    Abstract:
    The systemic world crisis testify to the complete invalidity of neoclassical economic theory and the neoliberal model of the national economy. In this regard, the development of a new economic theory that combines a political economy approach to the national economy with a national economic research methodology becomes of special relevance. The chapter highlights relevant issues of the development of world and domestic economic science, substantiates the importance of social sciences and humanitarian knowledge as the basis for the development of modern economics. It is important to observe the principle of historicism - orientation on civilisation conditions and national needs, adaptation of Russia to new geopolitical realities. The scientific content makes it possible to talk about the progressiveness of the ideas of nationally-oriented economic reform, consistent modernisation of the economic sphere of the Russian society.

    Abstract:
    The empirical component of economic processes does not tolerate statics, which can only, perhaps, serve as a separate theoretical justification of some aspects in certain spheres of life. For reliable results, due to the fact that practice is the ultimate criterion of veracity of any new tool (model), it is necessary to proceed from the phenomena of dynamic order. It is the situational analysis with a minimum share of inaccuracy that allows to see the true advantages and disadvantages of the studied object, its risks and opportunities depending on the also changing realities of the environment. As the results of leading research institutes show, today the speed of updating information series (including the field of economics) is growing literally in geometric progression. If in the last century it took decades for the basic knowledge to become obsolete, now it becomes obsolete within a year. Without a doubt, this is due to the factors of informatisation, growth of human resources and artificial intelligence, computerisation and many other factors inherent in modern society. As the model of socio-public relations changes, and so does the very model of the relations of the economic order. And this phenomenon is especially grotesque in foreign economic activity. It is in its context that the author considers different periods of the automotive clusters' activity in the Kaluga region. A retrospective analysis is made. Appropriate assessments of each stage of development are given. The peculiarities of this sphere of life lie in the presence of many foreign investors, who played a favourable part in the establishment of a self-sufficient budget of the region. But any foreign investor, being oriented first of all on its own profit, at the same time is very much dependent on political aspects of the country of its original origin. And what was good for everyone yesterday, today turns into an "economic collapse" due to the replacement of economic priorities with political ambitions. The author proves that the political and economic model created by Western countries is a pseudo-model and has no long-term mutually beneficial prospects in foreign economic cooperation.

    Abstract:
    The objective of the chapter is to elaborate suggestions for improving the mechanisms of building harmonious interfaith relations in the Arkhangelsk region. On the basis of statistical data and normative legal acts the current state of intergroup interaction is analysed and the regional policy guidelines for religious associations are identified. The authors confirm the predominantly peaceful nature of interactions in the multi-religious community. The need for more intensive actions on the part of both the authorities and the clergy to achieve the common objective of developing allied relations between confessions is emphasised. The experience of the implementation of measures for state regulation of interfaith relations in the Federal Republic of Germany is described. The suggestions for the executive authorities of the Arkhangelsk region are formulated.

    Abstract:
    The problem of digitalization of various institutions of modern society is relevant. Undoubtedly, this process has to be regulated through appropriate socio-political decisions and management methods. Professional intervention in the digitalization of people's private lives should be particularly subtle and scientifically justified. The methods used to analyze state statistics, a review of Internet materials and an analysis of scientific publications allow the proposed study to identify some prospects for the management development in the field of digitalization of Russian families. It it revealed that Russian households have the material and technical prerequisites for this, as well as research materials in the field of family well-being (digital well-being and established digital interaction are its basis).

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the pedagogical influence of municipal space on children’s socialization. There are two points of view on the relationship between children and the municipal area. On the one hand, children need safety from destructive consequences of migration processes. On the other hand, children should be given the opportunity to move around the space of the municipality independently and safely in order to productively use communication opportunities offered by the municipality. This leads to the creation of an infrastructural environment in the municipal area that would not only bring pleasure to children, but would also have an educational effect on them. To illustrate this, municipal projects of the Belgian city of Ghent are presented.

    В статье говорится о том, что одной из главных особенностей профессиональной деятельности сотрудников органов внутренних дел является работа с разными людьми. Полицейскому для эффективного межличностного взаимодействия необходимо уметь находить общий язык с любой категорией граждан. Дисциплина «Основы русского жестового языка» способствует формированию навыков общения с глухими и слабослышащими людьми, поскольку дает азы русского жестового языка, знакомит с физическими, психологическими и ментальными особенностями людей, имеющих нарушения слуха. Перечислены проблемы, с которыми приходится сталкиваться сотрудникам полиции при коммуникации с глухими людьми. Описаны правила инклюзивного общения.

    The problem of subjective well-being has recently become an analysis of a wide range of researchers interested in improving the quality of life of an individual and his satisfaction. The article reveals the concept of "subjective well-being", presents an analysis of recent research on this issue. Screening diagnostics "Scale of subjective well-being" made it possible to determine the features of the emotional state, social behavior and some physical symptoms in undergraduate students of the agrarian university. Minor gender differences in the assessment of subjective well-being among students have been established.

    The article considers the problem of ignorance of the Russian language by Red Army soldiers and junior commanders of the Red Army and the way out of this situation in 1941–1943 by political bodies. The language barrier during the Great Patriotic War affected not only the combat capability of units made up of representatives of different peoples of the USSR, but also led to conflicts. One of the methods of working with fighters of non-Russian nationalities was propaganda work in the native languages of these fighters.

Предложена структура положения о таком учебном полигоне. Охарактеризованы особенности организации занятий, проводимых с использованием учебного полигона, в ходе которых обучающиеся отрабатывают навыки пресечения семейного насилия.
