- Abstract:
- This article raises and discusses the main issues related to the organization of a safe environment for pupils of pre-school educational institutions. After analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature on the topic of the research, the conditions that will help organize a competent and safe childhood for each child in the educational system are noted. We also studied the criteria and identified a number of psychological and pedagogical measures aimed at helping in various situations that arise within the framework of pre-school educational institutions for children, teachers, and parents.

- The article reveals aspects of training university students on healthcare and social security. We consider the goal and result of the presented program to be the creation of a socially safe and health-preserving environment at the university. The program is based on personal, active and systematic approaches, which involve the study of the student's personality as a subject of social and professional activity. As a result of the study mechanisms for organizational, managerial and content-technological support for the creation of such environment in the university have been developed. That allows, with the help of extracurricular and classroom sessions with students, to carry out theoretical and psychological training of young people, as well as provides social security and health preservation.

Self-Realization of a Lecturer in a Psychologically Safe Environment

- Abstract:
- The article concludes that it is necessary to create an integrated educational and professional space based on the resources of the lecturer, the system of additional education (institutes for the development of education – IDE), district educational and methodological offices (DEMO) and the educational institution (EI) in which the lecturer works, while the adaptation of education content should be adopted to the needs of the social order to additional education of a lecturer and his or her individual characteristics. The functions of EI, DEMO, IDE have been determined. That made it possible for IDE to develop a strategy for advanced training and scientific and methodological support of teachers. It is based on the principles of mutual enrichment, mutual respect and cooperation between all stakeholders of the education system and promotes the professional self-realization of teachers.

- In the article, the author defines the concept of ethno-cultural competence of a teacher, his or her ability to organize a dialogue of original cultures. The purpose of the article is to study the concept of ethno-cultural competence of a foreign language teacher in the context of intercultural communication. Methods: consideration of the provisions of materialistic philosophy on the harmony of national, interethnic and universal and dialectical unity of form and content; analysis of the main provisions of the competence approach, theories and practices of personal development; review of philosophical, cultural, sociological, psychological and pedagogical provisions. The theoretical basis consists of the ideas of prospects for development and formation in the system of moral and ethical priorities, the ideas of socio-cultural modernization of education, multicultural education and upbringing, ethno-cultural education, and the theory of cultural dialogue. As a result of the analysis, the author concludes that the training and upbringing of a globally thinking citizen who knows the cultures and traditions of his or her people is achieved in the process of interaction of a foreign language teacher with representatives of various original cultures. According to the author, only in this case the teacher can improve his or her skills and develop competencies in the field of ethnic culture. The author sees a possible solution to the issue of developing the ethno-cultural competence of teachers in the creation of training sites and offers a number of pedagogical tutorials on the research topic. The key point is to train competent teachers who are able to arouse students' curiosity about their native ethnic culture and take into account the possibilities of interaction, mutual respect, and interpenetration of cultures.

Socio-Pedagogical Context of Upbringing and Education

- The article is devoted to discussing social and pedagogical context for the processes of upbringing and education. The purpose of the study is to disclose the specifics of upbringing and education contributing to positive socialization of the individual in the circumstances when the social component of modern life has gained greater significance. The research methods include the study and analysis of academic and pedagogical publications on the discussed issue. The article examines integration and differentiation as trends in the progress of modern pedagogical science. The author highlights the issue of interconnection and independence between general pedagogy, social pedagogy and other human sciences. The idea of social context for traditional pedagogical processes of education and instruction is argued in the article. The author focuses on transformation that these processes undergo in the present-day context for an individual’s social development, as well as on risks and barriers in solving educational problems arising in that context. The article reveals the role performed by child’s upbringing and education as factors of positive socialization. The author presents her standing in viewing the concept of “positive socialization”, and in defining the role of positive thinking in this process. The article also suggests there is a need for socio-pedagogical support for an individual’s positive socialization. The concept and content of socio-pedagogical support of a student in the process of upbringing and education is briefly revealed. The author concludes by stating a demand to modify methodology of researching processes of education and instruction in the domain of an individual’s socialization.

Methods to Form the Pedagogical Culture of Parents in the Educational System of the School

- The article deals with the concept of pedagogical culture of parents, the goals of development of pedagogical culture of parents and methods of formation and improvement of the level of pedagogical culture of parents. The paper focuses on the tasks of interaction between an educational institution and the family in the upbringing of children. Methods of study. To study the possibility of forming a pedagogical culture of parents, we used a questionnaire to survey the needs of parents to interact with the educational institution and the interest of teachers in working with the family, the «Ideas about the ideal parent» method by R. V. Ovcharova, Y.A. Degtyareva, «Family Biofield» inquirer by V. V. Boyko and «Determination of parenting skills» questionnaire by O.L. Zvereva. Results of the study. The article shows the results of the impact of the program, which includes a seminar using the case technology «pedagogical culture of parents» and parent training based on the program «education based on common sense» on the formation of the pedagogical culture of parents. Conclusion. The results of the study proved the possibility of purposeful formation of the pedagogical culture of parents in the educational system of the school and the high efficiency of practice – and personality-oriented methods of such work, and also showed greater competence and awareness among parents and kindergarten teachers in the education of children.

