Раскрыты требования образовательных программ профессионального обучения по формированию навыков цифровой грамотности. Уделено внимание соблюдению культуры информационной безопасности при выполнении служебных обязанностей в период обучения, после окончания. Проведен мониторинг ответов слушателей по применению мер информационной безопасности и выработке предложений по развитию культуры информационной безопасности.

    В статье рассматривается редко используемая, но эффективная с практической точки зрения технология перевернутой лекции, при реализации которой информация добывается самим студентом вуза в ходе освоения учебного материала. Преподаватель организует условия, при которых лекционный текст будет изучен и интерпретирован обучающимися в самостоятельной деятельности на самом занятии или в домашней подготовке к лекции. Для этого педагогу следует подготовить учебный материал и предоставить студентам для изучения. Результатом усилий студентов будет выработанное совместно всеми участниками образовательного процесса решение какой-либо актуальной педагогической проблемы. Методами нашего исследования обозначенной темы являлись наблюдение, беседа, констатирующий эксперимент. Итогом проведенного исследования служило выявление эффективности используемой технологии перевернутой лекции для профессионального становления обучающихся.

    The chapter explores the role and methods of fostering learning motivation in teaching English to students of non-linguistic specialties. The author emphasizes the crucial role of motivation as a system-forming factor that determines the success, sustainability, and effectiveness of educational activities. The paper analyzes the main types of motivation (intrinsic/extrinsic, integrative/instrumental, motivation for success/fear of failure) and their specifics in the context of language training. Particular attention is paid to the problem of students' low initial level of language proficiency and the need for targeted work to develop motivation from the beginning of university studies. The central role of the teacher as an organizer of a motivating educational environment and a facilitator is defined. The chapter offers practical strategies and methods for enhancing learning motivation, including ensuring the professional relevance of the course content, using interactive teaching methods, working with authentic texts, and creating an atmosphere of psychological support. It is concluded that effective motivation management is key to forming the high professional competence of future specialists.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the application of problem-based learning technologies in the study of natural science disciplines. The problem-based approach contributes not only to the acquisition of knowledge, but also to the formation of necessary skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, and high adaptability to changing conditions. It is known that in the process of solving a problem, students can not only find answers to the questions posed, but also analyze the situation, put forward hypotheses, check various options and draw conclusions. This develops analytical abilities and activates cognitive processes, which are the basis for further education and professional activity. The chapter discusses some aspects of the formation of a biological conceptual framework. It is noted that problem-based learning is based on the development of critical thinking among teachers. Interactive methods are widely used in problem-based learning. In addition, the approach in which assignments are linked to real-life situations or scientific activities helps students see the practical application of the knowledge they receive, which contributes to their deeper understanding and memorization. Creating conditions for polylogue, discussions and dialogues within the classroom improves communication skills and develops creative thinking.

    Modern interactive education in higher education is an innovative approach that combines teaching and learning through the active participation of all those involved in the educational process. The study analyzes the psychological background of this method and its impact on the effectiveness of students' learning. The article examines the relationship between the use of interactive methods and academic achievements, the level of student satisfaction with the learning process in higher education institutions. The study was based on data collected through a voluntary anonymous online survey among students at the bachelor's and Master's degrees in humanities, which provided a comprehensive understanding of the perception of the interactive educational process at the university. The Yandex Forms platform was used to conduct the survey, which made it possible to provide convenience and ease of access for participants. The research methodology included a questionnaire designed to study various aspects of the use of interactive teaching methods in higher education institutions.

The potential of the platform is being explored, combining the theoretical foundations of interactive learning with practical experience using the platform. Special attention is paid to the role of active involvement of students in the educational process, the development of communication skills and the formation of intercultural competence. The authors substantiate the effectiveness of interactive methods for creating a favorable educational environment that stimulates creative activity and independence of students.
