  • Setting motivational guidelines for firefighters in the context of professional training

    The chapter is devoted to the formation of stable motivational guidelines among fire service employees in the process of their professional training. The psychological aspects of motivation, risk factors for emotional exhaustion, and methods for improving the effectiveness of rescuers are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance of setting clear goals, developing professional competencies, and fostering a sense of teamwork and mutual assistance. Recommendations are given on creating conditions conducive to the development of personal qualities necessary for successfully overcoming stressful situations and high readiness for emergency response. The necessity of regular psychological support and support for firefighters is substantiated in order to prevent the negative effects of prolonged exposure to extreme labor factors. The mechanisms of maintaining a high level of personal responsibility and awareness of the importance of the mission of saving the life and health of the population are being investigated.

    Abstract:
    The Fundamentals of the State Policy of the Russian Federation in the development of legal literacy and legal awareness of Citizens emphasize the importance of legal education and raising the level of legal culture. The All-Russian Legal Dictation has been initiated by the Russian Bar Association since 2017. Legal dictation was conducted in educational institutions of the Chuvash Republic, as well as in schools throughout the Russian Federation. This monograph provides an analysis of the results obtained. The responses of underage students were analyzed 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 classes. The results obtained indicate an average level of awareness of legal responsibility for various illegal acts. If the performance of tasks in grades 6, 7, and 8 differed slightly, then in comparative terms these classes differed from the results obtained in grades 9, 10, and 11. Based on the results obtained and their analysis, the tasks of forming and developing the legal culture of citizens and developing awareness of responsibility for illegal actions are considered important.

  • Technology of preparing future teachers for the formation of socially responsible behavior among adolescents

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretically and confirm empirically the effectiveness of the technology of preparing future teachers for the formation of socially responsible behavior among adolescents in the context of professional training at a university, based on the study and critical analysis of scientific literature, generalization of native and own professional experience. This technology is based on the implementation of the following pedagogical conditions in the educational process: introduction of the problem of social responsibility into the course of psychological and pedagogical disciplines, involvement of students in the practice of developing programs for the formation of socially responsible behavior among adolescents, focusing on their implementation during pedagogical practice; creation of conditions for an active civic position and the formation of experience in professional and creative self-realization, participation in the volunteer and (or) volunteer movement, social projects. The article analyzes philosophical, psychological, pedagogical approaches to the concept of "social responsibility", "socially responsible behavior". The concept of "readiness of a teacher to form socially responsible behavior among adolescents" as an integral professional quality of an individual is revealed; criteria, indicators and levels of its formation are identified; approaches to its formation in university practice are analyzed, conditions for a successful solution of this problem in the context of professional training are substantiated.

  • Tools of generative artificial intelligence in teaching English for specific purposes

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the possibilities of using generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools in teaching English for specific purposes (ESP). The article examines innovative approaches to learning, being necessary due to the rapid development of technology and requirements of the modern labor market. It analyzes the prospects of GAI in ESP context, including a comparative description of the most popular AI tools. The authors explore the functionality, advantages, and limitations of these tools, their impact on teaching a professionally oriented foreign language. Examples of the successful application of GAI in university courses are given. The emphasis is made on the development of communication skills and the adaptation of educational materials to specific professional fields. The article discusses the results of the empirical study showing positive changes in students' learning motivation and progress. The use of GAI contributes to more effective and personalized learning, improves vocabulary, grammatical accuracy and writing skills. However, the successful implementation of GAI requires additional knowledge and training of teachers, as well as focusing on the educational context. Special attention is paid to the need for a balanced approach when using GAI in order to avoid dependence on technology and preserve the positive experience gained in the process of applying traditional teaching methods.

    The study aims to identify indicators of clients' psychological readiness for career change in order to determine the applicability limits of coaching as a method of support. Methods: literature analysis, expert survey of career counselors (n=15). Results: clients' style response patterns for forced career changes, their diagnostic signs, the applicability limits of coaching format of work were revealed. Conclusions: career specialists need to take into account psychological peculiarities of the career changes situation, clients' style response patterns, mastering flexible tools for timely selection of the optimal format of their support.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is a historical analysis of the formation and development of Russian legislation governing the provision of medical services. The main regulatory legal acts regulating the healthcare sector throughout its history, from the time of Kievan Rus to the present, are presented. During the study, three key periods of development of legislation in the field of medicine were identified: pre-revolutionary, Soviet and post-Soviet. An analysis of sources and modern publications showed that this problem has worried the rulers of the Russian state since ancient times and has not lost its relevance in our time. For a long time, medical activity existed in isolation from law. Over time, society and the state as a whole began to understand the seriousness of the adverse consequences of medical activity. In conclusion, the authors conclude that with the development of law in the modern world, there is every reason to recognize the existence of medical law and create a single set of laws that will regulate relations between medical organizations, their employees and patients.

    The article discusses the results of an empirical study of the tradition of raising respect for elders in children of six or seven years old in a modern Khakass family. The relevance of the study is due to the need to familiarize the younger generations with the traditional values of the people and the formation of the spiritual and moral culture of the child's personality. The purpose of the study is to study the traditions of upbringing in the Khakass family, namely, a respectful attitude towards elders. One of the tasks of the work was the study of the moral ideas of children of senior preschool age. The study was conducted in the kindergarten “Kalinka” in Abakan on the basis of empirical methods and the research methodology “Subject Pictures”. The modern Khakass family is influenced by transformational processes and partially preserves ethno-cultural traditions. The tradition of respect for elders and adults is recognized by respondents as significant in the moral education of children, but is not considered as an independent cultural value. In the modern Khakass family, the described tradition in the moral education of children is partially preserved. In the moral ideas of older preschoolers, holistic reasoning about good and bad, good and evil prevails, there is an idea of helping elders, but the understanding of the concept of “respect for elders” is still poorly formed.

    The article discusses the designing of an elective course for Master students of non-linguistic faculties “Written communication in a foreign language for academic and professional purposes”. The course is intended for second-year Masters both in humanities and sciences. The relevance of the topic is based on the fact that nowadays more and more Russian speaking researchers make attempts to publish their papers in international journals. To cope with this challenge, Russian universities should include a course of written communication in a foreign (English) language into their curricula. The author describes the structure of the course, gives links to the sources of materials used in the learning process, shares her own experience in conducting the elective. While preparing the publication, the following methods were used: 1) a survey of research teachers from all faculties of Perm State National Research University, which revealed the written genres they use in their academic and professional activities. 2) Analysis of the available literature on business correspondence and writing research articles in English. 3) Identification and systematization of recommendations for familiarization with the peculiarities of the English-speaking communicative culture. As a result of the work done, the genres of written communication most in demand for academic and professional activities were selected, which served as the basis for creating the structure of the described course.
