    Abstract:
    The article considers the method for overseeing the organization's worth based on the equilibrium of the growth equation which was introduced by K. Walsh. It describes the theoretical foundations basing on K. Walsh’s book «Key management indicators», gives the comprehensive outlook on internal and external environment of PJSC «Rostelekom», which in turn will be used as an example for calculating balanced growth equation and giving the essential conclusions based on it. The used methods of research are: analysis, classification, measurement, description, comparison. The article provides the results of calculation of balanced growth equation, its interpretation and suggestions on management of company’s value.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the process of assessing the value of a company using the discounted cash flow model within the framework of the income approach. The author describes the theoretical foundations of the discounted cash flow model and compares the features of different approaches to this method in the modern literature. The author carries out the detailed company valuation using the discounted cash flow model on the example of the company «X5 Group». The author assessed the value of the company «X5 Group» using the discounted cash flow model. The real example of the company valuation shown in the article is useful for the company for making managerial decisions in the future.

    Abstract:
    The chapter provides a comparative description of the concepts of economic growth and economic justice, and proposes indicators that characterize them. A forecast of the dynamics of economic development indicators was constructed using the extrapolation method until 2027, which gave a steady downward trend in growth. To prevent negative trends in economic development, measures of government influence on the economy are proposed, which should be carried out in three stages: determining the goals of economic development; analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of socio-economic relations within the country, as well as threats and opportunities from foreign counterparties; implementation of existing advantages into active moves and the formation of new ones. It is concluded that the successful socio-economic development of Russia should lead it to the establishment of social justice. An analysis of various approaches to the definition of the concept of «social justice» is made.

In view of these circumstances, the study of the qualitative component of economic growth is of particular relevance. The chapter is devoted to the study of the quality of economic growth as a factor of national economic security in Russia. The authors consider economic growth and socio-economic relations that arise when the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the dynamics of the national economy change.

    Abstract:
    Based on the analysis of specific legislative initiatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, it has been proved that the method of economic incentives for organizations with private capital to increase investment by changing the income tax rate depending on the share of reinvested profit is sharply inferior in terms of economic efficiency to the method based on changing the VAT rate. The shortcomings of the initiative (with "manual control") of the Government of the Russian Federation to reduce the VAT rate by 20 points for organizations of the ship repair industry are revealed. Based on the official data of the Federal Tax Service, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, an analysis was made of the effectiveness of the “manual control” investment mechanisms in the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the new direct action mechanism to stimulate investment activity. Three options for the implementation of a new mechanism were analyzed, which would further increase the volume of private investment in the industry of the Russian Federation up to 1 trillion rubles per year. To do this, it is necessary to reduce the VAT rate by 2–5 points for industrial organizations that reinvest more than 50% of their profits, and to compensate for shortfalls in federal budget revenues from VAT, increase the federal income tax rate by 0,2–0,5 points. At the same time, it is not necessary to increase the base income tax rate. It is proved that the new mechanism does not require "manual control" and can be used in the form of a direct action law, which brings the system of encouraging investments in industry to a qualitatively different (higher) level.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to consider the leading approaches to the problem of substantiating the means of professional and personal growth of a teacher in the domestic psychological and pedagogical science of the first quarter of the twentieth century on the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis. The material for the study was the scientific and pedagogical works of psychologists and teachers of the named period, their ideas about the teacher's place in society, the need to assist the teacher in his professional development and self-improvement. Among other things, the works of the prominent Russian scientist M.F. Belyaev are analyzed. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the studied historical period is characterized by a special, socially conditioned and in-demand professional community, a research search aimed at the scientific substantiation of key aspects of teacher work, professional self-determination of the teacher and his professional and personal growth, as well as the identification of the main tools that ensure the productivity of this process. The ways of understanding the role of pedagogical expertise as a significant means of teacher self-improvement in the ideological legacy of psychologist and teacher M.F. Belyaev, who laid the methodological foundations of the examination of the teacher's work as a means of his professional and personal growth and justified the need for its humanitarian orientation, are shown. The significance of the ideas expressed by the scientist for modern education and their role in its further progressive development is determined.
