    Abstract:
    В статье исследуется процесс диверсификации экономики Уральского региона с акцентом на развитие креативных индустрий в условиях цифровизации. Рассматриваются ключевые социально-экономические факторы, способствующие росту сектора, а также барьеры, препятствующие его развитию. Автор отмечает, что несмотря на значительный потенциал креативная экономика сталкивается с кадровым дефицитом, недостаточным уровнем венчурного финансирования и доминированием традиционной промышленности в структуре региональной экономики. Анализируя официальные статистические данные и кейсы локальных компаний, показано, что динамика роста креативных индустрий опережает среднероссийские показатели. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию государственной поддержки, включая программы субсидирования и налоговые послабления, которые способствуют увеличению числа стартапов и предпринимательских инициатив в сфере IT, дизайна и архитектуры. В работе предложены практические рекомендации для дальнейшего развития сектора, включая совершенствование образовательных программ, создание специализированного венчурного фонда и внедрение новых механизмов поддержки креативных бизнесов. Реализация этих мер может способствовать укреплению позиций региона в качестве центра инновационного развития и привлечению новых инвестиций в экономику будущего.

    Статья написана по итогам участия в I Научно-практической конференции «Психология коучинга: методология, теория, практика» (11–12 апреля 2025 г.). и продолжает развитие предпосылок и необходимых условий обоснованности и уместности вовлечения в работу с клиентами как в личной, так и корпоративной практике (бизнес-коучинг) той информации, которую предоставляют телесные маркеры проживания различных затруднений в жизни и работе. Спектр таких запросов весьма обширен – от сложностей в принятии решений, карьерных событий, до формирования управленческой команды, корпоративной культуры, определения стратегии развития бизнеса. При всем высоком уровне образования, обширности жизненного и профессионального опыта, клиенты тем не менее периодически испытывают сложности, за разрешением которых они вынуждены обращаться к специалисту, ибо самостоятельно разрешить проблему им не представляется возможным. Причиной возникновения сложностей, представляющихся клиентам непонятными вопреки имеющимся у них знаниям и опыту, и неразрешимыми, несмотря на многочисленные попытки, может служить закрепившееся дезадаптивное поведение в ответ на возникающие вызовы в личной или профессиональной жизни. При этом глубинные основания возникновения проблем остаются неосознаваемыми или отрицаемыми ввиду болезненности такого осознавания или невозможности вербализовать опыт довербального периода. Дополнительные сложности при попытках разрешить возникающие проблемы могут быть связаны и с ограниченностью ресурсной базы. Мы имеем при этом в виду такие явления, как запрещение доступа к той или иной информации или возможному адаптивному поведению, наложенные родительскими предписаниями в раннем возрасте, или последствия «синдрома обкрадывания», когда обслуживание внутренних конфликтов, психологических защит и сопротивления нужным изменениям приводит к большим непродуктивным затратам психической энергии. Грамотная работа с соматическими проявлениями психических процессов, при должной подготовке специалиста показывают высокую эффективность в коучинге и консультировании при соблюдении определенных предпосылок.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the methodological foundations and effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral coaching. Particular attention is paid to the problem of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching. It is concluded that the model can serve as a prototype of the protocol. The result of the analysis of coaching models is presented. It is the integrative structural model of coaching, which was the basis for the "Coaching model Navigator" developing. The "Coaching model Navigator is a tool for constructing the structure of a coaching session for a specific request. It is concluded that there is a certain sequence of arrangement of structural elements of the coach's activity, and the differentiating structural elements for cognitive-behavioral coaching are the elements "Perception", "Presentation of an alternative view", "analysis of consequences", "full analysis of the target solution". A plan for the development of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching is proposed.

  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the Russian-language version of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioural coaching model

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral coaching model PRACTICE. To evaluate the effectiveness, a repeated measures design was used. Data processing was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the Wilcoxon criterion. Results: coaching sessions conducted according to the PRACTICE model lead to a positive shift in the level of personal effectiveness (z = 137.5, p = 0.023) and the level of self-organization of the coachee (z = 88, p = 0.025). The study is the first evaluation of the effectiveness of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioral coaching model and creates a basis for further comparative studies in the field of coaching psychology.

