- Conflicts that are often faced not only by students, but also by all participants of an educational institution (teachers, parents, administration) pose a threat and a sufficiently serious risk to a psychologically comfortable and safe educational environment. To minimize the negative consequences of conflicts and resolve them with the most constructive outcome, school mediation services are created, which, through certain rules and technologies, contribute to resolving the differences of conflict participants. The article examines the activities of school mediation services.
