    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the mechanisms by which external rating management influences the development of regional energy supply systems in Russia. The author explores the theoretical foundations of rating management as a complex of organizational, information-analytical, and communicative measures aimed at interaction with independent rating institutions. A structural characterization of regional energy systems is provided, along with an analysis of the mechanisms governing their interaction with the external rating management framework through a closed-loop feedback cycle. Five principal mechanisms of rating management are identified and examined: informational, regulatory-legal, economic, organizational-managerial, and socio-psychological. Specific cases illustrating the impact of regional investment ratings, sectoral performance ratings of energy companies, credit ratings, international certification, and public monitoring on the development of regional energy systems are considered. The findings confirm that the combined effect of diverse rating management mechanisms creates a conducive environment for the advancement of regional energy systems and the enhancement of their operational efficiency.

    Abstract:
    Comparing property tax systems for individuals in Russia and developed countries, the author proposes adopting the strengths of foreign models while preserving the advantages of the domestic approach. The research aims to develop recommendations for improving the legal framework governing tax authorities' activities in monitoring property tax assessment and payment, based on theoretical and legal analysis. The study employs methods of analysis, generalization, observation, classification, systematization, induction, deduction, and review of legislation and scholarly literature. Key findings include original definitions of "tax control," "forms of tax control," and "methods of tax control"; as well as proposals for amending the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and enhancing tax authority practices, exemplified by the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Verkh-Isetsky District of Yekaterinburg.

    This chapter presents the systems aspects of ecosystem psychology. The terms system and systemic have a wide range of meanings, and the main purpose of this article is to clarify how these terms are used in ecosystemics. A general overview of systems theory is provided in order to identify issues that are relevant to the present discussion. The author shows that although social constructivist views are relevant, hermeneutic considerations are much more important in ecosystem psychology. The chapter discusses the systems aspects of ecosystem psychology, drawing on the ideas of Durheim, Parsons, Berger, Parsons, Luckmann, Schutz, Heidegger.

    This chapter presents a selection of martial arts games aimed at solving a wide range of pedagogical tasks. The proposed games allow teachers, instructors and parents to diversify physical activity, developing in school-age children not only strength and dexterity, but also skills of self-regulation, respect for the opponent and the ability to act according to the rules. The materials of the chapter are adapted to work both in general education groups and with children with disabilities. Depending on the purpose of the lesson, games can be used as a warm-up element, the main part of the lesson, or included in the sports section program.

  • Using digital systems in road freight transport management

    Abstract:
    Ensuring the successful development of road freight transportation in Russia is impossible without the wider use of digital systems. The aim of this study is to identify the specifics and challenges of using digital systems in road freight transportation management. The study found that, despite regular updates to strategic directions for the digital transformation of the Russian transport industry, the growth of the online road freight transportation market remains insufficient to ensure high levels of online penetration. Geoinformation systems, cloud technologies, and digital platforms have found widespread use in road freight transportation. To more effectively utilize digital systems, it is recommended to focus on developing prototypes of Level 5 autonomous trucks, launching the National Digital Transport and Logistics Platform, and expanding the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions, electronic navigation seals, and smart contracts.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the application of graph theory to modeling and analysis of complex systems in economics and management. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing complexity of the relationships between economic agents, logistics hubs, financial flows and management structures. The paper presents the basic concepts of graph theory adapted to applied problems, and also shows the mechanisms of their use in the analysis of supply chains, organizational hierarchies, project management and corporate networks. Based on generalized models, it is demonstrated how graph representations make it possible to identify bottlenecks, assess the stability of systems, and optimize decision-making processes. The results obtained emphasize the interdisciplinary value of discrete mathematics in modern socio-economic research.

    Abstract:
    The paper presents the findings on the effectiveness of digital technologies for consumer behavior analysis as a foundation for managerial decision-making in marketing and PR. Using the case of DUNAMIS LLC (brand "Aminosil"), the author analyzes the current state of analytical tools and identifies systemic issues: data fragmentation, absence of a dedicated marketing unit, and low level of automation. A digital transformation program is proposed, including the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), end-to-end analytics systems, and organizational structure optimization. The study proves that transitioning from intuitive management to predictive models allows for a significant increase in ROMI by 25–30% and a reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15–20%.

