    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется и исследуется педагогическая компетентность родителей детей дошкольного возраста, но не в традиционном ключе (знания о развитии ребенка), а в аспекте их готовности и способности к самообразованию в неформальной среде дошкольной образовательной организации (ДОО). На основе эмпирического исследования (n = 186 родителей, 2024–2025 гг.) выявлено, что ключевым барьером является не когнитивный дефицит, а андрагогическая некомпетентность – неумение учиться во взрослом возрасте. Как продемонстрировали результаты исследований, современные родители сталкиваются с трудностями в формулировке запроса, критической оценке информации, переносе знаний в практику и рефлексии результата. Доказано, что традиционные лекционные формы повышают только декларативный уровень, тогда как рост реальной компетентности обеспечивается тьюторским сопровождением образовательного выбора родителя. При исследовании барьеров родителей в сфере неформального образования была использована авторская методика (анкетирование). Результаты эмпирического исследования позволили определить барьеры, препятствующие развитию родительской компетентности в области неформального образования информационный и мотивационный.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена «экспансии» экономической теории в психологию. В качестве методологической основы использованы такие методы, как анализ, синтез, индукция, сравнение, обобщение. В статье проанализированы следующие психологические проблемы экономического поведения на рынке труда: неправильный трудовой идеал в виде стремления прилагать минимальное количество усилий для получения заработной платы, наличие в некоторых трудовых коллективах моббинга. Кроме того, по мнению автора, одной из проблем на рынке труда выступает также отсутствие в качестве обязательного требования наличия основного высшего психологического образования для оказания психологической помощи. Рассматриваются варианты решения указанных проблем.

    Abstract:
    The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical support for the cooperation of teachers in specialized primary school classes. The concept of "teacher cooperation" is defined, and its components and efficiency criteria are identified. Organizational and pedagogical conditions are systematized: normative-managerial, scientific-methodological, psychological-pedagogical, and spatial-temporal. It is shown that their creation ensures the transition from fragmented contacts to a polysubject community and the integrity of the profile-oriented educational process. The theoretical significance lies in developing a conceptual basis for models of teacher interaction in the new educational reality.

  • Simulation Modeling of Professional Scenarios for Developing Oral Communication Skills in English for Electrical Power Engineering Students

    Abstract:
    The relevance of this study stems from the need to bridge the gap between classroom foreign language activities and the real-world communicative tasks that future power engineers face when operating equipment, conducting safety briefings, participating in international projects, and discussing technical regulations. The aim of the research is to theoretically substantiate, develop, and experimentally validate a methodology for using simulation modeling of professional situations to develop oral communication skills in English among students of electric power engineering programs. The material consisted of typical professional interaction scenarios selected on the basis of an analysis of industry documents and video recordings. The main methods included pedagogical modeling, a formative experiment, questionnaires, expert assessment of oral performances according to the criteria of fluency, terminological accuracy, and pragmatic appropriateness, as well as statistical data processing using Student's t-test. The developed methodology comprised three stages: pre-communicative preparation, group simulation of emergency situations, and reflective analysis of the completed tasks. The experiment was conducted over two semesters in undergraduate groups. The results demonstrated a statistically significant increase in speech coherence, accuracy of terminology use, and the ability to produce spontaneous reasoned statements. The findings suggest that the systematic integration of simulation modeling into an ESP course contributes not only to the improvement of speaking skills but also to increased motivation and the formation of students' professional identity.

  • Maintaining Ideas about Ethnic Markers Among the Udmurts and Tatars of Udmurtia (Based on Selected Schools in Izhevsk for the 2024–2025 Academic Year)

    Abstract:
    The article examines markers of ethnicity among the Udmurts and Tatars in the Udmurt Republic. These markers continue to serve as a resource for shaping the regional and national uniqueness of the country’s territories, as well as an object of state national policy. This article aims to identify significant ethnocultural markers of ethnicity (knowledge of the history and culture of the people, religious specificity, and self-awareness) and document the forms of their maintenance in Izhevsk schools implementing ethnocultural education practices for Udmurts and Tatars. The study is based on interviews with specialists from educational institutions that teach the Udmurt or Tatar languages. The informants included school principals and subject teachers from Izhevsk schools. The study employed general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, cross-cultural research) and specialized methods (survey, expert interviews, description, comparison, and inclusion of statistical data). The education system, primarily through formalized tools, supports the formation and reinforcement of ethnic markers as components of ethnocultural values, which is reflected in the educational activities of schools. Traditional ethnic markers, on the one hand, continue to play a significant role for the Udmurts and Tatars of the republic; on the other, a certain blurring and transformation of traditional ethnic markers is occurring against the backdrop of the formation of a pan-Russian civic identity.