"Four Pieces on Lute Music Themes of the XVI and XVII Centuries" by S.N. Vasilenko: in the Context of Art

- The relevance of the article is related to the process of studying ensemble disciplines, because students due to this process need to create a three-dimensional representation of the work of the studied composer. The purpose of the article is an acquaintance with a number of compositions to create a convincing artistic interpretation of the work. Methods – description, observation, representation. The article presents an overview of the heritage of one of the prominent figures of Russian musical art in the first half of the XX century – Sergey Nikiforovich Vasilenko, who had a well-deserved respect among admirers of the academic style and traditions of the Moscow school of composition. The focus is on the review of chamber and ensemble music by S.N. Vasilenko, which reflects the specifics of the composer's creative thinking: a colorful sound palette, an appeal to the folklore heritage of Eastern peoples, original instrumental compositions, and ancient music of Western European composers. Results: substantiation of the author's idea in creating an exquisite program suite "Four pieces on themes of lute music of the XVI–XVII centuries" for cello (or viola) and piano (1918). This is one of the first works for viola written by S.V. Vasilenko in the post-October period of art, rarely performed and practically not found in educational practice. Conclusion: this cycle is the basis for further study of chamber literature for viola in historical dynamics and perspective.

- This theoretical analysis is devoted to the problem of conflicts during pubertal growth stage, the object of which is adolescents during puberty (11–14 years old). At this age, the clash between the tension that goes with the formation of personality and external conflicts with various social structures, which inevitably affect the construction of the personality, character and value system of adolescents, seems to be the most pronounced. This period is interesting because it complicates relationships with parents, other adults, and peers, which are accompanied by diverse, complex, and often contradictory experiences. The desire for independence and self-reliance increases, and self-awareness develops. If adults do not take into account these age-related needs and their attitude to adolescents does not change, there is a risk of deviations in behavior and personality formation, the formation of negative character traits, and the development of inadequate self-esteem. To reveal the nature of interpersonal conflicts and specific training and education in schools with multiethnic environment in order to achieve this communicative competence of those who work in such an environment, and determine strategies for resolving conflict, allegations of conflict in various scientific sources, types of conflicts and those that are characteristic of these schools, the reasons and strategies of conflict resolution and the use of teaching materials and lessons for developing skills, positive attitudes and strategies of conflict resolution in students. But we consider the empirical material collected here and now to be the most valuable source of information, because only with the help of empirical methods we can get an objective idea of the state of this problem in modern conditions. To achieve this communicative competence of those who work in such an environment, and to identify strategies for conflict resolution, statements about conflict in various scientific sources, types of conflicts and those that are characteristic of these schools, causes and strategies for conflict resolution, and the use of educational materials and lessons to develop positive attitude skills and strategies for conflict resolution in students. But we consider the empirical material collected here and now to be the most valuable source of information, because only with the help of empirical methods can we get an objective idea of the state of this problem in modern conditions. The relevance of this problem lies in the fact that in everyday communication with children, we are increasingly faced with such a reaction as aggression. Ethnic conflicts often go unnoticed by teachers, but lead to serious consequences for the weakened child's mental health.

- The article is devoted to the entity and origins of an educational deprivation in military higher education institution. The program of psychological and pedagogical support for cadets to overcome deprivation in the educational environment of a military university is presented. The following methods were used in the study: survey, comparison, and observation. 498 cadets (including 283 first-year students and 215 fourth-year students) took part in an empirical study of deprivation at FSBEI of HE "Military Academic Center of Air Force "N.E. Zhukovski and Yu.A. Gagarin Air Force Academy" of RF Ministry of Defense (Voronezh). The theoretical analysis of the problem and data of an empirical research allowed to draw a conclusion on a possibility of overcoming an educational deprivation and its effects on the basis of a humanization and humanitarization of military education.

- This paper examines various aspects of distance learning (DL) for medical students in the spring semester of 2020. Provides general data on the peculiarities of the educational process of medical students, as well as on the experience of introducing an electronic educational environment – «moodle» into it. This environment is constantly being improved and modified. Over the years of use, it has become a kind of assistant for university teachers, complementing the educational process: allowing students to gain knowledge of the subject, remotely monitor the material they have passed, make an appointment for a consultation with a teacher, etc. A real «test» for «moodle» was the transition of students to preschool education, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection. The aim of the work was an attempt to study some aspects of DL in this new and difficult period for the university. The objects of research were 200 students of VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko: 100 students of the 2nd year of dental and 100 students of the 3rd year of medical faculties, who were divided into 2 subgroups, depending on gender. The study was based on a questionnaire survey of students on a number of aspects of DL. The online activity of students was studied, followed by an assessment of their progress; determined the very attitude of respondents to the moodle system and DL in general; identified the main negative points (according to students) associated with this form of education. Most of the respondents were, on the whole, satisfied with the educational process at the university and the introduction of the electronic educational environment into the complex learning process. However, many recognized the «moodle» as somewhat «not ready» for the full transition to DL. Also, the most frequent reasons for «absence» of classes by students were identified and the most significant negative aspects of DL were identified. Based on the results, the educational process at a number of departments of the university was corrected in a timely manner. The data obtained are of interest to employees of various departments of medical universities.

- В статье рассмотрено влияние разнообразных современных педагогических технологий на становление личности обучающегося, владеющего ключевыми компетенциями, сформированными на уроках английского языка. Актуальность темы выбрана с учетом современных процессов модернизации в образовании, перехода от традиционной модели образования к инновационной. Цель – проанализировать ключевые компетенции, формирующиеся на уроках английского языка, рассмотреть собственный педагогический опыт в использовании современных педагогических технологий на уроках английского языка. В соответствии с поставленными задачами были использованы следующие методы исследования: анализ научно-исследовательской литературы по изучаемой проблеме, педагогическое наблюдение, синтез. Теоретическая значимость статьи заключается в том, что анализ компетенций позволяет сделать некоторые дополнения к уже имеющимся сведениям о компетентностном подходе в образовании. Практическая значимость работы заключается в том, что результаты исследования могут быть использованы при обучении английскому языку.
