    The article is devoted to a particularly important problem for higher education: the possible risks in the interaction between the university lecturer and the students in the conditions of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Views of various university professors on the problem are presented. Special attention is paid to several possible risks in the interaction between university lecturer and students: disruption of normal human communication; the state of modern technology – the Internet and the computer; the readiness of the two subjects – the university lecturer and the students to communicate optimally in the Internet space, realizing the two main forms of education: online learning and distance learning; the identification of the two forms of organization of the interaction between the university lecturer and the student in the conditions of a pandemic – online learning and distance learning; the overcrowding of the university lecturer when using online learning or distance learning, which has a negative impact on his health.

    Abstract:
    The article presents an analysis of the results of a diagnostic study of students of a pedagogical university under conditions of quarantine measures. The aim of the study was to assess the psychological state of students in the conditions of forced distance learning as well as to evaluate a complex epidemic situation as a stress factor. The study made it possible to describe the personality profiles of students, to characterize the manifestations of protective neurotic reactions as a specific adaptive mechanism, to reveal the level of students' resilience, to determine the level of students' stress in a pandemic. The data obtained make it possible to predict risks and potential difficulties of students' adaptation to academic situations characterized by a high degree of uncertainty, to predict stress resistance as a professional quality of future experts in education.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to discussing social and pedagogical context for the processes of upbringing and education. The purpose of the study is to disclose the specifics of upbringing and education contributing to positive socialization of the individual in the circumstances when the social component of modern life has gained greater significance. The research methods include the study and analysis of academic and pedagogical publications on the discussed issue. The article examines integration and differentiation as trends in the progress of modern pedagogical science. The author highlights the issue of interconnection and independence between general pedagogy, social pedagogy and other human sciences. The idea of social context for traditional pedagogical processes of education and instruction is argued in the article. The author focuses on transformation that these processes undergo in the present-day context for an individual’s social development, as well as on risks and barriers in solving educational problems arising in that context. The article reveals the role performed by child’s upbringing and education as factors of positive socialization. The author presents her standing in viewing the concept of “positive socialization”, and in defining the role of positive thinking in this process. The article also suggests there is a need for socio-pedagogical support for an individual’s positive socialization. The concept and content of socio-pedagogical support of a student in the process of upbringing and education is briefly revealed. The author concludes by stating a demand to modify methodology of researching processes of education and instruction in the domain of an individual’s socialization.

    Abstract:
    This paper examines various aspects of distance learning (DL) for medical students in the spring semester of 2020. Provides general data on the peculiarities of the educational process of medical students, as well as on the experience of introducing an electronic educational environment – «moodle» into it. This environment is constantly being improved and modified. Over the years of use, it has become a kind of assistant for university teachers, complementing the educational process: allowing students to gain knowledge of the subject, remotely monitor the material they have passed, make an appointment for a consultation with a teacher, etc. A real «test» for «moodle» was the transition of students to preschool education, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection. The aim of the work was an attempt to study some aspects of DL in this new and difficult period for the university. The objects of research were 200 students of VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko: 100 students of the 2nd year of dental and 100 students of the 3rd year of medical faculties, who were divided into 2 subgroups, depending on gender. The study was based on a questionnaire survey of students on a number of aspects of DL. The online activity of students was studied, followed by an assessment of their progress; determined the very attitude of respondents to the moodle system and DL in general; identified the main negative points (according to students) associated with this form of education. Most of the respondents were, on the whole, satisfied with the educational process at the university and the introduction of the electronic educational environment into the complex learning process. However, many recognized the «moodle» as somewhat «not ready» for the full transition to DL. Also, the most frequent reasons for «absence» of classes by students were identified and the most significant negative aspects of DL were identified. Based on the results, the educational process at a number of departments of the university was corrected in a timely manner. The data obtained are of interest to employees of various departments of medical universities.

В статье подчеркивается, что обучению пейзажу необходимо начинать с изображения натуры для выявления характерных особенностей природы, состояния, эмоционального впечатления, пластической характеристики деревьев и деталей пейзажа. Данный вид работы формирует у школьников пространственное мышление, воображение, художественный вкус, эстетические потребности. Грамотно организованная методика позволяет добиться эффективности и результативности в учебно-воспитательном процессе.

