    В статье рассматриваются методы коррекционно-развивающей помощи детям дошкольного возраста, воспитывающимся в детских домах, с целью формирования и развития их коммуникативных умений. Анализируются психолого-педагогические технологии, рассказы по картинкам, просмотр видеофильмов, наблюдения и экскурсии как основные инструменты, способствующие развитию речи, формированию умений взаимодействовать со сверстниками и взрослыми, расширению социального опыта. Раскрываются особенности применения данных методов, их влияние на эмоциональное развитие и успешность адаптации ребёнка в коллективе. Выявлено, что комплексный подход, направленный на формирование коммуникативной компетентности, способствует снижению тревожности, развитию уверенности и самостоятельности, а также повышению способности к конструктивному общению.

В работе даётся определение понятия «слоговая структура слова», приводится краткое описание особенностей развития слоговой структуры слова у дошкольников с общим недоразвитием речи II уровня. Помимо теоретических аспектов описываются результаты эмпирического исследования и предлагаются рекомендации по развитию слоговой структуры слова у дошкольников с общим недоразвитием речи II уровня.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines some aspects of development of senior preschool children included in the «situation of learning» in preparation for school. The content of a comprehensive development program is presented. It is shown that in preparation for school one should focus not on the amount of «school» knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired by the child, but on personal development. The importance of a favorable environment, pedagogical support that creates conditions for the child's development, obtaining sufficient preschool education, and maintaining psychological health is established.

    Abstract:
    Ensuring environmental safety is a priority task for all countries. Sustainable development of the state, high quality of life and health of its population can be ensured provided that high quality of the environment is maintained. In Russia, the scale of pollution by production and consumption waste has reached a critical level, posing a serious threat to national environmental security. Large industrial regions of the country face the most serious environmental problems. The purpose of the study is to study regional problems of ensuring environmental safety. In the chapteruses such research methods as analysis of theoretical sources, study of official statistics, comparative analysis. The indicators characterizing the state of the environment of the Sverdlovsk region for 2021–2023 were analyzed. It was concluded that according to the National Environmental Rating in 2023 (autumn rating), the region was in last place, i.e. it was the worst region in the country in terms of environmental indicators. Despite the improvement of certain indicators for 2021–2023 (reduction in the volume of generated waste, the share of the population in cities with high levels of air pollution, discharge of polluted wastewater, etc.), the level of pollution of the atmosphere, water resources and soils in the region is very high. Success in solving environmental problems in the region largely depends on the implementation of an integrated approach, including economic (increased investment in environmental projects), social (increased environmental literacy of the population) and technological changes (digitalization and modernization of industry).

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of the environmental advantages of rural areas in comparison with urban areas, as well as the analysis of key challenges and opportunities for sustainable rural development. The study uses a comparative approach to assess the environmental situation in urban and rural areas, taking into account the historical, social and economic aspects that shape the state of the environment. Special emphasis is placed on the concepts of rational use of natural resources and sustainable development, which offer effective ways to overcome environmental problems. Among such solutions are the introduction of organic farming, the development of environmentally sound technologies and an increase in the level of environmental awareness among the population. It is concluded that there is a need to move to a new economic paradigm based on the principles of sustainable development, which will preserve natural resources for future generations and improve the quality of life in rural areas.

Водных ресурсов достаточно, так как Российская Федерация (далее – РФ) имеет не только несколько выходов в мировой океан, но и обладает своими водными пространствами, находящимися внутри государства – в субъектах, включая Мурманскую область. Именно поэтому в РФ не уделяется должного внимания необходимости рационального использования водных ресурсов с целью их сбережения для последующих поколений.

Методы исследования: теоретические, практические, узкоспециализированные (экономика). Результаты: показано, как благодаря деятельности государственных инвестиционных фондов формируется полицентрическая структура мировых экономических отношений, обладающая более устойчивыми свойствами, чем нынешняя, и закладывается мощный фундамент перестраивающейся в настоящее время мировой экономики.

    This article examines the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) in the educational sector, focusing on its key developmental stages. The author explores the significant ways in which AI has transformed education by enabling personalized learning, enhancing the overall quality of education, increasing access to a variety of educational resources, and relieving educators from repetitive and time-consuming tasks. AI has proven effective in adapting to the diverse needs of students, fostering individualized learning experiences, and promoting more efficient teaching methods. However, the article also addresses important concerns, such as ethical issues, data privacy risks, and the dangers of over-automation, which could undermine the human element in education. Despite these challenges, the author argues that AI has the potential to greatly improve educational processes. It is essential, however, to ensure that AI is used as a supportive tool for teachers and students rather than a substitute, with careful consideration of its implications for the future of education.
