    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the Unified Tax Account (UTA) as a factor in the structural restructuring of an organization's settlement process with the budget and as an example of regulation-driven business process reengineering. The transition from individual tax payments to a single balance and a legislatively established procedure for distributing funds affects tax and accounting, treasury planning, information exchange, and reconciliation procedures. The new architecture limits an organization's allocational autonomy in conditions of insufficient liquidity. The concept of reengineering reconciliation debt is proposed as an adaptation gap between an organization's internal data and the UTA balance, requiring resources to identify and resolve discrepancies. The UTA is considered as a mandatory level of the Federal Tax Service's digital ecosystem, with tax monitoring representing a deeper level of digital integration. The conclusion is drawn that regulatory reengineering is iterative in nature, in which changes to the external architecture of tax administration necessitate subsequent adaptation of an organization's internal business processes and information systems.

    The article examines the role of automation in the process of financial investigations conducted to ensure the economic security of an enterprise. The limitations of manual methods of collecting and processing information are analyzed, and the types of financial fraud most effectively detected using software tools are classified. Using the example of a scheme for withdrawing funds through fictitious consulting services, the possibility of automated detection of signs of illegal actions is demonstrated.     Abstract:
    The integration of information technology into various areas of professional activity, including office work, necessitates the development of appropriate legislative regulation.     In the context of the digital transformation of education, accounting for learners’ individual characteristics has become especially important. This article explores the opportunities and limitations of digital technologies as a tool for personalizing contemporary education. It examines the theoretical foundations of the personalized approach and analyzes practical applications of personalization through digital educational platforms. The study is based on an analytical approach, including a review of publications on digital personalization in education and a comparative analysis of empirical studies on the effects of digital technologies on learners’ motivation, engagement, and academic outcomes. The article also discusses the main limitations of personalization technologies. It concludes that integrating digital technologies into education can improve learning effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of this research topic is related to the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of “A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment”, “Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship”, and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project “Safe, High-Quality Roads”, completed in 2024, did not fully address the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network. Particular attention is paid to the mutual influence of road development and economic security, which allowed us to identify three types of effects: direct, indirect, and induced. Ensuring economic security is necessary for the continuous formation of resource support for road management, innovative renewal, and the successful digital transformation of the road infrastructure.

    This paper examines the current landscape of AI and digital tool integration in educational environments, analysing key application domains and their pedagogical implications. Drawing on empirical research, OECD statistical data, and UNESCO policy guidance, the study identifies the principal areas in which AI is transforming teaching and learning: adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment, and administrative automation. Barriers to effective implementation – including infrastructure gaps, teacher readiness, data privacy concerns, and algorithmic bias – are systematically analysed. Strategic recommendations are proposed for educators and policymakers seeking to harness AI capabilities while mitigating associated risks. The findings emphasise that sustainable integration requires a systemic approach that prioritises pedagogical intent over technological novelty.

    The article examines the potential of Automated Writing Evaluation (AWE) systems in foreign language teaching within the context of digital transformation in education. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of AWE implementation, their functional capabilities, and their pedagogical value in developing learners’ writing competence. Particular attention is paid to the advantages of automated feedback, including immediacy, increased learner autonomy, and enhanced motivation. The study includes a comparative analysis of students’ written work before and after the use of an AWE system, revealing a reduction in language errors and an overall improvement in writing quality. At the same time, certain limitations are identified, such as insufficient accuracy in assessing semantic content and the risk of superficial error correction. The study concludes that AWE systems are most effective when integrated into the educational process in combination with teacher guidance.

    Abstract:
    This study examines the economic effects of fintech development in Russia. Based on an analysis of statistical data and regulatory materials, it has been found that fintech contributes to the reduction of transaction costs, acceleration of payments and expansion of access to financial services. Particular attention is given to the development of the Faster Payments System (SBP), financial platforms and data-driven solutions. It has been established that fintech enhances competition and efficiency in the financial market. However, its impact is constrained by digital inequality, cybersecurity risks and regulatory limitations. The findings suggest that the effectiveness of fintech depends on the level of accessibility, security and institutional development of the financial system.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the relationship between a leader's managerial mindset and their readiness to integrate artificial intelligence into the management system. Based on an analysis of eight major global studies of 2024–2026 (PwC, McKinsey, BCG, IBM, Deloitte, Gallup, Asana, Harvard Business Publishing), the author demonstrates that the principal barrier to AI adoption is not technological complexity but the type of the leader's mindset. An original typology of five managerial mindset profiles in the context of AI readiness is proposed and theoretically grounded through correlation with the levels of C. Graves' value systems. The dynamics of transitions between profiles are shown, and the need to develop a validated diagnostic instrument is substantiated.

    The chapter examines the mechanisms by which external rating management influences the development of regional energy supply systems in Russia. The author explores the theoretical foundations of rating management as a complex of organizational, information-analytical, and communicative measures aimed at interaction with independent rating institutions. A structural characterization of regional energy systems is provided, along with an analysis of the mechanisms governing their interaction with the external rating management framework through a closed-loop feedback cycle. Five principal mechanisms of rating management are identified and examined: informational, regulatory-legal, economic, organizational-managerial, and socio-psychological. Specific cases illustrating the impact of regional investment ratings, sectoral performance ratings of energy companies, credit ratings, international certification, and public monitoring on the development of regional energy systems are considered. The findings confirm that the combined effect of diverse rating management mechanisms creates a conducive environment for the advancement of regional energy systems and the enhancement of their operational efficiency.

