    Abstract:
    In this article the author speaks about the ways of modernization of current educational system. The desire of society to develop the system of additional education of children due to new requirements for the level of education of a person, which is determined not so much by the formation of special knowledge of the individual, as its versatile development. In this regard, measures are increasing to change the situation in additional education of children, the decision of which is entrusted to the system of pedagogical education. However, the difficulties in their implementation are due to the contradiction between the needs of society in the teaching staff, able to creatively solve professional problems in the field of additional education of children, and the unwillingness of graduates of pedagogical universities to work in the specific conditions of this sphere. Step-by-step development and formation of professionally significant qualities of the personality corresponding to the specific purposes and tasks of activity in system of additional education of children is the solution of this contradiction.

    Continuing medical education (NMO0 is an additional vocational education, which is carried out through the implementation of advanced training and retraining programs.     There are examined professionally-public accreditation of educational programs and direction to identify the features and strengths of programs, the specificity of their implementation, which in consequence will have a positive impact on the quality of training of future specialists. The relevance of the topic to present the new paradigm in the relationships between educational institutions and employers. Employers ' requests for training of specialists due to the ever-increasing demands of the market. In modern conditions the labour market permanently updates its requirements to the quality of graduates of educational institutions. The challenges posed by employer to educational institutions, lies in the fact that the future specialist must be suitable not only on educational performance but also on psychological, individual, management and most importantly on professional qualities, are widely demanded at the present stage.

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between the concept of primary military-environmental adaptation of military students. A brief description of the main directions of scientific analysis of the problem in the works of some domestic and foreign military teachers. The aim is to give a comparative description of the key approaches formed within the domestic and foreign socio-pedagogical schools. The most characteristic and typical problem sides of development of a complex of social and humanitarian disciplines by cadets in the system of higher military engineering education, including foreign military personnel, trained in military universities, are formulated. An attempt is made to outline the main problems and outlines of further research in this direction.
