Приводятся действующие законодательные нормы и анализ непринятых законопроектов. Выявлены проблемы защиты имущественных прав детей и предложены направления совершенствования действующего законодательства.

Делается вывод о необходимости пересмотра и дополнения законодательства по вопросу защиты прав детей в гражданском судопроизводстве.