    Comparing property tax systems for individuals in Russia and developed countries, the author proposes adopting the strengths of foreign models while preserving the advantages of the domestic approach. The research aims to develop recommendations for improving the legal framework governing tax authorities' activities in monitoring property tax assessment and payment, based on theoretical and legal analysis. The study employs methods of analysis, generalization, observation, classification, systematization, induction, deduction, and review of legislation and scholarly literature. Key findings include original definitions of "tax control," "forms of tax control," and "methods of tax control"; as well as proposals for amending the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and enhancing tax authority practices, exemplified by the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Verkh-Isetsky District of Yekaterinburg.

    This chapter presents the systems aspects of ecosystem psychology. The terms system and systemic have a wide range of meanings, and the main purpose of this article is to clarify how these terms are used in ecosystemics. A general overview of systems theory is provided in order to identify issues that are relevant to the present discussion. The author shows that although social constructivist views are relevant, hermeneutic considerations are much more important in ecosystem psychology. The proposed games allow teachers, instructors and parents to diversify physical activity, developing in school-age children not only strength and dexterity, but also skills of self-regulation, respect for the opponent and the ability to act according to the rules. The materials of the chapter are adapted to work both in general education groups and with children with disabilities. Depending on the purpose of the lesson, games can be used as a warm-up element, the main part of the lesson, or included in the sports section program.

  • Using digital systems in road freight transport management

    Abstract:
    Ensuring the successful development of road freight transportation in Russia is impossible without the wider use of digital systems. The aim of this study is to identify the specifics and challenges of using digital systems in road freight transportation management. The study found that, despite regular updates to strategic directions for the digital transformation of the Russian transport industry, the growth of the online road freight transportation market remains insufficient to ensure high levels of online penetration. Geoinformation systems, cloud technologies, and digital platforms have found widespread use in road freight transportation. To more effectively utilize digital systems, it is recommended to focus on developing prototypes of Level 5 autonomous trucks, launching the National Digital Transport and Logistics Platform, and expanding the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions, electronic navigation seals, and smart contracts.

    This article is dedicated to analyzing the impact of digital technologies on the process of learning mathematics. Based on the author's proposed four-component typology of digital tools – Black Box systems, Digital Workbooks, Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS), and AI-based Systems – their pedagogical effects and associated cognitive risks are examined. It is shown that digital tools effectively develop procedural and algorithmic skills, provide rapid feedback, and support individualized learning. However, their uncontrolled application can lead to the displacement of analytical and creative components of mathematical thinking, the formation of superficial, instrumental motivation, and dependence on automated solutions. Particular attention is paid to the risks associated with AI systems, which, while possessing the potential for dialogic support and analysis of reasoning, can simultaneously foster the passive assimilation of ready-made solutions and diminish student autonomy. The article emphasizes the necessity of thoughtful didactic integration of digital technologies into the educational process, where they serve not as a replacement but as a means of enhancing intellectual activity, thereby ensuring the development of full-fledged mathematical thinking, encompassing the capacity for analysis, reasoning, and creative inquiry.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the application of graph theory to modeling and analysis of complex systems in economics and management. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing complexity of the relationships between economic agents, logistics hubs, financial flows and management structures. The paper presents the basic concepts of graph theory adapted to applied problems, and also shows the mechanisms of their use in the analysis of supply chains, organizational hierarchies, project management and corporate networks. Based on generalized models, it is demonstrated how graph representations make it possible to identify bottlenecks, assess the stability of systems, and optimize decision-making processes. The results obtained emphasize the interdisciplinary value of discrete mathematics in modern socio-economic research.

    The paper presents the findings on the effectiveness of digital technologies for consumer behavior analysis as a foundation for managerial decision-making in marketing and PR. Using the case of DUNAMIS LLC (brand "Aminosil"), the author analyzes the current state of analytical tools and identifies systemic issues: data fragmentation, absence of a dedicated marketing unit, and low level of automation. A digital transformation program is proposed, including the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), end-to-end analytics systems, and organizational structure optimization. The study proves that transitioning from intuitive management to predictive models allows for a significant increase in ROMI by 25–30% and a reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15–20%.

    The article examines the challenges arising in the investigation of accounting information under the conditions of digitalization, when the key indicators of economic offenses are primarily recorded in electronic systems. The analysis is based on the study of modern approaches to working with digital data, including methods for recovering deleted information, examining metadata, and analyzing audit logs. It is demonstrated that the fragmentary nature of regulatory frameworks and procedural limitations hinder the use of electronic evidence. The author concludes that there is a need to develop unified methodologies for handling digital data and to strengthen interdisciplinary training of experts.

    In a modern organization, the automation of HR workflow is becoming a key factor in improving the efficiency of management processes, reducing risks, and increasing the transparency of HR activities. Modern approaches cover both full-format and partial-format documents, from recruitment, staffing, and orders to payroll, HR records, and document storage under legally significant requirements. The chapter discusses modern methods and tools for automation, including electronic document management, digital signatures, document archiving and storage, integration with personnel accounting systems, version control and access rights management, and automation of routine operations (automatic generation of orders, notifications, and reminders). The chapter covers the issues of data security, compliance with local legislation and personal data regulations, the implementation of standards and methods for working with documents, as well as the selection and implementation of cloud and on-premises solutions. The chapter analyzes the practical stages of implementation, including setting goals, choosing an architecture, selecting functionality, migrating data, configuring processes, and training personnel, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of automation using KPI and ROI criteria.
