    Abstract:
    The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. The authors express the opinion that violations of intellectual rights in the online environment have become widespread and cross-border, which requires not only improvement of national legislation, but also effective interaction at the international legal level.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms. This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation.     Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    В работе рассматривается проблема моделирования системы электронного тестирования с использованием методологий IDEF0, IDEF3 и DFD в условиях цифровой трансформации образования. Показано, что структурное моделирование ключевых процессов – подготовки, проведения и оценки тестирования – повышает объективность, прозрачность и эффективность контроля знаний. Анализ моделей AS-IS и TO-BE демонстрирует возможности автоматизации и оптимизации работы системы. Использование IDEF-моделирования способствует формированию устойчивой цифровой образовательной среды, обеспечивающей стандартизацию и адаптивность процессов.

    Abstract:
    В работе рассматривается вопрос применения методологии IDEF для оптимизации производственных процессов предприятия в контексте стратегий устойчивого развития. На основе моделирования процессов обработки заказов, печати продукции и контроля качества демонстрируется, как структурное и функциональное описание операций позволяет повысить эффективность, сократить затраты и обеспечить прозрачность бизнес-процессов. Представлены контекстная диаграмма, диаграммы декомпозиции, сценарии IDEF3 и стоимостной анализ, позволяющие выявить ключевые точки оптимизации. Показано, что использование IDEF-моделирования способствует устойчивому развитию предприятия за счёт рационального использования ресурсов, повышения качества управления и снижения операционных рисков.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the challenges arising in the investigation of accounting information under the conditions of digitalization, when the key indicators of economic offenses are primarily recorded in electronic systems. The analysis is based on the study of modern approaches to working with digital data, including methods for recovering deleted information, examining metadata, and analyzing audit logs. It is demonstrated that the fragmentary nature of regulatory frameworks and procedural limitations hinder the use of electronic evidence. The author concludes that there is a need to develop unified methodologies for handling digital data and to strengthen interdisciplinary training of experts.

    Annotation (in English): The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes. The key areas of technology integration are considered: adaptive learning systems based on artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies, the use of big data and learning analytics, as well as the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs) and blended learning formats. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing these technologies in the higher education process and their impact on the development of students' digital competencies. An analysis of potential benefits is carried out, including increasing the level of personalization, interactivity and accessibility of education.     Abstract:
    Значимость представленного исследования обусловлена тем фактом, что внедрение цифровых технологий в образование знаменует собой принципиально новый виток развития социума, обусловленный современными средствами связи и обучения. Духовно-этическое становление личности является важнейшим компонентом образовательной системы, в связи с чем вопрос интеграции цифровых инструментов в эту сферу представляется особенно актуальным на данном этапе. Цель данной работы состоит в выявлении существующих противоречий, недоработок и проблем, возникающих при использовании цифровых методик в духовно-нравственном воспитании, а также в разработке путей решения этих проблем. Исследование опирается на анализ и обобщение ключевых работ в области духовно-нравственного воспитания и применения цифровых технологий в образовательном процессе. С одной стороны, автор анализирует вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются родители, педагоги и общество в целом, такие как негативное воздействие интернета, включая вредоносный контент, дефицит непосредственного общения, поверхностное восприятие информации и зависимость от электронных устройств. С другой стороны, в статье акцентируются положительные стороны цифровизации, такие как расширенный доступ к знаниям, развитие навыков коммуникации, расширение горизонтов и формирование активной социальной позиции. В статье также приводятся конкретные рекомендации по использованию цифровых технологий в воспитательных целях, основанные на развитии критического мышления, навыков медиаграмотности и осознанного подхода к информации. В заключение делается вывод о том, что для успешного духовно-нравственного воспитания в эпоху цифровых технологий необходима скоординированная работа семьи, школы, государства и всего общества.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема коррекции плосковальгусной деформации стоп (ПВДС) у студенческой молодежи. Актуальность исследования подтверждается данными мониторинга здоровья студентов, согласно которым патологии опорно-двигательного аппарата (ОДА) устойчиво занимают лидирующие позиции в структуре заболеваемости, достигая 29–31,5%. Цель работы – разработать и теоретически обосновать комплексную методику коррекции ПВДС средствами оздоровительной физической культуры (ОФК) на основе анализа патогенеза данного нарушения. В работе применялись методы системного анализа и обобщения данных научно-методической литературы. В результате выделен ведущий патогенетический механизм развития ПВДС, связанный с недостаточностью мышечного компонента стопы. Показано, что систематическое применение средств ОФК является патогенетически обоснованным методом, позволяющим не только компенсировать имеющиеся нарушения, но и создать условия для долговременной стабилизации сводов стопы за счет восстановления функции мышечно-связочного аппарата.

    В статье представлена авторская концепция интегральной трансформации в адаптивной физической культуре, ориентированная на системное преобразование образовательной среды. Разработана и апробирована трехуровневая модель интеграции, сочетающая кинезиологический, социокультурный и личностно-ориентированный компоненты. Эмпирически доказана эффективность технологии «адаптивного ротационного модуля», позволяющей гибко корректировать содержание занятий в реальном времени. Результаты показывают статистически значимое улучшение интегральных показателей физического здоровья (на 34%), социальной включенности (на 41%) и академической успеваемости (на 18%) у обучающихся с ОВЗ.

    В современном мире миграция становится все более актуальным явлением, затрагивающим различные аспекты жизни общества. Особенно остро эта проблема стоит в контексте подростков, которые, будучи частью миграционных потоков, сталкиваются с множеством трудностей в процессе социальной адаптации. Подростки из семей мигрантов часто оказываются в ситуации, когда им необходимо не только интегрироваться в новую социокультурную среду, но и справляться с вызовами, связанными с межкультурными различиями, языковыми барьерами и эмоциональным стрессом. Важно отметить, что отсутствие полной картины трудностей, с которыми сталкиваются эти подростки, создает значительные пробелы в понимании их потребностей и возможностей. Актуальность обусловлена необходимостью выявления и анализа трудных ситуаций, с которыми сталкиваются подростки мигрантов в процессе социального взаимодействия. В условиях глобализации и увеличения миграционных потоков, понимание особенностей адаптации подростков становится важным для разработки эффективных стратегий поддержки.
