитализации компании для подбора финансовых активов, составляющих портфель акций. Для демонстрации данной возможности была построена модель машинного обучения при помощи алгоритма градиентного бустинга, использующая данные 1208 российских и американских публичных компаний, для прогнозирования капитализации этих компаний на горизонте одного календарного года. Сделан вывод о возможности использования подобных моделей машинного обучения для решения задач портфельного менеджмента.

    Новые образовательные горизонты раскрываются благодаря цифровой трансформации, которая усиливает возможности персонализированного коучинга. Учащиеся получают индивидуальные образовательные маршруты, созданные с учетом их знаний, предпочтений и потребностей, через применение искусственного интеллекта, дополненной и виртуальной реальности, адаптивных платформ и анализа больших данных. Помимо повышения академической успеваемости, современные технологии в образовании способствуют формированию у учеников навыков самостоятельности и саморегуляции. Интеллектуальные системы в сфере образовательного цифрового коучинга обеспечивают эффективный мониторинг успеваемости и создание индивидуальных программ обучения на основе предиктивной аналитики. Внедрение цифровых технологий в образование создает не только новые возможности, но и ставит перед нами методологические и этические проблемы. Сохранение педагога в центре учебного процесса, предотвращение алгоритмической дискриминации и обеспечение конфиденциальности личных сведений учащихся являются ключевыми задачами. Современные технологические решения должны дополнять классические педагогические подходы, повышая результативность обучения и сохраняя его персонализированный характер.

    In recent years, we have seen the pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI) increase. AI-based tools are increasingly embedded in professional activities, and people need to adapt to these changes. We've been talking about information overload for decades, and now the environment is even more stressful. Difficulties in maintaining concentration for long periods of time, conscious action, self-organisation and self-regulation are already being experienced in adolescents. The text analyses how AI affects the pace of life, and the problems this causes. Tools for coping are offered, with a focus on coaching as a solution to current challenges. Limitations and opportunities are critically examined through cognitive psychology and research on other approaches. Alternative solutions that take into account the limitations of the tool and its impact on resilience are also mentioned. The article is aimed at a wide audience interested in the impact of AI on human adaptive capacity.
