    Интеграция цифровых технологий и инструментов в единую систему оценки качества образования обусловлена не только задачами, поставленными Правительством Российской Федерации, но и сложностью самой системы, значительным числом заинтересованных лиц с разными информационными запросами, необходимостью организации оперативной обратной связи между участниками процессов, множеством разнородных взаимосвязанных объектов и т. д. В настоящем исследовании процессы цифровизации рассматриваются на примере одного из основных элементов системы оценки качества общего образования – Единого государственного экзамена. Отмечены успехи на пути модернизации оценочных процедур, приведены перспективы их развития. Представлены рекомендации по дальнейшему совершенствованию единой системы оценки качества образования.

    Abstract:
    Introduction. The strategy for the development of international education 20.30 stimulates the study of the issues in the implementation of digital education around the world. The article discusses current applied and practical issues of digital education that educational management specialists came across. Materials and Methods. The authors research management of digital education through mentoring, mentoring pedagogy and mentoring innovations in traditional learning environments and during the time of crisis. The study presents an applied comparative analysis of the questions of targeted intensities, digital footprint, the SELFIE portal usage features, objectives and technologies for training digital mentors. Results. The research findings show an underutilisation of informal education ideas and technologies in the in the process of training digital mentors. The predominance and stable efficiency in the use of informal education takes place at leading European universities. From the standpoint of a humanistic view, exactly informal education is able to balance and regulate the need for knowledge of technologies of an innovative digital economy and its own individual resource for preserving itself, basic life values, and form digital education informal mentors. Discussion and Conclusion. Why does the mentor of a targeted digital educational intensive have a psychological advantage? Can everyone become a mentor in network communication for the rest, and what are the digital education mentor’s competencies? What contribution can everyone make to the training of the others? The discussion these issues in the context of management strategies for the development of international education, and the implementation of the European plan for the quality of digital education will be useful to for heads of educational organizations, departments of continuing professional education and academic mobility of educators.

  • Fundamentally Important Ideas of Socio-Integrative Approach in University Education

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to clarifying the content and principles of socially-integrative approach in university education based on the fundamentalization of education. The purpose of the study is to consider the socio-integrative approach as a significant idea in the implementation of university education. The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis of interdisciplinary literature, interpretation, synthesis, generalization and summarization. As a result, the theoretical basis of integration was formalized, and a set of principles was identified: voluntariness, adequacy, variability, integration and differentiation, motivation and stimulation, with a description of the requirements contained in them for effective implementation of the socio-integrative approach in the implementation of higher university education at the present stage of society development. This is presented for discussion. The conclusions give the reasons for ineffective activity of universities: departmental limitations and interdepartmental disunity; lack of unified organizational and methodological approaches in the implementation of interaction; lack of wide and rationally organized support of public initiatives, activities of non-governmental organizations, which violates their coherence, common understanding of goals and objectives of higher education.

  • The Future of Distance Education: Challenges and Opportunities

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the problems encountered during the transition to the distance learning format due to the introduction of quarantine measures for Covid-19. At the same time, it was the mass transition to a remote learning format that allowed us to determine the advantages and feel all the disadvantages of distance learning. Research methods. In this paper, we conducted sociological research in the form of a survey among parents of school leavers in Moscow. Students and teachers of the university of Ryazan on their satisfaction with the organization of distance learning, on the change in the level of academic load and on the possible consequences for the quality of education due to the transition to a remote learning format. According to the results of the study, problems of distance learning of a technical and organizational nature were identified, among which are: interruptions in the operation of online platforms due to overload; the lack of proper software for students, as well as the lack of direct face-to-face contact between students and the teacher; the requirement of strict self-discipline, motivation. The study made it possible to draw the conclusion that the distance form of education in its current implementation leads to a decrease in the quality of training of students of higher educational institutions and school students. To improve the effectiveness of distance education, it is necessary to intensify work on the development of new educational standards, on the application of new methods and tools of teaching.

Перспективным направлением развития воспитания в условиях цифровизации общества определена целостность, единство в реализации традиционных педагогических технологий и потенциала информационно-коммуникационных технологий.

    The presented article is based on the results of a study of the behavior of leaders of educational organizations and institutions in conflict situations. The main theories that develop ways of solving the problem under study from the standpoint of modern psychology have been determined. The aspects of increasing the competence of managers to resolve conflicts in educational activities are considered, taking into account its fundamentally important components.     В работе рассматривается роль образования в цифровой экономике с позиций «человека информационного» как нового субъекта цифровой экономики и исходя из трех возможных моделей становления цифровой экономики: малой цифровизации, большой цифровизации и полноправного информационного общества. Выявлены черты «человека информационного»: стремление к инновационным решениям, постоянное стремление к наращиванию знаний, работа в коллективе, умение сотрудничать и делиться информацией, легкость контакта с цифровыми технологиями, выделение в системе ценностей креативного фактора как важнейшего ресурса, готовность к удаленной занятости. Показано, что на все признаки «человека информационного» должна отреагировать система образования – таким образом усложняются ее задачи в цифровом обществе.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problems of the formation of ethnic self-awareness of university students in the process of teaching the discipline «Theory and methods of ethnocultural education». The relevance of the study is determined by the state policy that elevates culture to the rank of national priorities and recognizes it as the most important factor in the harmonization of public relations, the guarantor of the preservation of a single cultural space and territorial integrity. The purpose of the article is to consider the issues of content-methodological and educational plan in the formation and development of ethnic self-consciousness of students of higher educational institutions in the process of teaching the dissertation "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education". The analysis of normative-legal and legislative acts in the field of culture and education, observation, and the method of generalization of pedagogical experience allowed us to identify effective forms and means of ethno-cultural education of students. The data of a sociological survey conducted before and after studying the discipline "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education" among students of the training direction "Folk Art Culture" of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts are presented in the article. Based on the data obtained by such criteria as the level of formation of ethnonigilism, ethnic indifference, positive ethnic identity, ethno-egoism, ethno-isolationism, ethno-fanaticism, conclusions were drawn about the positive result of the study and recommendations were made for the development of ethnic self-knowledge of students in the course of studying the discipline "Theory and Methodology of ethno-cultural education".

    В представленной статье автор приводит результаты анализа практики реализации интегративного подхода в региональном образовании, в том числе в развитии инклюзивного образования на областном уровне. Так, на примере Брянской области осуществляется описание различных направлений государственной политики в области инклюзивного образования, которая направлена на обеспечение права каждого ребенка – инвалида и ребенка с ограниченными возможностями здоровья на доступное и качественное образование и условий для их успешной социализации. С целью изучения и обобщения опыта организации инклюзивного образования на региональном уровне проводится исследование на представительной выборке образовательных организаций в регионе. Автор приводит описание практики создания образовательными организациями на территории Брянской области специальных условий для обучающихся с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и инвалидностью для полноценной реализации потребностей в образовании детей с различным развивающим потенциалом.

    Abstract:
    The section of the monograph describes the author's methodology for implementing a practice-oriented educational process in physics through teaching schoolchildren in methods of solving applied problems and implementing projects. The content of the activity on the development of an educational project is highlighted, the final product of which is a model of a technical device designed to solve vital problems for a person. The requirements for the formulations of applied problems reflecting the purpose and specific properties of a technical device are identified. The applied problems are given, the solution of which in physics lessons makes it possible to form a generalized method of creating a material object of a certain purpose. Methods of creation are described and photographs of some operating models of technical devices, such as «gateway», «granary», «lights», «transformer» are given.