    The article examines the challenges arising in the investigation of accounting information under the conditions of digitalization, when the key indicators of economic offenses are primarily recorded in electronic systems. The analysis is based on the study of modern approaches to working with digital data, including methods for recovering deleted information, examining metadata, and analyzing audit logs. It is demonstrated that the fragmentary nature of regulatory frameworks and procedural limitations hinder the use of electronic evidence. The author concludes that there is a need to develop unified methodologies for handling digital data and to strengthen interdisciplinary training of experts.

    This article analyzes YouTube's recommendation system and explores its architecture, which is based on a two-stage machine learning model, taking into account the implementation of self-learning methods, and its evolution in 2025. The article focuses on identifying and systematizing the risks associated with content personalization, such as the formation of "information bubbles," the impact on user behavior, and the promotion of radical content. Recommendations for mitigating the identified negative effects on users and developers are presented, based on current scientific publications and statistics.

    In a modern organization, the automation of HR workflow is becoming a key factor in improving the efficiency of management processes, reducing risks, and increasing the transparency of HR activities. Modern approaches cover both full-format and partial-format documents, from recruitment, staffing, and orders to payroll, HR records, and document storage under legally significant requirements. The chapter discusses modern methods and tools for automation, including electronic document management, digital signatures, document archiving and storage, integration with personnel accounting systems, version control and access rights management, and automation of routine operations (automatic generation of orders, notifications, and reminders). The chapter covers the issues of data security, compliance with local legislation and personal data regulations, the implementation of standards and methods for working with documents, as well as the selection and implementation of cloud and on-premises solutions. The chapter analyzes the practical stages of implementation, including setting goals, choosing an architecture, selecting functionality, migrating data, configuring processes, and training personnel, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of automation using KPI and ROI criteria. The chapter concludes with a proposed methodology for implementing HR document automation, which aims to minimize manual work, speed up approval processes, and improve HR operations control.

    The article is devoted to the study of the issue of a prognostic approach in the process of improving the personal and professional level of teachers in view of the development of the regional educational system. One of the features of the socio-political development of the Russian education system today is the qualitative renewal of the federal structure of our state. Modernization and reform of the educational system in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is justified by the increased responsibility of the regions for the quality of education and the need for integration into the educational space of the state. The regional education system of the various republics of the Russian Federation, having certain general invariant characteristics, always remains conditioned by geographical, economic, sociocultural, national-ethnic, and confessional specifics.     Attracting customers via the Internet is an important component of modern business. Website promotion is an effective way to attract customers, but it is challenging and requires significant time and experience. The system under development is designed to reduce the time and financial costs of collecting and analyzing information necessary for search engine promotion. An increase in efficiency is achieved through more complete data analysis, and cost reduction – by saving on the commission of automated promotion systems. Website promotion through search engines is a very effective method to attract attention to a service or a product. This is a marketing ploy, thanks to which the Internet project becomes profitable and its traffic increases significantly.

    This study examines the transformational impact of integrating geographic information systems (GIS) into cadastral mapping to address the inaccuracy, limited availability, and lack of adaptability of traditional systems. The study identified specific and measurable improvements after GIS integration, including a 25% increase in data accuracy, a 30% reduction in search time, and a 40% increase in collaboration capabilities. The results obtained allow us to consider GIS integration as a strategically sound and empirically proven activity that offers concrete solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency and interaction in the compilation of cadastral maps

    Abstract:
    Currently, special attention is paid to the content of the training of schoolchildren in computer science. Interest in software development and code writing methods is growing every year. This is due to the change in methods and means of training in the field of writing program code associated with the emergence and development of new paradigms and programming languages. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the choice of a programming language for the preparation of high school students in the field of programming and solving the tasks of the Unified State Exam in computer science. Materials and methods of research: in the course of the research, a theoretical approach was used: the study, systematization and analysis of theoretical materials, scientific and methodological resources for teaching programming to schoolchildren, demos, test tasks, manuals, educational websites for preparing for the Unified State Exam in computer science, as well as many years of experience in teaching schoolchildren and students the basics of programming. Research results and their discussion: Programming languages PascalABC.NET and Python are currently the most popular in school education. The article analyzes the possibilities of these programming systems and the prospects of their application in teaching high school students the basics of programming. Examples of solving typical problems from the Unified State Exam in computer science in both languages are given to compare the speed and efficiency of the code. Conclusions. Language PascalABC.NET it has a number of advantages and can be recommended as a language for teaching programming. The language is high-performance, well structured, has strict typing and is adapted to the tasks of the Unified State Exam in computer science. When teaching future programmers, the basics of writing code, it is advisable to combine languages PascalABC.NET and Python.