    Abstract:
    This article presents a generalized competency model for cognitive-behavioral coaches (GCM CBC) developed through the synthesis of existing coaching competency models, including international (ICF, EMCC, IAC, AC) and Russian-language frameworks (ARC, NFPMC), as well as the Beck Institute's Cognitive Therapy Rating Scale (CTRS), while accounting for the specific characteristics of the cognitive-behavioral approach in coaching. The development methodology employed semantic analysis and clustering of behavioral indicators, resulting in the identification of four key competency clusters manifested within coaching sessions: goal orientation, interpersonal interaction, interventions, and process, as well as two clusters manifested outside sessions. The developed model may serve as a foundation for standardizing professional training of cognitive-behavioral coaches, developing certification programs, and ensuring quality assurance in practice.

    Abstract:
    В статье исследуется эффективность практики применения коучинга в спортивной подготовке высококвалифицированных атлетов. Несмотря на активное развитие коучинга как инструмента поддержки спортсменов, его результативность остаётся предметом дискуссий. Автор вносит вклад в развитие методологии психологии коучинга (Coaching Psychology) как отрасли психологического знания, делая ее более эффективной для работы со спортсменами. В статье представлены методы оценки эффективности коучинга, включая количественные показатели, и описана модель формирования прочности и вариативности двигательных навыков, критически важных для стабильности соревновательной деятельности. На примере кейса гребца-слаломиста продемонстрировано сокращение ошибок при прохождении сложных элементов гонки на 35% благодаря комбинации психологических методик, таких как постановка целей с использованием модели GROW, ментальная визуализация и тренировка с биологической обратной связью. Делается вывод о необходимости интеграции объективных измерений в оценку коучинговых программ.

В качестве задачи автором рассмотрены: элементы типовой модели и социальный эффект выбора организации и управления вузом; регламентирующая деятельность формирования и индексируемые показатели эффективности. Основное внимание уделено социальным аспектам выбора типовой модели образовательного учреждения с целью развитию потенциала вуза и студентов в процессе обучения. В статье рассмотрены традиционные формы типовых моделей управления. Определены факторы, оказывающие институциональное влияние на их эффективность. Затронуты проблемы и вопросы рекомендации выбора форм и моделей управления вузом.

    The article addresses the issue of qualimetric analysis of professional self-determination among students within the context of basic general education. Based on theoretical and empirical research methods conducted at MBOU Secondary School No. 4 in Poltavskaya village, Krasnoarmeysky District, Krasnodar Krai, the study presents the results of diagnostics assessing the readiness of 9th-grade students for professional self-determination. The activities of the educational institution related to vocational guidance are analyzed, factors influencing the process of professional self-determination are identified, and a series of recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of this process are proposed. The article also emphasizes the importance of interaction between the school, parents, and social partners in implementing vocational guidance activities.     Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the practical implementation of the Pareto principle in the process of language training of students of non-linguistic specialties of the university. Due to the organization of the learning process on the basis of the course, which is based on the 80/20 rule, attention is focused on the direct perception of information, a conscious approach of students to their learning activities, the perception of educational activities as an imitation modeling of a real language environment, readiness for full and productive communication in a foreign language, taking into account its cultural characteristics are formed. Important advantages of the developed course are the focus on the practical use of the language, the acquisition of useful experience of communication with native speakers. The knowledge gained through this method becomes a valuable asset and helps to cope with any communicative tasks in a foreign language. The conducted experimental work has confirmed that students whose learning process was organized on the basis of the Pareto principle achieve significant results in learning a foreign language faster than with traditional teaching methods.

    В статье рассматривается образовательный туризм как эффективная форма реализации исторического просвещения. Обсуждаются основные аспекты, включая роль исторических достопримечательностей, музейного дела и культурного наследия в процессе обучения. Авторы анализируют примеры успешных образовательных программ, направленных на углубление знаний о истории в контексте туризма. Подчеркивается значимость взаимодействия между туристами и местными сообществами, которое способствует формированию исторической памяти и культурной идентичности. В заключение выносятся рекомендации по организации образовательного туризма как эффективной формой реализации исторического просвещения, поскольку он сочетает в себе элементы обучения и путешествий, позволяя людям узнавать о культурном наследии, исторических событиях и традициях различных регионов. В целом, образовательный туризм является мощным инструментом для исторического просвещения, способствуя более глубокому пониманию истории и культуры, а также формированию ответственного отношения к наследию как на уровне отдельных личностей, так и общества в целом.
