    Abstract:
    Изменение уровня безработицы и занятости естественный процесс в рыночной экономике, зависящий от различных факторов. Последние 2 года должностные лица федеральных органов публичной власти заявляют о снижении уровня безработицы до 2,7–4%. Изменения внешнеполитических тенденций вкупе с санкциями и специальной военной операцией в 2024 году привели к росту ставки рефинансирования и, как следствие, к росту процентных ставок на кредиты и вклады. Стоит отметить, что важным фактором является наличие сотни тысяч россиян трудоспособного возраста, участвующих в специальной военной операции, выпавших из производственно-экономических процессов. Указанные тенденции имеют определенную взаимосвязь, которая рассмотрена в настоящей статье. Автор подчеркивает важность комплексной развитии экономики на федеральном и региональном уровне, ориентированной на развитие отечественной промышленности, что будет способствовать развитию HR-ресурсов и социально-экономического положения регионов России.

    The chapter examines the Western project of globalization, characterizes a number of social engineering technologies used for its implementation. Special attention is paid to such aspects of globalization as the reduction of the world's population, the atomization of society, the women's issue and gender role identification of the younger generations. The question is raised about which groups of the population are supposed to ensure a gradual reduction in the population. It is shown that the poorest segments of the population and women of the biological sex are in the most vulnerable position. The article analyzes social engineering technologies aimed at reducing the population and atomizing society, such as the propaganda of the LGBT+ movement and biological sex change among young people from different countries, including Russia, the technology of introducing the «Child free» subculture, the «MeToo» movement, as well as the formation of egocentric and hedonistic attitudes among the younger generation by mass media and show business. The necessity of creating domestic technologies of education and upbringing, which make it possible to neutralize the negative impact of technologies of the liberal-globalist project on Russian children and youth, is substantiated.

    The study of gender differences in the academic engagement of university students is necessary for the targeted use of various educational technologies in the educational process in higher education. In this regard, it is important to conduct a comparative analysis of the components of engagement in higher education among girls and boys. The study used the methods «Emoticons» (Gizhitsky, 2016), «Diagnostics of student learning motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Scales of academic motivation» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Self-assessment of emotional and personal well-being» (Karapetyan, Glotova, 2020), pilot author's questionnaires «Inclusiveness in learning sessions», «Academic microdeviations» and «Self-report on academic performance». 263 university students aged 16–25 (202 girls and 61 boys) took part in the study conducted by an online survey. The Mann-Whitney U-test was used in data processing. The results of the study revealed that according to the indicators of academic engagement of students, more directly related to learning, there are no gender differences, and the belonging of girls and boys to the same socio-demographic group – «studentship» comes to the fore, since the norms and requirements for higher school students do not differentiate depending on the gender of students; gender differences were found in indicators of academic engagement, which are more indirectly related to learning, since these differences are largely due to the influence of spontaneous and purposeful impacts from broader layers of society, such as family upbringing, communication in peer reference groups, the impact of mass media and the Internet, including information and psychological technologies of social engineering.

  • Interpretation of the Parrot Image in the Codex Cumanicus

    The article is devoted to the interpretation of the drawing in one of the most significant written monuments of the Kipchak and Oghuz languages – Codex Cumanicus – the image of a parrot, which is contained in the German part of the monument on sheet 58v, which has not yet been the subject of attention of researchers studying the monument. The only work devoted to this interesting image is the article by A. G. Yurchenko (2010), in which he connects it with the Egyptian Kipchaks. However, this interpretation does not seem objective. The problems in interpreting the contents of Codex Cumanicus are explained by the fact that its study has so far been carried out only by Turkologists, limiting themselves to purely linguistic issues. Therefore, an interdisciplinary method was used to interpret the image of the parrot on the monument, involving data from cultural studies, art history, religious studies, source studies, ethnology and archeology. The image of the parrot carries an important and profound meaning, connected not with the culture of the Kipchaks of Egypt, but with the Christian tradition, in particular with the content of the German part of the Codex Cumanicus, with the image of the Virgin Mary and the immaculate birth of Jesus Christ, to whom a significant part of the fragments of the Bible translated into the Polovtsian language is dedicated and which are often depicted on medieval engravings with a parrot. The parrot acts as a symbol of the immaculate image of Mary and Christ.

  • The gorovodu (kunde) cult in the ritual practices of the Ghana, Togo, Benin tribes

    Abstract:
    This article is devoted to – the Gorovodu / Kunde cult, which is one of the widespread cults of Vodun in West Africa. It is grounded in the Vodun religious system. However, this order denotes peculiarities, including elements of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism and authentic interpretations. The study relies on the previous scientific realms of research, dated XX–XXI centuries. Comparative analysis is used for detailed description and generalization of anthropological materials, based on field research. Meanwhile, structural analysis, supplemented by the historical-genetic method, deploys the evolution of the cult and its practices. The research draws the following conclusions. Firstly, the emergence of the Gorovodu / Kunde cult was a form of adaptation to socio-cultural challenges. They implied the decline in the standard of living of the population, and the spread of epidemics and famine associated with colonization. Secondly, the negative consequences of colonization were interpreted as the result of the white people’s sorcery. Consequently, the resistance required new spiritual entities, borrowed from the more prosperous regions of the North. Finally, this led to the unique combination of Vodun religious and monotheistic religions elements, which continues developing these days.

    Abstract:
    The increase in global interactions has caused a growth in the exchange of ideas, beliefs, and culture. These phenomena have also affected schools, so it is important to develop intercultural competence in teachers. The study involved students who studied in 2013–2018 at the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I. Ya. Yakovlev. The study was conducted in three stages: 1) identifying the levels of the motivational and value component of intercultural competence; 2) organizing and conducting field research by students in order to form the cognitive-activity component of intercultural competence; 3) re-diagnostics of the motivational and value component. The main content of the article reveals the results of field research conducted by students of the pedagogical university under the supervision of the author in Chuvash, Russian, Tatar and Mordvin villages of the Chuvash Republic.

    The article explores the prospects of using virtual reality (VR) technologies in the process of extracurricular education for school children studying the Chinese language. The potential of VR to create an interactive language environment that enhances motivation, improves retention, and deepens understanding of the material is analyzed. The study includes an experiment demonstrating the effectiveness of VR technologies compared to traditional teaching methods. The experiment's results show that the use of virtual reality significantly improves the acquisition of the Chinese language among schoolchildren and contributes to the development of individualized learning approaches.
