    Abstract:
    This research aims to meet the needs of the international performing arts professionals interested in delivering a relevant, contemporary, and engaging curriculum that combines the educational principles of the Classical University and the requirements needed for the survival of the Performing Arts in the digital epoch. Regardless of the existed restrictions, an increasing internationalization of performing arts education urges the creation of new methodological approaches in curriculum design. The authors identify key features of the modern educational strategies via benchmarking the actual curriculum structure on master’s degree (Level 7 by European Qualifications Framework) programmes in Austrian and Russian HEI’s. The overall goal is to elaborate the model of the innovative and academically strong curriculum for the master's degree programme in vocal arts. Acclaimed in national, regional, and global dimensions, the updated performing arts education programmes enrich the actual cultural landscape worldwide.

  • Female artistic gymnasts’ conditioning under the background of the Code of Points

    Abstract:
    Competitive routines in artistic gymnastics are composed according to the Code of Points, which current variant highly encourages program difficulty. The need to acquire new elements of a high difficulty value and incorporate them tightly in their routines increases stress on gymnasts’ conditioning, based on materials of modern scientific works. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of the current code of points in artistic gymnastics on elite gymnasts’ conditioning. Strength training makes basis to conditioning in modern artistic gymnastics. Its choice should be dictated by an athlete’s dominant discipline. In order to satisfy modern difficulty requirements in one’s performance on uneven bars one needs exceptional upper body and upper limbs strength, in floor exercises – developed leg power and special endurance, in vault – high degree of speed, on balance beam – the ability to balance.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the issues of ethnocultural education of younger schoolchildren and the features of their solution in the modern information world; the results of an empirical study are presented, showing the insufficiently formed level of knowledge of the culture of the Karelian people by children on the example of the Kalevala epic, the development of which is mandatory in the educational space of the Republic of Karelia; examples of the use of the ideas of the synthesis of arts in the course of creating a choreographic work based on the Kalevala epic have been studied. The work is based on the author's observations of the process of studying the Karelian-Finnish epic “Kalevala” by students of primary school age in the conditions of the city of Petrozavodsk. The main research methods were theoretical analysis and experimental and practical work with an experimental group of younger schoolchildren. The author has studied the possibilities of applying the synthesis of arts in the formation of knowledge about the Kalevala epic. The epos “Kalevala” is included in the national-regional component of the educational program, the implementation of which makes it possible to achieve the tasks of ethno-cultural development and education of schoolchildren. However, in the conditions of multitasking pedagogical practice, forced to respond to all the challenges of the information world, the issues of preserving cultural traditions and transferring ethnocultural experience in the modern world become difficult to solve and depend on the stereotypes formed by modern mass media.

    The article is devoted to the specifics of the expression of anthropomorphism in the orientalist novel «The Two-Legged Wolf» by the writer, artist, journalist, officer, ethnographer and illustrator of the XIX century Nikolai Nikolaevich Karazin. The expression of anthropomorphism in the orientalist works of the Turkestan theme of the XIX century is characterized by certain features inherent in the peculiarities of the cultural and socio-political discourse of that time.

  • The Phenomenon of Bilingualism in Udmurt Literature (on the Example of G. E. Vereshchagin’s Works)

    Abstract:
    The article describes the phenomenon of bilingualism, expressed in Udmurt literature at the origins of its formation. An analytical insight of this phenomenon is undertaken on the example of the works of the first Udmurt writer G. E. Vereshchagin, namely, on one of his poems. The introductory part briefly describes the various possible forms of a writer's bilingualism, one of which is adopted by the author under study. Several hypothetical versions are proposed to explain the reasons for the Udmurt writer's appeal to self-translation. An analysis of his lullaby “Glaucous, glaucous dovelet!” in Udmurt and its translated version in Russian, carried out by G. E. Vereshchagin himself, is provided. In the course of a comparative study, similarities and differences were found. It is summarized that the formation of a bilingual context in Udmurt literature begins with the works of G. E. Vereshchagin. Through the author's translation, his poetic creativity is also presented to the Russian-speaking reader for the first time. It is revealed that in the translated text the poet successfully embodied the national stylistics and figurative expressiveness inherent in the original. The study of the bilingual creativity of G. E. Vereshchagin contributes to the understanding of the bilingual phenomenon of national literature.

  • Optimization of Mental States and Interpersonal Relationships of Children in Preschool

    Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of optimizing the psychological states of children through the formation of their interpersonal states with a teacher and peers. Relevance. Based on the analysis of literary sources, it was revealed that violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions and on mental states. This was the basis for the development and implementation of a comprehensive program to optimize the mental states and relationships of children in their relationship. Violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact not only on mental states, but also on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions. This makes it necessary to develop a program of socio-psychological training for teachers and the need to work towards the harmonization of relations among peers. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for optimizing mental states in the process of forming positive interpersonal relationships in a group of preschool educational institutions. Research methods. The article uses theoretical methods of research: analysis of domestic and foreign methodological sources, results of psychological and pedagogical research, study of the resources of educational portals of the Internet, generalization of materials of scientific and practical conferences, forums; practical methods: observation, interviewing, survey, questionnaire, mathematical and statistical methods of processing results (the criterion r is used – Pearson's linear correlation coefficient, etc.). Results and discussion. The author offers the results of a study of the relationship between interpersonal relationships with a teacher and peers with mental states, describes the author's program for optimizing the mental states of children in the pre-school group through the formation of interpersonal relationships. Diagnostic methods are proposed to determine the teacher's attitude to children, interpersonal relationships of children in the preschool group, the actor's method "Mishkin's family" in order to identify the mental states of children determined in relations with the teacher and peers. Conclusions. In our opinion, it is the complex of psychological impact on teachers, coupled with psychological and pedagogical impact on children, that will contribute to a significant increase in the level of interpersonal relationships of children in the immediate social environment and reduce the indicators of negative mental states.

