    Abstract:
    The chapter studies the dualistic nature of Chinese management theory, namely the coexistence of two management styles: Wang Dao and Ba Dao. Wang Dao is based on the rules of virtue, and Ba Dao is based on the rules of law. Wang Dao implies a policy of agreement, and Ba Dao implies a policy of opposing the enemy. These two management styles are inseparable and important for the functioning and development of society. It is argued that the condition for modernizing the governance system of modern China, which is in search of a golden mean between the rule of virtue and the rule of law, is a hybrid democracy that absorbs the energy of consensual and competitive democracy.

    Abstract:
    The chapter provides arguments about the need to develop emotional intelligence in adolescence. Group counseling is considered as a way to develop emotional intelligence. The results of an empirical study of the level of emotional intelligence development in adolescent children, comparative diagnostic results of the experimental group before and after the group counseling program and the results of statistical verification of differences between the levels of emotional intelligence development in adolescents before and after the formative experiment are presented. As a result of the study, statistically significant shifts in the development of emotional intelligence towards its improvement were obtained. Thus, the group consultation program acts as one of the most effective means of developing emotional intelligence.

    Abstract:
    In order to understand the influence of geopolitical factors on the value of the company the value of PJSC Sberbank will be estimated using dividend discount model and earning multiplier and after that compared with values of JPMorgan Chase and HSBC banks which will be calculated using same methods in order to estimate the discount that Russian bank will have in comparison with American and British banks that are supposed to have zero discount since those countries are considered as the most stable and economically developed in the world thus it makes sense to calculate discount rate based on their prices. Also, a regression model which will analyze factors that can affect the price of stocks of those banks will be considered, and if the results for Russian and Western banks are too different, it becomes possible to estimate the error (discount) which is applied when pricing Russian assets.

    The article describes bankruptcy issues and information on conducting an assessment of the probability of assessing the bankruptcy of companies. Based on the data from the accounting statements of the oil and gas company PJSC Lukoil, the probability of bankruptcy of the company was assessed using four bankruptcy forecasting models. The article presents the conclusions of the analysis, evaluates the success of the introduction of the financial policy of the company.

    Из-за неопределенности в распределении мировых нефтяных ресурсов, проблема безопасности поставок нефти в Китае всегда существовала, и инвестиции в технологии разведки и добычи должны быть увеличены, чтобы обеспечить низкозатратную и высокоэффективную добычу нефти и газа. В этой статье, основанной на объеме добычи нефти в Китае с 1965 по 2021 год, используется многоцикловая обобщенная модель Венга для анализа потенциала добычи нефти в Китае. Результаты показывают, что по состоянию на 2021 год добыча нефти в Китае прошла свой пик и имеет тенденцию к снижению. Пик добычи нефти в Китае пришелся на 2013–2015 годы, пик добычи составил 215,2 млн тонн. Совокупный извлекаемый объем составляет 15312,5 млн тонн.

    Разделение потребления ископаемой энергии и выбросов углекислого газа является важной задачей для Китая в достижении своей цели «достижения пика выбросов углерода и углеродной нейтральности». На основе модели декаплинга Тапио в статье рассчитывается взаимосвязь между выбросами углерода в Китае, потреблением ископаемой энергии и экономическим ростом с 2001 по 2020 год. Результаты исследований показывают, что: индекс декаплинга между выбросами углерода в Китае и экономическим ростом с 2001 по 2020 год находится в диапазоне -0,229–1,283, Индекс декаплинга между потреблением угля и экономическим ростом находится в пределах -0,474–1,523, Индекс декаплинга между потреблением сырой нефти и экономическим развитием находится в пределах 0,080–1,197. В целом, выбросы углекислого газа в Китае, потребление ископаемой энергии и экономическое развитие находятся в состоянии слабого декаплинга. На основе этих расчетов в данной статье выдвигаются соответствующие предложения по ускорению разделения выбросов углекислого газа и потребления ископаемой энергии.

    Abstract:
    At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PIEF–2023), the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin presented a new concept for the development of a country with a sovereign economy. This time, the president did not as much emphasize and highlight priorities, as he summarized the theoretical and methodological basis for the announced model. The President answered the fundamental question: how and in what way will the new Russian economy be built – «the economy of supply». We are talking about the transition to a qualitatively new level of development – to a sovereign economy that not only reacts to market conditions and takes into account demand, but also forms this demand. Such an economy is often called the «supply economy» and presupposes a large-scale increase in production forces and the expansion of the service sector, the widespread creation of new modern industrial facilities and entire industries, including in those areas "... where we have not yet proven ourselves properly, but there are scientific opportunities, creative potential that we have, of course» – that's how V.V. Putin described the contours of the new development model. The main principles will be: orientation of the education system on employment of graduates; expansion of entrepreneurial activity; increasing the attractiveness of Russia as a state of central jurisdiction for conducting global business and preventing the transfer of funds from the country abroad; ensuring investment growth; maximum spread of the «lean production» system; automation and mastering of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Experts named the immediate «builders of the country's technological sovereignty»: to achieve it, experts in artificial intelligence, blockchain and robotics will be needed.