    The chapter addresses the formation of foreign language professional competence among engineering students in a non-linguistic university. Based on the analysis of current research, the structure of the competence is specified for technical profiles, including linguistic, professional-discursive, sociocultural and strategic components. The authors propose an educational technology grounded in the principles of professional orientation, integrativity and reflexivity, comprising diagnostic-motivational, formative, productive-communicative and reflexive-evaluative stages. The experience of implementing the technology with first-year students at a technical university is described, demonstrating increased motivation and the development of basic prerequisites for professional foreign language communication. The chapter is intended for foreign language teachers, researchers in language pedagogy, as well as master's and doctoral students in education.

    Abstract:
    The chapter addresses the problem of formation and accumulation of students' social capital in the multiethnic educational environment of a modern Russian university. The authors conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of key social capital concepts (P. Bourdieu, J. Coleman, R. Putnam) as applied to the specifics of higher education in a multiethnic society. The structural elements of students' social capital – trust, social networks, norms of mutual assistance – are identified and their dynamics in a mixed ethnocultural university environment are traced. It is demonstrated that the multiethnic educational environment simultaneously serves as a condition and a resource for the formation of social capital: it provides for the expansion of interethnic interaction networks, the development of tolerance and intercultural competence, and the accumulation of «bridging» social capital. A conceptual model for the formation of students' social capital in a multiethnic university is proposed, incorporating institutional, communicative, psychological-pedagogical, and value-based components. Practical recommendations for designing an educational environment conducive to the accumulation of social capital and the strengthening of interethnic trust are substantiated.

  • Ways to prevent emotional burnout among teachers of technical universities

    Abstract:
    The chapter addresses the problem of preventing emotional burnout among faculty members of technical universities. The relevance of the study is determined by the high intensity of professional activity of engineering and pedagogical staff, who combine teaching, methodological, research and administrative work under conditions of constant updating of educational standards and technological infrastructure. Based on the analysis of Russian publications over the past decade, the main risk factors are identified: multitasking, bureaucratic load, dissatisfaction with remuneration, and lack of recovery time. The necessity of taking into account the cognitive specificity of technical discipline teachers (predominance of logical loads, orientation towards algorithms, restraint in emotional expression) when developing preventive measures is substantiated. A comprehensive prevention model is proposed, combining individual strategies (self-regulation, time management, physical activity) and organizational solutions (reduction of bureaucratic load, fair distribution of responsibilities, group professional support, state monitoring). Practical recommendations adapted to the working conditions of engineering faculty members are formulated. It is concluded that effective burnout prevention is possible only through a systematic approach that unites the efforts of the teacher, the department, and the university administration.

    The chapter substantiates the need to transform formal holidays in preschool institutions into educational events for dialogue between teachers, children, and parents. The relevance is related to the requirements of partnership with the family and support for the child's emotional well-being. The chapter identifies the reasons for the formalization of holidays. It proposes a model for organizing a holiday (target, content, communicative, and reflective components) and the conditions for its effectiveness: voluntary participation, child agency, respect for family experiences, joint activities, and reflection. It is concluded that a holiday in a preschool institution can become not a formal event, but a space for dialogue, if it is based on the principles of voluntariness, the child's subjectivity, respect for family experience, joint activities, and subsequent reflection.

    В статье рассматриваются правовые и педагогические аспекты внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта (далее – ИИ) в сферу образования. На основе статистических данных демонстрируется высокий уровень использования ИИ российскими школьниками и студентами, что ставит под угрозу сохранение критического мышления и академической честности. Анализируется действующее российское законодательство в сфере регулирования и развития технологий искусственного интеллекта, выявляется его рамочный характер и отсутствие конкретных механизмов контроля. Автор приходит к выводу, что ИИ должен использоваться как вспомогательный цифровой ассистент, а не как замена самостоятельной мыслительной деятельности обучающихся.

