    Общественная трапеза выполняла важные коммуникативные и социальные функции, отнюдь не являясь простым удовлетворением чувства голода. Пир представлял собой некий ритуальный акт, в ходе которого устанавливались дружеские связи и союзы, решались вопросы войны и мира, жизни и смерти. Пиршества проводились в соответствии с существовавшими порядками дипломатического протокола: рассадка гостей, расположение столов и сервировка блюд не были хаотичными. Тонкости протокола нередко перекликались у разных культур. Сильнее это заметно у родственных народов, которыми являются предки чувашей гунны и булгары. На раскрытие преемственности этнокультурных традиций направлено это исследование.

    В работе подведены итоги многолетних археологических разведок в пределах Ядринского и Красночетайского муниципальных округов. Результатом работ является выявление девяти новых городищ раннего железного века, что дает возможность дополнить сведения о системе расположения правобережных памятников, уточнить их топографию, варианты укреплений. Уточнены месторасположения Русско-Атайского и Тиханкинского III городищ, составлены их новые планы. Перед исследователями актуализируется необходимость нового, более углубленного изучения уже выявленных городищ и их напластований.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрена проблема топливного кризиса в Москве летом 1917 года, в условиях продолжавшейся Первой мировой войны, в сложный период после Февральской революции 1917 года в России. В обстоятельствах военного времени, в промышленности концентрировались все организующие нити, обеспечивавшие целостность народного организма, сопротивляемость различным разрушительным явлениям. В стране наблюдалось падение производительности промышленности. Другим важнейшим вопросом в торгово-промышленной политике являлся вопрос о топливе, осложнявшийся расстройством транспорта. Непростая ситуация с топливом к лету 1917 г. сложилась в Москве. В исследовании использованы методы научного поиска: конкретно-исторический, проблемно-хронологический, систематизации и сравнительного анализа материала. Проанализированы многочисленные попытки выхода из кризиса в связи с угрожающим недостатком топлива для Москвы. Показано, что имущественные и классовые противоречия революционного периода многократно усложняли решение обострившихся проблем.

    Государство, являясь особым субъектом общественных отношений, реализует свои потребности, направленные на приобретение экономических прав и исполнение социально значимых обязанностей, посредством распределения имущественных благ между государственными органами. При этом государство, не лишая себя легитимного права на имущественные блага, устанавливает для их владельца ограничения в пользовании. Одним из таких видов контроля является право оперативного управления. Поэтому законодатель уделяет особое внимание правовому механизму формирования имущества на праве оперативного управления. Правовые механизмы формирования права оперативного управления являются подспорьем для развития экономических имущественных отношений. В связи с чем желание сократить численность учреждений как носителей права оперативного управления является преждевременной и может повлечь бесконтрольное использование имущества и применение не по назначению.

    The Year of Peace and Creation declared by the President of the Republic of Belarus Lukashenko A.G. Decree No. 1 of January 1, 2023, gave greater incentive and specificity in the design of public health promotion measures youth in the republican action plan. The health of pupils and students is in the area of interest socially oriented state, as evidenced by the systemic work and achievements in the field of solving the problems of demographic security, versatile international cooperation of the Ministry Health care Republic Belarus, opinions conferences at the level of Ministers of Health in Vienna (1988) and Munich (2000) [21, p. 15–20; 35, p. 175–178]. A holistic approach to the creation in schools of the Republic of Belarus healthy learning environment is a strategy used to effective school health since 2000. FRESH initiative (Focusing Resources on Effective School Health «Forming Resources for Effective School Health») has been identified in partnership with UNESCO, UNICEF, WHO and the World bank. Essential Components for a Child-Friendly School («Child Friendly Schools») or «Health Promoting Schools students» («Health Promoting School») focused on interventions that could be effectively implemented even in the least resourced schools [5, p.25].

    This study is devoted to the study of the fundamentals of legal regulation of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia, as well as the role of the state in the regulation and implementation of this institution. The author considers the system of normative legal acts and acts of interpretation operating in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy), the main directions of state policy, tasks and functions of public authorities directly involved in the implementation of legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy). During the study of these issues, the author analyzed scientific literature, judicial practice, as well as materials of judicial statistics showing trends in the development of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia and the practice of its application. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the need to improve the regulatory framework of this institution, including taking into account the adjustment of the distribution of functions between public authorities, which will increase the effectiveness of the implementation of bankruptcy procedures in practice.

    The paper considers current trends in the development of retail trade in Russia and in the food and non-food segment, taking into account current problems and challenges, current trends in digitalization and the development of large networks, as well as e-commerce. The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects for further development of retail trade in Russia. Research methods: monographic analysis and synthesis, economic analysis (vertical, horizontal, coefficient), comparison and synthesis. Based on the results, a conclusion was made about the growing role of large trade networks in retail trade in Russia, although their share is not the same in all regions, about the consolidation of these networks and the creation of oligopolistic competition by them. It was also concluded that the share of Internet commerce in retail is growing, especially in the non-food segment, and the importance of large online marketplaces in retail trade in modern conditions is growing.

    The transformation of the external environment of organizations requires them to adapt to new business trends in order to maintain competitive advantages and obtain positive economic results. In this regard, the development strategy of the organization is a structured long-term management plan, following which the organization is able to strengthen its market position and operate in an ever-changing external environment. The ongoing transformation of market conditions, associated with both the post-pandemic effect and the volatile foreign policy situation, requires even more attention from companies to assess alternatives to strategic development. The purpose of the study is to justify the mechanism for assessing and choosing priorities for the strategic development of the organization of the sea transportation service. Research methods include systematic and strategic analysis, comparative review, expert assessments. The work justifies the mechanism for assessing and choosing alternatives to the strategic development of the enterprise in the field of marine transportation services as a universal tool for making management decisions.
