- The relevance of the topic is due to the need for a detailed consideration of the main provisions of the civil procedure in order to develop forms and ways to improve the current civil procedure. The chapter describes some theoretical and legal aspects of the study of the problems of civil procedure improvement. The analysis of the positions of scientists contained in the scientific literature devoted to the study of issues related to the improvement and modernization of civil procedure is carried out. The necessity of improving procedural issues in civil procedure during the preparation and consideration of a case is substantiated.
