    Тема семейного влияния на личность подростков приобретает особую важность в современных исследованиях, поскольку именно семейные взаимоотношения оказывают значительное воздействие на эмоциональное и социальное развитие молодых людей. Характер общения между родителями и детьми формирует базовые ценности, поведенческие модели и эмоциональное здоровье подростков. В работе рассматриваются различные стили воспитания – авторитарный, демократический и либеральный, а также их влияние на самооценку, социальные навыки и поведение подростков. Особое внимание уделено негативным факторам семейных взаимодействий, таким как насилие и пренебрежение, которые способны нанести серьёзный ущерб психическому состоянию подростка. Исследование подчеркивает необходимость гармоничной атмосферы в семье для полноценного развития личности и минимизации рисков негативных последствий.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral coaching model PRACTICE. To evaluate the effectiveness, a repeated measures design was used. Data processing was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the Wilcoxon criterion. Results: coaching sessions conducted according to the PRACTICE model lead to a positive shift in the level of personal effectiveness (z = 137.5, p = 0.023) and the level of self-organization of the coachee (z = 88, p = 0.025). The study is the first evaluation of the effectiveness of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioral coaching model and creates a basis for further comparative studies in the field of coaching psychology.

    Abstract:
    The study focuses on adapting successful metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching used in the United States to the countries of the CIS, taking into account cultural differences (Golvy, 2019; Whitmore, 2020). The novelty lies in identifying and adapting metrics that consider the specifics of cultural codes and social identity in CIS countries (Hofstede, Hofstede, Minkov, 2019; Trompenaars, Hampden-Turner, 2020). Metrics are viewed as tools for assessment and methods to deepen client work, enhance awareness of the process, improve its measurability, and foster professional growth for coaches (Tajfel, 1979; Burns, 1978). The study examines international experience in measuring coaching effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on adapting American approaches to the corporate environment using online platforms, as well as analyzing results (Bass, 1985; Seligman, 2011).

    Статья посвящена проблеме обеспечения безопасности судов дальнего плавания и важности проведения профилактических мероприятий, направленных на предотвращение чрезвычайных ситуаций на море. В условиях работы в море судовому экипажу необходимо иметь международно-правовую базу по защите от морского пиратства и захвата судна. Безопасность мореплавания зависит от сплоченности экипажа, подготовленности к аварийным ситуациям, а также от речевой деятельности на английском языке по вопросам безопасности на море. Авторами предложен инструментарий по эффективной подготовке к профессиональному общению на английском языке в интернациональном экипаже по вопросам безопасности.

    В статье рассматривается искусственный интеллект как инструмент профессорско-преподавательского состава в образовательном процессе высшей школы при создании и реализации образовательных программ. Проблематика исследования заключается в необходимости адаптации образовательных процессов к современным требованиям рынка труда и потребностям студентов. Для анализа темы используются методы интеграции нейросетей в образовательные программы и процессы. В результате исследования были выявлены преимущества и опасения. Установлено, что использование искусственного интеллекта имеет значительный потенциал для повышения качества российского образования и внедрения инновационных подходов в учебный процесс, что подчеркивает необходимость дальнейшего исследования и разработки стратегий его интеграции в образовательную практику.

    Gamification in education is the integration of game elements and principles into the educational process. This approach uses different techniques such as scores, levels, points, achievements, and competitions to create a more interactive learning environment. However, the introduction of gamification is also associated with a number of disadvantages, which include the risk of reduced academic activity, difficulty in assessing knowledge, and the need to take into account students' individual preferences. In general, gamification is a promising area that can significantly enrich the learning process if it is used taking into account its advantages and disadvantages.

Эмоциональный интеллект понимается как способность человека понимать, распознавать, оценивать и эффективно управлять своими эмоциями, а также эмоциями окружающих его людей. Представлен эпизод эмпирического исследования, подтвердивший взаимосвязь жизнестойкости и эмоционального интеллекта.

Благодаря семейным ценностям и традициям у ребенка формируется позитивное мышление, что несомненно отражается на его психоэмоциональном состоянии. Психологические исследования направлены на изучение межличностных отношений в семье, выявление факторов, влияющих на формирование семейных ценностей и традиций, а также на определение здоровой модели семейного взаимодействия. В статье изучаются ключевые моменты семейных ценностей и традиций, которые иллюстрируют влияние на самооценку и принятие себя в родовой системе, формируя в ребенке внутреннюю опору и уверенность в себе для проявления себя в социуме.

    Abstract:
    This scientific research is devoted to the development of an innovative technology for the formation of adequate professional self-esteem among students of secondary vocational educational institutions (SPE) as a fundamental factor of successful professional socialization and career growth. The study is relevant in the context of the implementation of the federal project «Professionalism», aimed at the close integration of education and the real sector of the economy, which places increased demands on the level of training of specialists. The main hypothesis of the study is that the targeted impact on the formation of professional self-esteem of students at the early stages of their studies in vocational education and training significantly increases their adaptation to future professional activities and contributes to a more informed choice of a career path. The research analyzed the existing scientific approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, as well as the concept of professional identity. The analysis revealed key factors that have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of professional self-esteem: parenting style in the family, previous professional experience (if any), the level of support from teachers and peers, success in educational activities, the presence of clear professional goals and plans. In addition, the influence of the student's personal qualities, such as self-motivation, stress tolerance, sociability and critical thinking, was determined.

    Abstract:
    The authors summarize information on the methodological aspects of the application of the input-output method to analyze the socio-economic effects of tourism development in the regions. So far, the main practical problem remains the search for methods to optimize the assessment of the contribution of the tourism industry to the economy of the region, to identify the relationships between different sectors of the economy in terms of tourist demand. Systematic analysis and generalization of information were used as research methods. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the integration of the input-output method with econometric models and comparative analysis makes it possible to assess in more detail the multiplicative effect of tourist activity on the economy of the region, including an increase in production, employment and tax revenues.

    В статье рассматривается проблема тревожности в подростковом возрасте, приведены результаты исследования о связи уровня тревожности с самооценкой. Выявлено, что подростки с низким и средним уровнем тревожности обладают более высокой самооценкой, чем подростки с высоким уровнем тревожности. Диагностический инструментарий данного исследования представлен двумя методиками «Шкала личной тревожности» А.М. Прихожан и «Изучение общей самооценки» Г.Н. Казанцевой.