    Abstract:
    The importance of the artistic image in the activity of a teacher as a tool for the development of the communicative culture of a university graduate is considered. This task is implemented through the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, in particular, psychology and foreign languages. The types and functions of the language of the artistic image are discussed. The essential characteristics of the concept of "the language of an artistic image" in the context of pedagogical activity are revealed, its developing potential is indicated. Methodological tools and techniques for improving the communicative culture of graduates of a humanitarian university are proposed.     The exhibition titled «My Minsk – My Inspiration» was organized at the Museum of the History of Minsk and the Belarusian Union of Artists and held in 2021 from September 9 to 26 at the Mikhail Savitsky Art Gallery. This exhibition brought together fine arts and cinema: along with pictorial and graphic works, a number of documentaries in Minsk were presented for viewing, as well as feature films shot especially in Minsk. The purpose of the article is to evaluate paintings and graphic works from the collection of the Belarusian Union of artists presented at the exhibition «My Minsk – my inspiration» in the art gallery of Mikhail Savitsky in Minsk. Created between 1945 and 2018, the mentioned works reflect buildings and streets, valuable in terms of urban development. Paintings have historical and artistic value. The article provides the author's definition of the term «artistic reflection». Based on the method of typing the essence of three artistic reflections of the architectural heritage is revealed: «mirror reflection of artistic heritage», «reflection with the phenomena of artistic reflection» and «fiction in the reflection of the architectural heritage», as well as the identification of works to identify signs of artistic reflection.

    One of the priorities of the system of ethno-cultural training is the development of inclinations and abilities, the realization of the intellectual potential of the individ-ual. The intellectual game of chess is a resource for the mental development of a person. In the article, the author offers a brief overview of the history of Kalmyk chess, as well as shows the effectiveness of modern Kalmyk chess players, an analy-sis of the development of logical thinking, speed and accuracy of mental opera-tions, from the origin to the use of artificial intelligence. The work also touched up-on various modern ways of playing a game in chess, and the effectiveness of their results in the context of this study. The materials and methods of this work are the theoretical method (analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature on the research topic). The results of the study and their discussion: the results of the tournaments were analyzed in the work, within the framework of which the study of the participants was conducted. The results of this experiment are presented. On the basis of the study, it can be concluded that the chess game is used to develop such human qualities as ingenuity and discipline, as well as a number of other important human qualities.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problems of professional training of future teachers of fine arts. The purpose of the work is to consider the role and significance of the study by students of the Faculty of Arts and Design of traditional religious rites and holidays of the peoples of the Far North, the Khanty and Mansi. The material for the study was the traditional rites of the peoples of the Khanty and Mansi. Based on the method of theoretical analysis, the pedagogical potential of the traditional rites of the Khanty and Mansi peoples was revealed and the pedagogical conditions for the process of professional training of students – future teachers of fine arts were substantiated. The article describes in detail the traditions associated with hunting, fishing; the most common folk holidays associated with the bear, elk, crow day; national rites – wedding, funeral, rite of birth of a child. Comprehension and understanding of the world are reflected in oral folk art, legends, legends, myths, folklore. The future teacher of fine arts needs to know the traditional way of life of the indigenous people of Ugra, so that in his pedagogical work he can convey artistic and creative experience to schoolchildren. In conclusion, a description of the main pedagogical conditions for preparing students – future teachers of fine arts for professional activities, taking into account national traditions and the ethno-cultural specifics of the region, is given.

    Currently, in the conditions of market relations, organizations have significantly increased the number of counterparties – product suppliers and buyers, that is, debtors and creditors, due to a number of objective and subjective factors, the procedure for accounting and reporting receivables and payables has become more complicated. In order to properly build relationships with customers, it is necessary to constantly monitor the current state of mutual settlements and monitor trends in their changes in the medium and long term. At the same time, control should be differentiated in relation to different groups of customers, distribution channels, regions and forms of contractual relations. Accounts receivable and accounts payable are a natural phenomenon for the system of settlements between enterprises existing in Russia. In the structure of receivables and payables, the largest share (up to 90%) is occupied by obligations to suppliers and claims to buyers, therefore, these indicators directly affect the solvency and financial stability of organizations.     Abstract:
    One of the main branches of engineering in the Republic of Tatarstan is the compressor industry. Produced compressors are used both in Tatarstan itself and throughout Russia. The need of the industry for a large range of centrifugal compressors leads to the need to reduce the time of their creation. In this regard, it is relevant to develop mathematical models that, having relative simplicity, accurately calculate real processes. These requirements are met by methods based on the use of a quasi-three-dimensional flow model in the flow parts of turbomachines. Two components of this method are now widely used. In this paper, we consider its third component, the so-called third two-dimensional problem. It is its solution that makes it possible to refine the shape of the flow surfaces that differ from axisymmetric ones and, thereby, more accurately model the spatial nature of the flow in the flow path.
