- Предметом обсуждения в статье является сущность рефлексивной компетенции вожатого как условие соответствия педагога дополнительного образования современным требованиям. Обосновывается актуальность готовности вожатых к изменениям в новых условиях. Рассматриваются взаимосвязь требований постиндустриального общества к образованию и деятельности вожатого, необходимость рефлексивной компетенции при организации воспитательной работы в детском оздоровительном лагере, ее особенности. Рефлексивная компетенция вожатого определена как рефлексивные навыки, складывающиеся на основе личностного и деятельностного компонентов, как способность вожатого выстраивать свою профессиональную деятельность в соответствии с актуальным запросом общества. В статье отражены результаты исследования уровня развития рефлексии по личностному и деятельностному компонентам у современных вожатых.

The authors draw the following conclusion: using the example of mastering and reinterpreting the artistic heritage of Ancient Greece by artists, sculptors, masters of different nations and times, it is possible to successfully form knowledge, abilities and skills, competencies of future tour guides during professional training, because in this way they develop intellect, broaden outlook, develop communication abilities, the ability to prepare material for audio, video and virtual tours.

The dual system is the most common form of personnel training which combines theoretical training (in Russia 40%, in Germany 20–25%) in educational institutions and the industrial training (75–80%) at enterprises. 96% of young people who completed dual training got a job at enterprises.

- The authors presented an approach to teaching foreign language monolog speech to students in multi-level groups, including numerous ones. These skills acquire particular relevance within the professional teachers’ training context: later on they teach speaking skills to their ESL students. The approach is based on video lectures hosted by TED, which are used as reference texts for students to build their own monologs. The authors outlined the principles and presented the algorithm of work. The important components are listening to the lecture (exposure to example) and redoing the speaking.

- In work the urgency of the problem of the development of professional competencies is substantiated, since future medical workers have a contradiction between their psychological readiness and practical abilities to perform professional labor functions. The importance of creating a practice-oriented educational environment as a determinant of the formation of students' professional knowledge and professional experience is emphasized. Based on the theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign bibliographic sources, the didactic possibilities of imitation teaching methods were identified as key in the preparation of medical college students. As a result, organizational and pedagogical conditions are indicated that contribute to the qualitative practical training of students in the educational environment of the medical college.

- Chapter of the monograph reflects the problems of training specialists of a new creative type, who are distinguished by a high level of professionalism, who are ready for professional and creative self-realization, who have a need for constant professional and personal development and growth. Professional and creative self-realization was not previously considered as a value-target reference point for the professional training of specialists in the field of culture, which makes our study relevant, given the current priorities of higher education. The model of the process of training specialists in the sphere of culture for professional and creative self-realization developed by the author is built in accordance with the logic of a holistic approach in the unity of its internal structure (goal – content – means – result). In the process of implementing the model, a gradual increase in the quality of formation of the studied readiness was carried out. In the system of pedagogical means to form the readiness of specialists for professional and creative self-realization, innovative technologies (playing, projective, creative) are leading. The implementation of these technologies contributed to the acquisition of experience in personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization by future specialists in the field of culture. The special course «Theory and methods of training specialists for professional and creative self-realization» developed by the author is aimed at summarizing and mobilizing the knowledge of a block of general professional and special disciplines, developing special professional abilities (projective, pedagogical, creative) of professional qualities (creativity, general professional competence, competitiveness), as well as the gradual formation of readiness for personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization.

The main requirements and risks of digital transformation of education

- In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the economy is in need of professionals with completely new competencies. So, the ability to make decisions based on big data, act in a situation of uncertainty, analyze and critically comprehend incoming information, etc. comes first. A modern employee is required to assimilate a new way of thinking, ethics and attitudes, the formation and development of digital culture and digital literacy. The training of such specialists becomes the most important task of education. However, the analysis of modern research shows that teachers themselves also need tools that would allow them to effectively perform their professional duties in the new economic reality. Based on the review of the requirements and the main groups of risks caused by the digital transformation of education, we conclude that the presence of a well-developed standardized model of digital competencies of teachers can become a reliable support for teachers and teachers. Also, the introduction of such a model in the educational programs of universities and professional development programs will bring the professional training of teachers in line with the requirements of digital transformation.

- The article deals with the problem of professional training of future teachers in the conditions of digitalization of education. Particular attention is paid to changes in the structure and process of education due to the rapid development of new technologies, as well as the active informatization and digitalization of society. The authors emphasize the possibilities of digital educational consulting as one of the young areas, through which it is possible to minimize risks and create conditions for pedagogical support of both future teachers and young professionals. The aim of this study is to identify the significance of information and educational consulting in the professional training of future teachers. Materials and methods of research: theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research) were used in the research. Results of the study and discussion: the activities of educational institutions of higher education for adaptability to new conditions and enterprises of various actions regarding the training of competitive and adapted to the new realities of graduates of teacher training areas were analyzed; various sources were analyzed to identify the essence and semantic characteristics of the concept of «digital competence»; the essence and role of digital educational consulting in professional training were outlined Conclusions: the most advantageous way to solve the problems associated with the preparation of future teachers in the digital transformation of education is the use of a new direction in the field of consulting – «digital educational consulting», which provides skilled support for the subjects of the educational process based on the use of digital resources and digital technologies.

Traditional Rites of the Khanty and Mansi Peoples in the Professional Training of Future Teachers of Visual Arts

- The article is devoted to the problems of professional training of future teachers of fine arts. The purpose of the work is to consider the role and significance of the study by students of the Faculty of Arts and Design of traditional religious rites and holidays of the peoples of the Far North, the Khanty and Mansi. The material for the study was the traditional rites of the peoples of the Khanty and Mansi. Based on the method of theoretical analysis, the pedagogical potential of the traditional rites of the Khanty and Mansi peoples was revealed and the pedagogical conditions for the process of professional training of students – future teachers of fine arts were substantiated. The article describes in detail the traditions associated with hunting, fishing; the most common folk holidays associated with the bear, elk, crow day; national rites – wedding, funeral, rite of birth of a child. Comprehension and understanding of the world are reflected in oral folk art, legends, legends, myths, folklore. The future teacher of fine arts needs to know the traditional way of life of the indigenous people of Ugra, so that in his pedagogical work he can convey artistic and creative experience to schoolchildren. In conclusion, a description of the main pedagogical conditions for preparing students – future teachers of fine arts for professional activities, taking into account national traditions and the ethno-cultural specifics of the region, is given.
