    Abstract:
    The chapter critically rethinks the phenomenon of the so-called «hyperawareness». It is proved that this construct hides not increased awareness, but the strengthening of classical defense mechanisms – rationalization and intellectualization «informational pseudo-transformation» – the replacement of real personal changes with the mastery of psychological language. A fundamentally new concept of overcoming the crisis through the integration of the experience gained into professional and social activities is proposed. An innovative algorithm of therapeutic support aimed at translating knowledge into life-building practice has been developed.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос социальных трудностей, с которыми сталкиваются подростки из семей мигрантов. Анализируются ключевые проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются подростки в процессе адаптации к новой социокультурной среде, включая конфликты, трудности коммуникации, проявления межкультурного непонимания и внутренние психологические барьеры. Представлены типичные сценарии трудных социальных ситуаций, характерные для данной группы, и обсуждаются способы их преодоления. Делается акцент на необходимости психокоррекционной работы и развития навыков адаптивного взаимодействия для успешной интеграции подростков в образовательное и социальное пространство. Автор подчеркивает, что в условиях глобализации и увеличения миграционных потоков, понимание особенностей адаптации подростков становится важным для разработки эффективных стратегий поддержки.

    The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the International Football Tournament in memory of the Kutyrev brothers as an effective model of socio-cultural integration. The organizational and managerial aspects of holding an international event in the conditions of a small city are considered. Particular attention is paid to the study of the educational and educational potential of the tournament, the analysis of the mechanisms of intercultural communication between participants from different countries and regions. The effectiveness of sport as a tool of "soft power" in strengthening interethnic dialogue and social cohesion is proven. The prospects for replicating successful experience and creating a sustainable network of international cooperation at the municipal level are presented.

Проблема исследования заключается в поиске эффективных педагогических ресурсов для создания инклюзивной образовательной среды на занятиях по иностранному языку. В данной статье инклюзивное образование рассматривается не как система работы только с лицами с ограниченными возможностями здоровья ОВЗ, но как философия и практика, направленная на обеспечение равных возможностей и учета образовательных потребностей всех студентов. Цель работы – теоретически обосновать и раскрыть потенциал инклюзивного подхода в преподавании китайского языка в вузе для построения толерантной среды, способствующей как академическим достижениям, так и личностному развитию обучающихся.

Подчеркивается важность усиления культурных функций для дальнейшего развития гуманитарной сферы, обеспечивающей качество общественного и личностного самосознания, предполагающей ориентацию системы образования на воспитание человека культуры. Используя такой подход на занятиях, можно создать более благоприятные условия для формирования духовности у подрастающего поколения. Искусство может стать эффективным инструментом для решения этих проблем. Автор доказывает, что для детей-мигрантов наиболее доступна художественная деятельность, связанная с освоением разных видов искусства, направленная на их приобщение к культуре страны проживания. В процессе художественной деятельности происходит не только усвоение культурных ценностей, но и развитие эмоционального интеллекта, эмпатии и способности понимать чужую точку зрения. Освоение искусства универсально и подходит детям разных национальностей.

The purpose of the study is to analyze and compare theoretical approaches to the formation of communication skills of younger students. students to identify effective ways of their development in education. The author refers to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky and A.N. Leontiev, who emphasize the importance of dialogue and joint activity in the formation of communicative skills.     В статье на основе сравнительного ретроспективного анализа даётся прогноз эффективных форм собственности экономик в субъектах Российской Федерации (РФ), входивших до недавних пор в состав Украины. Рассматриваются пути и методы ограничения административного субъективизма в частном капитале. На примере стран членов Европейского Союза (ЕС) и отечественной практики с 90-х годов показаны рычаги совместного использования ресурсов частных товаропроизводителей, включая кооперацию и интеграцию. В условиях федерации такие формы хозяйствования функционируют и совершенствуются на конкурентной основе с использованием в национально-автономных и экономико-территориальных образованиях в равных правах, сворачивая колхозно-совхозный уклад.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

The article describes the possibilities of integrating the Russian language with other subjects (literature, history, geography, mathematics, etc.). It presents an analysis of Russian language textbooks in terms of the presence of integrated exercises. The article also provides the results of a survey that revealed the extent to which the integrated approach to teaching the Russian language is being used in educational institutions in the Murmansk region, as well as the challenges faced by language teachers.

    The chapter presents a detailed analysis of the methodological crisis of modern psychology, characterized by «horizontal fragmentation» and the loss of the integral subject of research. As a way out of the crisis, a paradigmatic shift is proposed: the transition from the study of individual mental functions to the study of consciousness as a multi-level phenomenon. superior to the conventional categories of «norm» and «pathology». Psyche is defined as a holographic system that includes biophysical, phenomenological and transpersonal levels. To provide methodological support for the new paradigm, a synthesis of Husserl's phenomenology, quantum theories of consciousness, and contemporary practices is proposed. The chapter is aimed at forming a comprehensive, scientifically and philosophically grounded view of the future of psychology as a science

  • The phenomenon of "twin flames": a psychological analysis of true and false forms of communication

    The chapter presents a comprehensive psychological analysis of the «twin flames» phenomenon, which has become widespread in popular culture. The study aims to demystify this concept and translate it from an esoteric plane into scientific discourse. Based on a synthesis of attachment theory (J. Bowlby), analytical psychology (C. G. Jung), and the concept of limerence (D. Tennov), a model for differentiating between «true» and «false» forms of connection is proposed. The «false twin flame» is viewed not as a mistaken choice, but as a necessary catalyst that activates unresolved traumas and shadow aspects of the personality. The «true» connection, in turn, is interpreted as the result of successful psychological integration and the formation of a mature attachment. The chapter substantiates a three-center model of therapeutic work (somatic, emotional, and cognitive levels) for transforming destructive patterns activated in such relationships. The research opens up prospects for developing valid therapeutic strategies to help individuals experiencing intense and crisis-ridden interpersonal connections described in terms of «twin flames».
