  • Antibody Immune Responses to SARS-CoV-2 Peptides in COVID-19 Convalescent Patients

    Abstract:
    Identifying immunogenic targets of SARS-CoV-2 is essential to develop novel treatments. The authors of the article studied humoral immune responses to spike (S) and nucleocapsid (N) SARS-CoV-2 proteins in serum from convalescent COVID-19 patients from Tatarstan, Russia. Multiple SARS-CoV-2 peptides were identified as reacting with convalescent COVID-19 serum. In addition, age and gender associated differences in the reactivity to S and N protein peptides were identified. Changing pattern of immunogenic peptide reactivity in COVID-19 serum based on age and gender was demonstrated. These data highlight how humoral immune responses to some of these peptides could contribute to SARS-CoV-2 pathogenesis.

    This work examines the problem of creating harmonious relationships, a healthy psychological and comfortable climate in the family. The aim of the research is to study the problems arising in the relationship between parents and children on the way of personality formation in adolescence. Child-parental relations in the family occupy one of the most important places in the development of the child. Under the guidance of the father and mother, the child acquires his own first life experience, simple knowledge about the reality around him, skills and abilities of life in society. Forming the personality of a teenager is the most important task of parents. Adolescence is the time when there is an understanding of oneself in society, knowledge of the generally accepted framework of behavior and communication. The teenager is especially interested in social problems, values, life position is being laid. The personality of the child is formed under the influence of the type of parent

    The article reflects the results of experimental testing of the monitoring program, focused on studying the specifics of the manifestation of modern fathers' readiness to effectively implement their most important social role – «parent». Based on the results of research by scientists in the field of parenting (research by V.V. Abramenkova, A.I. Antonov, V.V. Boyko, V.I.Brutman, A.I. Zakharova, S.Yu. Meshcheryakova, R.V. Ovcharova, V.A.Petrovsky, N.Yu. Sinyagina, G.G. Filippova, A.G. Kharcheva; D. Bassin, E. Galinsky, M. Honey, M. Kaplan, etc.) and an experimental monitoring program was implemented, aimed at a detailed study of the readiness of the fathers of our pupils for responsible fatherhood. Having summarized the data obtained by us as a result of the monitoring program, we conclude that only a quarter of dads are responsible for the implementation of the role of «parent». Most fathers need help for raising their children. We define the development and subsequent implementation of the program of psychological and pedagogical support for dads in the upbringing of their children in the practice of preschool educational institutions as the target guidelines for our future activities.

  • Lexical and Semantic Parallels of Yakut and Telengit Folklore Prose

    Abstract:
    Interest in the research topic arose as a result of studying the texts of folklore prose of the Yakuts and Telengits. Used method, i.e. reliance on scientific works, collection of facts, comparative analysis of lexical-semantic parallels led to interesting results. The identified samples from the folklore of peoples separated by a huge distance and an independent history of development indicate the presence of common roots. Legends reflect the peculiarities of the ideological ideas of ethnic groups, spiritual and moral values, religious views; at the same time, commonality is found not only in the lexico-semantic plan, but also in the compositional structure of the presentation of the material and the syntax of texts. The changes are quite insignificant, for example, in the Yakut version of the legend «Dispute» the image of a large animal is transformed in accordance with the realities of the Arctic nature, for example, a camel turns into an elk. The thematic approach to the consideration of examples allows us to come to the conclusion that most of the coincidences fall on the texts of religious and everyday content. Some examples from onomastics also speak of ancient linguistic contacts or testify to migration processes among the Turkic-speaking ethnic groups, which have not yet received proper coverage in historical science. In the conclusion of the article, it is said about the need to attract more extensive material to the comparative historical study of the phenomenon. Based on the comprehension of the collected material, an assumption is made about the stability of individual lexemes and lexical-semantic constructions in the translation of the traditional beliefs of the people.

The author analyzes the main directions of the teacher's educational activity, in particular, considers the requirements imposed by the federal state educational standard for the level of civil and patriotic education of primary school students.     The work is aimed at resolving the question: «How is «human metaphysics» possible?» The necessity of establishing an independent disciplinary status of this branch of metaphysics is substantiated. The contradictory constitution of its objectivity is shown: the subject is given through the metaphysical effort of man; the method is essentially identical to the subject. Human metaphysics acts as a process of realization of the metaphysical essence of man and at the same time as a reflection of this process, the theory of metaphysics. The following are distinguished as the basis of the theory of human metaphysics: the idea of the metaphysical essence of man and the idea of man as the ontological basis of existence. They form respectively two main trends of «human metaphysics»: philosophical-anthropological and ontological. In addition to them, epistemological, socio-philosophical, ethical trends were identified; the development of the last two of them is most in demand today.

    This paper analyzes the following principles of Russian education: the principle of state funding of science and education, the principle of state responsibility of scientists for the development of science and education, the principle of responsibility and continuity. The genesis and the ontological concepts of philosophy in soil science are shown, some of the main provisions of the scientific and the philosophical, pedagogical, organizational and exhibition activities of E.D. Nikitin are given, and it is indicated that he created scientific and philosophical theory, revealing the main regularities of the relationship between man and nature, homolaterally (theory of the unity of man and nature), highlighted the versatility of feedback, based on the understanding of which, E.D. Nikitin has identified and classified the variety of geosphere, atmosphere and biogeocenosis features of soils and undertook philosophical and scientific generalization on this issue. Continuity in the work of the department «Natural zoning and soil formation» from the 50s of the XX century to the present time is revealed.

    The article discusses the main ideas of the pedagogical concept of V. A. Sukhomlinsky, identifies their philosophical roots, points out the consonance with the ideas of world philosophy. The researcher poses the problem of creative rethinking by the great teacher of the teachings of Marxism-Leninism, in particular the code of the builder of communism, the question of the consonance of his doctrine to the humanistic ideas of world philosophy, the problem of conformity of the doctrine to a religious worldview.