    Abstract:
    Нестабильность общественных процессов приводит к необходимости изменения подходов к развитию личности в учреждениях сферы образования. Государственный образовательный стандарт, устанавливая ориентиры к результатам формирования эмоционального интеллекта, создает проблемное поле для практиков в выборе оптимальной структурной модели эмоционального интеллекта и определения его компонентного содержания с учетом возрастных особенностей. Целью работы является выявление структурно-содержательных особенностей эмоционального интеллекта в подростковом возрасте. Для реализации поставленной цели был использован тест MSCEIT-YRV, тест эмпатии для детей и подростков В.К. Брайант и опросник регуляции эмоций (ERO) Дж. Гросса. Анализ результатов, полученных в группе подростков 13–14 лет, позволил выявить, что подростки имеют развитые способности, связанные с распознаванием и использованием эмоций, при сниженном уровне развития способностей к управлению и пониманию эмоций. Подростки, испытывающие затруднения с управлением и пониманием эмоций обладают низким уровнем эмпатии и используют стратегию подавления экспрессии. Выявленные особенности структуры эмоционального интеллекта подростков могут использоваться при формировании программы развития эмоционального интеллекта в процессе психолого-педагогического сопровождения деятельности общеобразовательной организации.

    В статье обосновывается необходимость освоения будущими учителями начальной школы графического моделирования, которое является обязательным компонентом общего умения решать текстовые задачи. Подчеркивается целесообразность графического моделирования текстовых задач на отрезках. Указываются требования и приведены этапы построения схемы текстовой задачи на отрезках. Перечислены виды практических упражнений по графическому моделированию текстовых задач на отрезках в учебниках по математике для начальной школы. Приведены результаты экспериментального исследования освоения графического моделирования текстовых задач на отрезках младшими школьниками и студентами-первокурсниками, обучающимися по профилю «Начальное образование». Предложено содержание и указаны требования к математической подготовке будущих учителей начальной школы по графическому моделированию текстовых задач на отрезках.

    The chapter reveals the potential of mentoring as a «personalized support strategy» based on the maximum actualization of the creative potential of teachers and students. The experience of organizing mentoring within the framework of the «teacher-teacher» model is described, and the main stages of the work are characterized. Mentoring in the «student-pupil» form is also considered. Using specific examples from our own practice, it is proven that this form can be most holistically implemented in the course of joint design and research activities of mentors and mentees.

    In this work, a three-factor multiplicative mathematical model of deterministic factor analysis by the integral method is studied on the example of solving a specific problem of analyzing the economic activity of the manufacturing sector of the economy. As intermediate indicators, the average number of employees in the industry, the number of days worked by an employee per year and the average annual production of products by an employee of the industry were taken. The resulting indicator was the output of the industry.

    Abstract:
    More than 20 years the two-level system of higher education within the framework of Bologna system has been developing in the Russian Federation. However, it proved to be untenable for the Russian Federation, as it significantly reduced the quality of training of university students as professionals demanded by domestic organisations. Under the conditions of economic sanctions against Russia by the USA and a number of countries, it became necessary to implement the import substitution strategy. But its implementation required the development of industry, opening of new enterprises and production facilities, which, in turn, required professionals capable of doing this. As a consequence, it was necessary to change the system of training the necessary specialists in domestic universities. The study of the identified problems was carried out taking into account the practical experience of the author, using the method of included observation and discussion of the identified problems at various conferences, as well as the study of various studies on this issue.

    В статье рассматривается психолого-педагогическое сопровождение личности подростков в образовательных организациях. Описывается исследование, проведенное в школе г. Казани, которое содержало в себе диагностику индивидуально и социально – психологических особенностей личности подростков, создание и реализация программы по психолого-педагогическому сопровождению личности подростков, обучающихся в 8 классе и повторная диагностика, доказывающая эффективность данной программы. Программа психолого-педагогического сопровождения личности подростков направлена на работу со всеми субъектами образовательного процесса и включает в себя основные направления деятельности педагога-психолога. Дано описание программы психолого-педагогического сопровождения личности подростков. Показана результативность программы: представлены данные о росте уровня индивидуально-психологических и социально-психологических черт личности. Разработанную программу можно использовать в образовательных организациях для повышения эффективности психолого-педагогического сопровождения.