Рассмотрены под-ходы, связанные с параллелизмом мягких вычислений, параллельной кластерной обработкой продукционных правил в базах знаний интеллектуальных систем, а также представлен нейробиостохастический алгоритм для задачи балансирования тележки с двумя флагштоками разной длины.     В XXI в. образование, получаемое как в формальной среде, создаваемой школами и университетами, так и в неформальной среде, создаваемой библиотеками, молодежными клубами, культурными центрами и социальными сетями, должно не только обеспечивать равный доступ к информационно-коммуникационным технологиям, но и обучать граждан, развивая их компетенции, чтобы они могли стать культурными, ответственными и критически мыслящими субъектами, поскольку знание в новой образовательной парадигме – необходимое условие для сознательного развития личной свободы и демократических общественных ценностей. В статье выявляются и анализируются 10 инновационных компетенций, наиболее актуальных, по мнению автора, для формирования и развития профессиональной личности в рамках непрерывного образования в течение всей жизни (lifelong learning – LLL), а именно креативность, способность к решению проблем, коммуникативная способность, лидерство, критическое мышление, способность к сотрудничеству, управление информацией, адаптивность, любопытство и рефлексия. Автор выдвигает и развивает концепцию трех ипостасей гипертекстовой коммуникации, способствующих развитию компетенций, необходимых для успешного формирования и развития профессиональной личности и эффективного функционирования профессионалов в современной цифровой экономике, а именно – гипертекстовой коммуникации, функционирующей как среда, способствующая развитию профессиональной личности в течение всей жизни, как средство развития профессиональной личности и как профессиональная компетенция, обусловленная требованиями новой цифровой эры.

Описываются формы работы и виды учебной деятельности иностранных слушателей, отмечаются обеспеченность учебного процесса и формы самоконтроля обучающихся при самостоятельной работе. Представлен вывод о положительном влиянии специфических подходов в организации самостоятельной работы на развитие субъектной позиции иностранных учащихся как при традиционном контактном, так и при дистанционном обучении.

    В статье изучались различные технические проблемы, возникшие при проведении дистанционных занятий в медицинском вузе, с определением наиболее значимых, влияющих на процесс обучения. Особенностью работы стало ее проведение на кафедре оперативной хирургии с топографической анатомией – на кафедре, сочетающей в себе не только теоретическую, но и практическую части. В основу исследования лег анализ проведения сотрудниками кафедры практических занятий со студентами в весеннем семестре 2020 года в период дистанционного обучения, вызванного новой коронавирусной инфекцией. Изучались технические проблемы и «сложности», по мнению преподавателей и студентов, а также приводились результаты их устранения. Наиболее часто респонденты жаловались на проблемы доступа к электронной образовательной среде “Moodle” и на ее технические возможности. Несколько реже проблемы возникали из-за отсутствия у студентов или преподавателей личных технических средств, необходимых для доступа к сети интернет и к системе “Moodle”. Большинство выявленных технических проблем были оперативно устранены, что положительно сказалось на результатах дистанционного обучения в целом.

    В статье изучаются особенности проведения «практических» занятий по топографической анатомии и оперативной хирургии в режиме дистанционного обучения. В начале работы обозначена важность дистанционного обучения в период неблагоприятной эпидемиологической обстановки. Приводится опыт различных способов ведения занятий преподавателями кафедры с определением положительных и отрицательных аспектов их проведения. Интересной особенностью работы стала и попытка оценки эффективности представленных способов в плане качества проводимого занятия. В конце статьи приводятся общие рекомендации по проведению дистанционных занятий при определенных обстоятельствах.

    Статья посвящена исследованию роли историко-научного материала для формирования общекультурных и общепрофессиональных компетенций. Задачей исследования является определение основных методологических положений, регулирующих использование историко-научного материала для формирования общекультурных и общепрофессиональных компетенций в курсе физики. Исследуя пути решения данной задачи, представленные в научно-педагогической литературе, автор предлагает использовать технологии проблемного обучения, в основе которых лежит системный подход к анализу действительных научных проблем, возникавших в истории физики. Автор выделяет методологические основания взаимосвязи проблемности и историзма, показывает, что основой изучения каждого раздела курса физики должен быть анализ соответствующей «узловой» проблемы, а в основе «узловых» учебных проблем должны лежать подлинные научные проблемы, связанные с развитием физических представлений, определяющих характерные черты каждого этапа развития физики. Показана методологическая роль принципа единства исторического и логического для анализа «узловых» учебных проблем. Дается конкретизация выдвигаемых положений на примере проблемы взаимосвязи дискретности и непрерывности материи. Результаты исследования обобщают личный опыт преподавания физики в Дальневосточном федеральном университете и могут быть использованы преподавателями вузов при разработке методики компетентностно ориентированного обучения физике.