    В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты реализации компетентностного подхода при обучении математике в системе среднего профессионального образования (СПО). Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью приведения содержания математической подготовки в соответствие с требованиями федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов и запросами современного рынка труда, ориентированного на практико-ориентированных специалистов. На основе анализа научной литературы и педагогического опыта раскрывается сущность понятия «математическая компетенция» и её структура применительно к условиям СПО. Особое внимание уделяется средствам реализации компетентностного подхода, среди которых ключевыми выступают профессионально-ориентированные задачи, компетентностно-ориентированные задания, проектное обучение и цифровые технологии. В статье обосновывается целесообразность интеграции мобильных технологий как системообразующего компонента модели развития математической компетенции. Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований, подтверждающих эффективность предложенных методических решений. Делается вывод о том, что компетентностный подход в преподавании математики способствует не только формированию предметных знаний, но и развитию общих и профессиональных компетенций, обеспечивая подготовку конкурентоспособных выпускников системы СПО.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to improving the training of dairy industry technologists (specialty 19.03.03) in the context of technological development of the industry, with a focus on integrating professional, technological, and socio-pedagogical components. The article uses theoretical, systemic, and competence-based approaches, as well as a comparative analysis of training models. The empirical base is the experience of the Vologda State Agricultural Academy in implementing seamless education (schools, agricultural classes, secondary vocational education, and universities). The effectiveness of the model has been confirmed: the sequence of the 19.02.12 and 19.03.03 СПО and вуза programs has been ensured, and the conditions for seamlessness (continuity, adaptability to the labor market, and integration) have been identified. The model contributes to the formation of a set of competencies for graduates and their adaptation to production.

    В статье рассматриваются теоретические и методические основы интеграции биохимии в междисциплинарную учебную среду медицинского вуза на примере кафедры химии и биохимии КРСУ. Проанализированы положения компетентностного подхода к обучению и важность синхронизации образовательных траекторий для дисциплин, относящихся к фундаментальным и клиническим областям. Показана роль горизонтальной и вертикальной интеграции для формирования прочных знаний и профессиональных компетенций будущего врача. Выявлены препятствия – слабая базовая подготовка студентов, недостаток аудиторных часов и низкая мотивация; обоснована необходимость совместной работы преподавателей при проектировании программ. Сделан вывод о целесообразности ведения биохимии как сквозного интегрированного курса, обеспечивающего преемственность, целостность и практическую применимость знаний в клинической подготовке.

    Основная проблема данной статьи связана с анализом основных идей Л.Н. Толстого гуманистического воспитания и образования детей, статья актуализируется в настоящее время в связи ситуацией травли в школьной среде. В статье фокусируется внимание на защите личности ребенка, на формах насилия. Анализируется такой подход, когда учитель смог бы снизить почву для травли, препятствовать возникновении травли, формируя в современных школах атмосферу доверия и взаимного уважения. В основном в данной статье идет историко-теоретический анализ трудов великого писателя и педагога Л.Н. Толстого. Поэтому идеи Толстого о ненасильственном общении и уважении к личности школьников остаются актуальными для современных школ, где остро стоит проблема буллинга.

В процессе работы проводился анализ современного состояния проблемы применения персонализированного подхода для организации методического сопровождения педагогов ДОО по поддержке детской инициативы; подбор, изучение и анализ нормативных, научно-педагогических и методических источников по проблеме исследования. Методы исследования: изучение современной психолого-педагогической литературы по проблеме исследования; обобщение передового педагогического опыта.

    Abstract:
    В статье исследуется роль вуза и студенческого профкома в адаптации студентов с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в условиях высшего образования на примере липецкого государственного педагогического университета им. П.П. Семенова-Тян-Шанского. Рассматриваются понятия: обучающийся с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, государственные гарантии для обучающихся с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Приводятся примеры существующих на сегодняшний день мер поддержки студентов с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и уровень их реализации.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются психологические барьеры, возникающие у педагога на этапе перехода к работе в условиях инклюзивного образования. Анализируются виды барьеров: личностные (страхи, стереотипы, неуверенность), профессиональные (дефицит компетенций, ролевая неопределённость) и организационные (отсутствие поддержки, ресурсный дефицит). Предлагаются подходы к диагностике и пути преодоления барьеров через рефлексивные практики, супервизию и создание поддерживающей профессиональной среды. Делается вывод о необходимости системной работы с личностной готовностью педагога как условия успешной реализации инклюзивного образования.
