The role of customer feedback in the formation of a system for making managerial decisions that are used in the management of the competitiveness of an enterprise is analyzed.

This cycle «competitiveness – innovative development – competitiveness» has a different nature and the level of significance of the links between individual private parameters in different industries, but the stability of reproduction of the entire cycle has been proven for all branches of Russian industry.

- The main problems of introducing mentoring at hospitality and tourism enterprises in the context of digital transformations are discussed in the chapter. The authors substantiate the relevance of the research, analyzes the prerequisites of digital transformations in the tourism industry, conducts a theoretical study of the content of mentoring using the following methods: abstract-logical and content analysis, classification, generalization, monographic method and method of system analysis. The data obtained made it possible to develop a structural and logical model for the introduction of mentoring at hospitality and tourism enterprises in the context of digital transformations.

- Based on the analysis of the contemporary state of the development of the system of motivation and stimulation of labour of the personnel, the directions of improving of such processes are defined in the article. It is stated that the effective reparations management benefits to both employer and employee. Employees receiving fair salary, generous bonuses and remunerative incentives in exchange for their work will linger to their jobs, keep high performance and morale. It is noted that the issue of fair labour remuneration is highly relevant these days. The fact that the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel, allowing to solve this problem, has been developed in Russia is highlighted in the article. Author concludes that the effective reparations management contributes to employee’s involvement thus leads to the company’s success.

- The present article examines the strategy of interaction of the state and small business as a factor of innovative development – which is a very topical issue, since small innovative businesses are enterprises that are on the balance of industrial property applied objects (patents, utility models, industrial designs), as well as those that systematize and protect intellectual property from commercial secrets. At the same time, the innovation activity of small business, according to the authors, is not a custom-made industry, as a rule, this industry requires more development than funding. In this connection, for the formation of innovative forms and the implementation of their activities, commercialization, expansion of strategic management, and the accession of subjects of state innovation institutions, it is necessary to create an adaptive environment for the development of small business.

- This article deals with the current state and development of the economic mechanism of private enterprise in Kazakhstan. Recent trends have been identified in the economic mechanism of private enterprise, based on the application of scientific knowledge, comparison, analysis and systems approach. The result of the study is the formulation of the strengths and weaknesses of small and medium-sized enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of the state and integration subsystem of the economic mechanism of private entrepreneurship, providing various support measures and contributing to sustainable economic development of the government. The unfavourable trends that have been identified will help to substantiate the main directions for improving the efficiency of small and medium-sized businesses in the country.

- Consideration from critical positions of numerous researches and scientific and methodical works of scientists and experts in the field of innovative activity revealed the fact that among the least studied problems can be attributed to the effect of innovations and innovations. The purpose of this study is the theoretical justification and methodological solution of the complex issues of innovation effect. There are several reasons for this. At least five of them can be formulated as follows: first, there are no large-scale studies on the cycle of effects on the stages of the innovation process. There are practically no theoretically verified methods of calculating the value of the effect; secondly, in the scientific economic literature prevails one-sided view of the competitive relationship between the subjects of innovation. The system of specific communications, which is built on the basis of the effect of innovation and includes both competition and cooperation, is not taken into account; thirdly, there is a small share of research and, as a result, there is still little known about the mechanisms of diffusion of innovation, the ratio of creativity and imitation in the absence of a quantitative assessment of the effect of innovation; fourth, there is no clear understanding of the forms of relationships between certain types of innovation effect and the competitiveness of goods and enterprises; fifth, the experience of functioning of developed countries in the conditions of innovative type of economy shows that economic knowledge should become qualitatively different, oriented to a new idea of innovation not as a goal, but as a means of enterprise development in a market economy. The paper uses General scientific methods of cognition: induction, deduction, synthesis, methods of comparative, multifactorial, functional and situational analysis, statistical groupings and expert-analytical methods.

Поскольку она характеризуется возможностью в течение длительного периода времени удерживать конкурентные преимущества, то под конкурентоспособностью, как считают С. Клименко и другие, следует понимать динамику приспособления предприятия к изменяющимся условиям внешней среды с целью сохранения и развития уже имеющихся или создания новых преимуществ. Это объясняется тем, что конкурентоспособность определяется множеством факторов, влияние которых, по мнению Н. Тарнавской, И. Макаровой, может повышать и уменьшать ее общий уровень, выявлять сильные и слабые стороны деятельности как самого предприятия, так и его конкурентов.

- The article presents a comparative analysis of the nature and content of the concepts of risk and business reputation of the organization. The factors that may affect the process of digitalization of the economy in Russia are identified. The relationship between digitalization of the economy and the business reputation of industrial companies is defined. The refined definition of risk suggests considering risk as an economic phenomenon, which is an integral element of all socio-economic processes that occur in the organization, and is able to lead the system out of balance and, consequently, either improve its performance, or lead to undesirable losses, or destroy. The complete concept of business reputation is that it defines it as a stable representation in the minds of contractors of the organization (consumers, government agencies, suppliers, commercial banks) about the good faith of the fulfillment of its obligations, a high level of quality of the products of the efficiency of the implementation of business contracts. The interrelation between increase in business reputation and growth of competitiveness of the industrial organizations is shown. The quantitative index for assessing the level of goodwill by the dynamics of the revealed violations of the organizations in the industry is proposed. The dynamics of this indicator of industrial organizations of the Russian Federation in 2011–2017 is investigated. Such directions of reducing the risk of business reputation of the industrial organization of the Russian Federation as the development of tools for motivating personnel, the intensification of the use of professional psychological assistance for employees and management of industrial companies, the movement of their business reputation in social networks, the improvement of PR-companies of industrial enterprises, the development of self-regulatory organizations of the industry and the intensification of their activities in the management of the process of ensuring business reputation are revealed. The necessity of formation of independent qualified ratings of business reputation of domestic industrial companies formed in the context of sub-sectors of a particular sector of the economy and regions of the Russian Federation is shown.
