    В статье обсуждаются проблемы, связанные с изменениями ФГОС СПО в педагогическом колледже, в рамках изучения дисциплины «Иностранный язык в профессиональной деятельности». В работе рассматриваются цели и задачи обучения в условиях внедрения в практику новых образовательных стандартов. Анализируются трудности, с которыми сталкивается преподаватель колледжа, возникающие в процессе реализации образовательных программ. Представлены рекомендации по организации обучения иностранному языку студентов СПО на основе опыта работы в колледже ФГБОУ ВО «Южно-Уральский государственный гуманитарно-педагогический университет».

    Abstract:
    Emphasizing the importance of passing on the memory of the Great Patriotic War to the younger generation in order to instill in them devotion to their native country, the article proposes to address this topic in foreign language classes in university settings as one of the ways to achieve this aim. Various aspects of topic-based instruction ensuring the development of the necessary communicative competencies of students are considered. The article focuses on authentic tasks and online tools for autonomous work on them: dictionaries, machine translation tools and speech synthesizers.

    The article deals with the issues of restructuring the work of light industry enterprises during the Great Patriotic War. Changes in equipment and production technology, technical improvement of production processes provided a mode of economy in the consumption of essential materials and created additional opportunities to increase the output of military products. The organization of the flow contributed to the increase in labor productivity, the creation of conditions for the transition of many factories from lagging to advanced ones.

    This article describes the reception and placement of evacuated forces, population and production, of our Motherland during the Great Patriotic War in the Penza region. It tells how the residents of Penza received forced migrants, provided them with housing and jobs. Plants and factories that arrived from the western regions of the country were located in new places and were engaged in the production of products necessary for the Victory.

    В статье представлена характеристика процесса формирования пространственных представлений у слепых обучающихся начальных классов с применением дидактического пособия – бизидом, реализованного на коррекционных занятиях. Автором предложены методические рекомендации, включающие задания, позволяющие поэтапно развивать пространственные представления у слепых обучающихся начальных классов. Содержание стимульного материала обусловлено данными ранее проведенного констатирующего исследования, результаты которого позволили выявить низкий уровень состояния пространственных представлений у слепых обучающихся.

    В статье рассматривается история и современное состояние нефтепереработки в России. Нефтепереработка является одной из важнейших отраслей промышленности страны и играет значительную роль в ее экономике. Описывается история развития нефтепереработки с первых нефтеперегонных установок в Баку в XIX веке. Указывается на создание мощных предприятий, таких как Нижневартовский и Уфимский нефтеперерабатывающие заводы, в период советской власти, что позволило России стать одним из крупнейших производителей нефтепродуктов в мире. Однако период после развала Советского Союза сопровождался проблемами в отрасли, такими как снижение качества продукции и оборудования, а также недостаточная производительность. Отмечается, что в последние годы Россия активно работает над модернизацией и развитием нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий, внедрением передовых методов и технологий для повышения эффективности производства и улучшения качества нефтепродуктов. Акцентируется внимание на активном сотрудничестве российской нефтеперерабатывающей отрасли с зарубежными компаниями в области технического сотрудничества и внедрения передовых методов и технологий. Развитие нефтепереработки имеет огромное значение для экономики России, обеспечивая создание рабочих мест, развитие других отраслей экономики и энергетическую безопасность страны.

    В статье исследуются экономические последствия падения цен на нефть для нефтеперерабатывающей отрасли. Автор обращает внимание на снижение доходов от продажи нефтепродуктов и возможное негативное влияние на прибыль и финансовое положение компаний в отрасли. Обсуждается увеличение конкуренции на рынке нефтепродуктов, вызванное сокращением доходов от продажи нефти и снижением цен. Автор подчеркивает, что это может привести к ухудшению финансового положения компаний, а также к снижению инвестиций в инновации и развитие технологий. Акцентируется внимание на потенциале положительного влияния в падении цены в отрасли в долгосрочной перспективе, так как это может стимулировать увеличение спроса на нефтепродукты и развитие отрасли. Автор приходит к следующему выводу: компании в нефтепереработке должны быть готовы к быстрым изменениям экономической ситуации и адаптироваться к новым условиям на рынке нефти.

    Abstract:
    Over 2012–2022, there were changes in the composition of the number of employees and revenue to the type of economic activity «Agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming» in the context of the regions of the Central and Far Eastern federal districts. There were also changes in the structure of the analyzed indicators. Assessment of structural shifts in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District indicate the presence of both negative and positive ones. The assessment using the integral indicator made it possible to indicate the presence of insignificant structural differences in the number of employees and very significant structural differences in revenue for the analyzed type of economic activity. The noted changes led to the improvement in the industrial index of labor productivity and, as a result, the presence of a positive shifting effect due to changes in the structures of the number of employees and revenue in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District in 2017–2022.

    В статье проведено изучение современного состояния подсудности в гражданском процессе. Автором проанализировано влияние процессуальной реформы на развитие института подсудности гражданских дел, которая проводилась законодателем в течение последних лет. Существуют изменения, вносимые правовой регламентацией подсудности гражданского процесса. Это является предпосылкой для развития новых теоретических положений относительно рассматриваемого института и его структуры. Рассмотрены некоторые проблемы правовой реализации института подсудности. По мнению автора, вместо того чтобы упростить судебную систему, законодатель наоборот усложнил ее, добавив новые горизонты путем выделения и создания отдельно апелляционных судов кассационной инстанции. Исходя из этого, несмотря на наличие существенных изменений в законодательстве по гражданским делам и судов общей юрисдикции, – все равно есть много нерешенных проблем.
