    Abstract:
    This chapter attempts to philosophically and ethically understand modern technologies that are rapidly transforming the education system in the digital age. The educational approach is not only a complex of instrumental methods for transferring knowledge, but also a space for the formation of values, meanings and the personality of the student. Analyzes the philosophical foundations of the concepts of «education» and «technology», as well as the ethical challenges that arise in the process of developing digital platforms, artificial intelligence and distance learning. Particular attention is paid to issues of international justice, confidentiality, alienation, as well as preserving the humanistic potential of education in a technologized environment. In conclusion, proposals are put forward for the ethical and philosophical support of educational practices and an emphasis is placed on the need to humanize digital technologies.

  • Comparative analysis of two approaches to teaching and diagnosis of teaching motives

    Abstract:
    The study focuses on a comparative analysis of the cultural-activity approach and the theory of self-determination related to learning and the diagnotics of learning motives. In addition to the theoretical analysis, the study presents the results of an empirical study of the perceptions of high school students and college students regarding learning motives, which was conducted using a voluntary, anonymous online survey conducted on a Google form. The sample consisted of 107 9th-11th grade students and college students aged 14–19 years. Four methods were used: «Diagnotics of University Students’ (and High School Students’) Learning Motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Academic Motivation Scales» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation» (Vartanova, 2000), and «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation – Pilot Scales», which includes six scales derived from this questionnaire (Glotova, Sh ipilova, 2025). Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis with Varimax rotation were used to process the data. As a result of the study, multiple correlations were obtained between the scales of the four methods; factor analysis revealed the influence of the «social spectrum» learning motive factor and the three «activity spectrum» learning motive factors in the perceptions of high school students; it was shown that the differences in the distribution of the scales of the four methods relative to the identified factors are largely due to the theoretical and methodological differences between the cultural-activity approach and the theory of self-determination, which underlie the methods of diagnosing learning motivation and the learning technologies associated with these approaches.

    Abstract:
    This chapter discusses the features of the formation of logical thinking in primary school students based on modern innovative methods and pedagogical technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis and classification of innovative teaching methods, such as gaming technologies, critical thinking development technology, problem-based learning, the use of digital interactive resources, as well as elements of STEM education. Describes the conditions for the effective use of these approaches in the educational process of primary school, as well as pedagogical techniques that contribute to the formation of basic logical operations: analysis, comparison, synthesis, generalization, classification. Presents examples of tasks and exercises aimed at developing logical thinking within the framework of classroom and extracurricular activities. The importance of an individual approach, the creation of a developing educational environment and the active involvement of students in the process of reasoning and finding a solution is emphasized.

На основе теоретического анализа и эмпирических данных, полученных в ходе анкетирования и интервью экспертов в исследуемой области, выявлены преимущества и барьеры внедрения цифровых инструментов в образовательную практику. Особое внимание уделяется анализу цифровой зрелости образовательных организаций, готовности педагогов и обучающихся к использованию цифровых решений, а также перспективам интеграции формального и неформального образования.     Современные технологии стремительно меняют образовательный процесс, открывая новые возможности для изучения иностранных языков. Особенно актуально это для преподавания английского языка, где цифровые инструменты помогают преодолеть традиционные ограничения классно-урочной системы. В работе рассматривается, как грамотное применение технологических решений может качественно улучшить результаты обучения. Основное внимание уделяется практическим аспектам использования цифровых ресурсов в языковом образовании. Среди наиболее эффективных инструментов следует отметить интерактивные образовательные платформы, адаптивные программы для изучения лексики и грамматики, мультимедийные презентационные инструменты. Особую ценность представляют онлайн-словари с функцией озвучивания, системы видеоконференцсвязи для языковой практики, а также аутентичные аудио- и видеоматериалы. Эти технологические решения позволяют создать насыщенную языковую среду, в которой учащиеся могут развивать все аспекты языковой компетенции: от фонетики до навыков спонтанной речи. При этом важным преимуществом является возможность персонализации учебного процесса и организации самостоятельной работы учащихся за пределами классной комнаты. Опыт показывает, что комплексное использование цифровых инструментов значительно повышает мотивацию обучающихся и способствует формированию устойчивых языковых навыков. Технологии не заменяют традиционные методы преподавания, но эффективно дополняют их, делая процесс изучения английского языка более динамичным и результативным.

    The article explores current issues in the development of cross-disciplinary (meta-subject) learning outcomes among school students in the context of digital transformation in education. A brief pedagogical overview of the concept is provided, as defined in Russian federal educational standards. The paper presents findings from a sociological survey of schoolteachers aimed at identifying challenges in achieving meta-subject goals, such as lack of instructional materials, limited time, and the need for digital tools. The study reveals that teachers' methodological competencies and their use of ICT tools vary depending on teaching experience and subject area. As a practical solution, the article proposes the development of a digital assignment constructor platform to support teachers in creating tasks that foster meta-subject skills.

    The article examines modern legislative approaches aimed at maximizing the protection of the rights of authors, patent holders, and other intellectual property owners. The authors note that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires international cooperation and further modernization of the legal framework to adequately respond to rapidly evolving technologies and digital threats. The authors conclude that the civil law regulation of intellectual property objects on the Internet is a complex process that requires taking into account the specific features of the digital environment. The Internet, as a global networked information space, poses its own challenges to the legal protection of intellectual property due to the widespread distribution of content and the difficulties of global control and identification of infringers.

    This article examines the experience of an educational institution transitioning to the use of the digital platform ARMBOС for the diagnosis and prevention of suicidal tendencies among adolescents. The advantages of automated processing of the "SPT" and "AViZS" tests are described, as well as the impact of implementing information technologies on the effectiveness of school psychologists’ responses. Existing diagnostic practices, methods, and technologies applied in psychological and pedagogical work are presented. The conclusions are based on the results of a study conducted among students of an anonymous educational institution and an analysis of the dynamics of consultations.

Рассмотрены инновационные практики использования интерактивных онлайн-инструментов, гибридных моделей взаимодействия педагогов, психологов, родителей и обучающихся, а также проблемы недостаточной цифровой компетентности специалистов и родителей. Подчёркивается важность комплексности, адаптивности и включённости семьи в систему поддержки, перспективы формирования цифровых профилей учащихся для индивидуализации сопровождения.     Обслуживание и ремонт автомобилей с высокотехнологичным наполнением требует привлечения высококвалифицированных рабочих. Для того чтобы повысить их уверенность в работе с дорогостоящими узлами и агрегатами транспортных средств, необходимы новые формы, методы и средства профессиональной подготовки. В этой связи предлагается обратить внимание студентов на возможности виртуальных практикумов. Данные практикумы позволяют повысить эффективность формирования профессионального мышления данной группы студентов, существенно снизить финансовые и кадровые затраты на ремонт учебных агрегатов и узлов автомобилей. Ведущими методами исследования стали: анализ научной литературы и педагогический эксперимент.
