    Abstract:
    The problem of school resilience as its ability to ensure a high level of performance while working in unfavorable social conditions is attractive at the same time for several reasons. The solution to this problem allows the student, overcoming his socio-cultural limitations, to receive a high-quality education, and the state to improve the quality of human resources. Thus, the problem of ensuring social equality and justice as a condition of national security is organically intertwined with the problem of school resistance. The remaining uncertainty regarding the issue of the existence of resilience schools is resolved by including non-social objects as actors of educational interaction in the sphere of pedagogical analysis. It is shown that unfavorable social conditions (from the standpoint of school and universal values) in reality seem to be the most likely life prospect for students. To change the perspective, it is necessary either to change the conditions of interaction, or to change the attitude towards them. Depending on the chosen option, the school's strategies are determined, which determine qualitatively different models of resilient educational organizations. The study proposes five such models based, respectively, on the principles of: resonant interaction, focusing on supporting positive and blocking negative educational fluctuations of schoolchildren; compensatory interaction, calling for the creation of specific conditions in school that replace the effect of an unfavorable environment; the development of personal resilience of students as a meta-competence; integration of all previous models into a single educational system. The latter, the integrative model, can be considered as the highest level of school resilience achieved by successive changes of the previous ones. The fifth model is represented by the negative resilience of the school, which shows persistently low educational results and accepts its condition as inevitable. The necessity of considering negative resilience as a specific condition of an educational organization requiring special treatment and approaches to its development, as well as representing an independent research interest, is substantiated.

    В статье рассматривается технология реконструкции трехмерных объектов с использованием двухмерных изображений. Описывается процесс этой реконструкции, включающий анализ и предварительную обработку изображений, вычисление стереозрения, реконструкцию поверхностей и визуализацию трехмерных моделей. Раскрываются преимущества и ограничения данной технологии. Отмечается, что использование реконструкции 3D-объектов на основе 2D-изображений позволяет создавать реалистичные модели объектов без необходимости сканирования или фотографирования, а также экономит время и ресурсы. Однако ограничениями являются сложные условия съемки и качество исходных изображений. В заключение отмечается, что эта технология открывает новые возможности для создания виртуальной и дополненной реальности, а также для использования трехмерных моделей в различных областях.

    В статье выявляются предпосылки применения маркетплейса, бизнес-модель которого разрешает качественно исполнять функции коммерческой деятельности. Существует предположение, что при современных направленностях формирования рынка электронной коммерции маркетплейс, – растущий и конкурентоспособный формат. Показано, что тенденции рынка создают предпосылки для формирования маркетплейсов и повышения их роли в электронной коммерции. Несмотря на огромную плотность на рынке маркетплейсов, прогресс барьеров для входа, проблемы в продвижении товаров и услуг и проблемы с логистикой бизнес-модель сохраняет престижность для предпринимателей в силу внушительной координационной и интеграционной роли.

    В статье поставлена проблема своеобразия советской модели модернизации и степени ее релевантности потребностям обеспечения национальной безопасности, решенная на основе типологическего подхода, позволившего осуществить выявление ключевых типологических характеристик различных моделей российской модернизации и аксиологического метода, позволившего провести исследование ценностно-смысловых аспектов национальной безопасности. Сделан вывод о сходстве советской и имперской модернизационных моделей по типу и направленности и их различии в аксиологической сущности, поскольку советская модель создала прочную смысловую основу модернизации путем слияния ценностных ориентаций личности, общества и власти.

    В статье рассмотрена проблема причины элиминации советской модернизационной модели как проблема степени ее соответствия потребностям обеспечения национальной безопасности, решенная на основе типологического подхода, позволившего осуществить выявление ключевых типологических характеристик различных моделей российской модернизации и аксиологического метода, позволившего провести исследование ценностно-смысловых аспектов национальной безопасности. Сделан вывод о том, что объективные процессы модернизационного развития, пришедшие в противоречие с субъективными мотивами властно-бюрократической элиты, привели к дезинтеграции ценностных ориентаций власти, общества и личности, а потому – к разрушению единых национальных интересов в качестве основных объектов обеспечения национальной безопасности.

    This article considers various methods of assessing the probability of bankruptcy of the company. It describes the main statistical models and their application for forecasting the financial condition of the company on the example of PJSC Tatneft. Also analyzes the factors that may affect the investment attractiveness of the company. In conclusion, the author draws a conclusion about how effectively the company uses its cash and suggests measures to improve some financial indicators.

With its help, it becomes possible not only to dynamically quantify the level of the motivational component, but also to adjust the educational process.

    The development of an effective management model of a company is the basis for a high indicator of its viability. The work uses the example of «Yandex» to demonstrate the author's evaluation of the amount of financial bankruptcy of firms. The author recommends applying a cost-based method to analyzing a company's financial health in order to identify the key lines of enterprise development, forecast future growth, and offer the primary strategies to enhance it.

Результаты исследования позволяют произвести оценку инвестиционной привлекательности ПАО «Уралкалий» и сформировать выводы о результатах финансовой деятельности.

    Despite the numerous problems in higher education in preparing professionals in demand in the national economy, currently existing approaches to solving them make them impossible to be successfully resolved. This is confirmed by the fact that there is still no scientifically designed governmental strategy for the development of higher education and a scientifically grounded model of the transition to a new system of higher education when moving away from the Bologna System, understandable to both higher education specialists and the entire Russian society. The analysis of the situation with the training of university graduates as future professionals suggests that all the activities carried out by higher education authorities do not allow providing the national economy with the necessary professionals in the changing conditions of the global economy and new challenges from the United States and Western countries. In these conditions, domestic organizations are experiencing an acute ‘personnel shortage’ for young and creative professionals, despite the increase in financial resources for the development of higher education from the government. There is a need for a radical change in approaches to the development of a governmental strategy for teaching students in domestic universities, since the designated new model does not imply a radical development of higher education as higher professional education.

    In modern conditions of market economic activity, the process of integration and cooperative interaction often becomes crucial for the country to conduct an effective foreign economic policy. However, it is the very time that this trend has been subjected to numerous challenges and threats from the perspective of multiple packages of unjustified sanctions against the Russian Federation from a number of Western unfriendly states. As a result, along with threats and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process, new opportunities for optimizing the trade balance with foreign partners have appeared. The logistics flows of Russian trade have changed the vector of orientation from the western to the eastern sector. The algorithm of trade relations itself is changing. And one of the main parts in this restructuring mechanism is played by the apparatus of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), without whose thorough work success in this matter is simply impossible. In turn, the customs industry, in order to activate innovative management imperatives, urgently needs numerous initial assets and resources to fully ensure daily operations. This means that the role of the logistics support structure responsible for this area is immeasurably increasing. It is the activity of the latter that is the focus of the study. The author sees the improvement of the procurement model and its algorithm as a very effective opportunity. Based on the accumulated statistical information and scientific research, the forecast change in a number of procurement functions in various directions is analyzed. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.
