Research methods: systematization, classification, analysis of legal documentation. The study confirms the relevance of the topic, clarified the concept of "graduate of an educational organization", formed a classification of graduates of educational organizations, systematized the material on digital platforms for the employment of graduates in the Russian economic space, proposed the direction of "supervision as mentoring" for the development of the process of employment of graduates in the Russian educational process.

Одной из ключевых задач постдипломного образования (ПДО) педагогов является подготовка к социальной адаптации. Специализированные программы ПДО помогают преподавателям осваивать новые методики работы с детьми из разных социальных групп, расширять свою культурную компетентность и находить эффективные формы взаимодействия с коллегами и родителями учеников. В этой статье мы рассмотрим возможности ПДО для социальной адаптации педагогов и выясним, какие факторы могут оказывать влияние на её успешность.

    Abstract:
    The article presents and argues the author's opinion regarding the degree of demand for and expediency of using digital tools and services of the educational platform (EP) «Urait» in the educational process of a higher school in the course of teaching academic disciplines, the content of which is highly dynamic. A classic example of such an academic discipline is «Financial accounting». The introductory part of the article contains a general description of the named academic discipline and a description of the specifics of its teaching. The main content of the article is devoted to the description of the author's experience in using the main digital components of the EP «Urait», such as a flexible course constructor, an interactive assessment system and an online bank of the EP «Urait», as well as free templates for work programs. The final part of the article presents the author's vision regarding the need for a future expansion of the existing functionality of the EP «Urait» and expectations from the emergence of new functions of this platform.

    Извещение о подозрении в совершении преступления является важным этапом уголовного процесса. Этот документ позволяет обеспечить защиту прав и законных интересов подозреваемого, а также обеспечение соблюдение принципов законности и справедливости. Извещение о подозрении в совершении преступления – это письменный документ, который дознаватель составляет в том случае, когда по факту совершения преступления возбуждено уголовное дело и в ходе дознания собраны достаточные данные, свидетельствующие о том, что лицо может быть причастно к преступлению. В извещении о подозрении в совершении преступления должны быть указаны обязательные реквизиты, такие как дата и место его составления, фамилия и инициалы лица, его составившего, фамилия, имя и отчество подозреваемого, число, месяц, год и место его рождения, описание преступления с указанием места, времени его совершения и других обстоятельств, подлежащих доказыванию. Соответственно, авторы указали правовые вопросы несоответствия и постарались их осветить в данном исследовании.

    This article considers the issue of supplementing Article 20 of Federal Law No. 324-FZ of November 21, 2011 "On Free Legal Aid in the Russian Federation" with a clause regulating the provision of free legal aid to employers entering into labor relations with persons under the age of 18. The analysis of the current Russian legislation in the field of labor is carried out on the basis of consideration of the legal provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation of 30.12.2001 N 197-FZ, the specifics of labor relations between the employer and minors in the Russian state. Based on this, the influence of the multiplicity of benefits for this category of employees is emphasized, as well as their connection with the appearance of more responsibilities for employers, on reducing the desire of employers to enter into labor relations with minors, and the reasons for the need for these innovations are identified.     The scientific and technological progress of the 20th century (book publishing, radio and television broadcasting, cinematography, etc.) created all the possibilities for the rapid transmission and dissemination of not only socially significant, scientific and other information, but also of artistic and aesthetic thought. The purpose of this article is to identify the main factors contributing to artistic borrowing in literary works, and the reasons why similar phenomena (plot, theme, problem, etc.) are identified in literatures that are not in direct contact. The question of the originality of the work of fiction in modern culture becomes relevant, because it is an indicator of the uniqueness of the national philosophy and aesthetics. National literature is not only or not so much the language of narration, but also the problems, characters, conflicts and ways of solving them, typical for a particular people. Certainly, artistic techniques also matter, which are more related to general literary and general cultural phenomena.

  • Metasubject approach to teaching geography on the example of studying the life of the Eskimos

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the work is to substantiate the meta-subject approach to teaching geography on the example of studying the life of ethnic groups. Based on the methods of analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and technological maps of lessons taken from teachers' websites; designing the meta-subject content of educational tasks in the course of school geography, the need to use the subject and meta-subject approach in their totality was identified and justified. The author's assignments for the development of basic logical actions among students and the formation of interdisciplinary concepts were developed with the involvement of knowledge, methods of activity and concepts of related disciplines on the example of studying the life and life of the Eskimos in the subarctic tundra. The meta-subject approach made it possible to realize the pedagogical potential of geography in the educational process using the knowledge of history, biology, physics, and chemistry. Interdisciplinary concepts were revealed in the study of the dwellings of the Eskimos. The results of the study were tested in the system of advanced training for teachers of geography, biology, chemistry, physics; in the system of training future teachers of geography and ecology. The developed complex integrated tasks, in which universal learning activities require a logical continuation using interdisciplinary concepts, can be used in the study of disciplines at the bachelor’s-lauric level “Project activity in education”, the master’s program “Formation of meta-subject learning outcomes in geography”.

    The chapter discusses the didactic aspects of the professional training of future teachers in higher educational institutions.     Abstract:
    September 2020 was the 10th anniversary of the dual education system in Russia. Germany (German school) is considered to be the ancestor of dual education. Its elements can be found in the systems of professional education in many European and Asian countries [2]. Today the dual system of professional education has received worldwide recognition – it is the most widespread and recognized form of personnel training, which combines theoretical training (in our country – 40%, in Germany – 20–25%) in an educational institution and industrial training (75–80% at the enterprises). This model of training is used in specialized secondary and higher educational institutions, and is financed jointly with business, which is interested in qualified personnel, and the state. The new training system should "arm" the graduates with three main competences, behavioral and personal qualities: Decision-making skills (Soft Skills); professional qualities (Hard Skills), because unprofessionalism is ruining Russia; modern technologies (Digital Skills).

    Проанализировав опыт работы с детьми, а также различные источники по обучению тхэквондо, авторы пришли к выводу о необходимости внесения определенного дополнения в методику совершенствования техники туль у детей 6–7 лет. Для решения этой проблемы исследователями был разработан комплекс упражнений, позволяющий более эффективно совершенствовать технику туль у детей 6–7 лет. В исследовании были использованы следующие методы: анализ научно-методической литературы, документальных и архивных материалов, метод тестирования физической подготовленности, педагогический эксперимент, метод математико-статистической обработки результатов.
