  • Realization of innovative project «The teacher-man – leader and mentor» in the Republic of Tyva

    Abstract:
    The article highlights the results of the implementation of the innovative project "Male Teacher – Leader and Mentor" in the general education system of the Republic of Tuva from 2014 to 2019. The purpose of this work is to review and summarize the regional experience of implementing the project to attract men to teaching. The study addresses the following objectives: studying the gender composition of the teaching staff in Tuvan general education schools; generalizing the methods of ethnopedagogical education used by male teachers in the educational process and popularizing them; assessing the effectiveness of the innovative project based on the analysis of the obtained monitoring data. The author used the methods of content analysis, generalization and systematization of statistical information to identify the gender composition of the teaching staff of Tuva and the prospects for the inclusion of male teachers in the educational and upbringing space of the republic, taking into account the ethnocultural characteristics of traditional education. The innovative project "Male Teacher – Leader and Mentor" is aimed at preventing offenses among students, mainly difficult teenagers, using the traditional culture of Tuvans. The implementation of the project has shown a decrease in the number of offenses, a decrease in the number of children under supervision in those schools where men hold the positions of deputy directors for educational work, teacher-organizers or mentors.

    Abstract:
    Авторы актуализируют проблему трансформации традиционных мировоззренческих установок в контексте полигендерности и её влиянию на российское общество, особенно в образовательной сфере. В условиях изменений в российской Конституции и растущей поликультурности Северо-Кавказского региона, важность правильного воспитания полоролевых установок у дошкольников становится особенно значимой. В статье также исследуется различие между понятиями «пол» и «гендер», и их влияние на социализацию детей дошкольного возраста, подчеркивается, что интеллектуальная активность и творчество не зависят от пола, а постоянный акцент на стереотипах гендерных ролей может затруднить свободное развитие личности ребенка.

В настоящее время, когда нравственные и этические принципы размыты, а западная идеология пропагандирует иную модель воспитания, на уроках истории следует активно обсуждать особенности традиций и семейных устоев в разные эпохи. По мнению автора, визуальные источники, в отличие от нарративных, более информативны для современного поколения. Образ знаменитой царицы Нефертити можно использовать как пример женщины – матери и общественного деятеля.

    Сегодня активно обсуждаются возможности применения гендерного подхода для решения теоретических и практических задач в работе с молодежью, рассматриваются модели гендерного воспитания, анализируются перспективы их применения в социальном и семейном воспитании. Современная ситуация трансформации гендерной системы российского общества актуализирует необходимость использования идей гендерного подхода во всех сферах жизнедеятельности общества, и особенно в тех, от которых напрямую зависит его благополучие. В статье рассмотрена работа с молодежью, которая является одной из наиболее гендерно чувствительных сфер деятельности. Различные жизненные ситуации среди молодежи являются важным моментом в деятельности специалиста по работе с молодежью и обусловлены они рядом факторов, в частности таких, как гендер.

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the gender characteristics of boys and girls, which should be taken into account in teaching in general, and in teaching foreign languages in particular. Theoretical analysis of psychological literature has revealed the gender characteristics of students that must be taken into account when teaching foreign languages. Methods of research. To study the gender characteristics of students, we have developed an author's questionnaire that includes the study of the reasons for students' reluctance to speak English with representatives of the opposite sex and the tendency of students to work in groups. The results of study reveal the features of learning material by girls and boys, the gender reasons for students ' reluctance to speak English with representatives of the opposite sex, and the characteristics of female and male students to work in groups. Discussion of the research results. Based on the results of the research, the article develops recommendations for organizing the educational process, taking into account the gender characteristics of the assimilation of educational material by boys and girls. Conclusion. Based on the study, an important conclusion is made that the use of a gender approach in education has a positive impact on the development of students, their development of the curriculum, team cohesion, academic performance, motivation, and much more.

    Актуальность данного исследования состоит в том, что в современном обществе происходит изменение гендерных стереотипов, которые заложены в традиционной культуре. Благодаря русской народной сказке как средству воспитания можно формировать у детей представления о мужском и женском жизненном сценарии. Анализируя качества героев сказок, мы приходим к выводу о гендерном равенстве как залоге гармоничного общества.
