    This article presents an author's method of art coaching, developed and tested since 2015. It explores the theoretical foundations and practical application of the method, which combines the structured approach of classical coaching with creative techniques of art therapy. The structure of an art coaching session, the specifics of applying the method in various areas (individual counseling, family relationships, business environment), as well as its effectiveness in solving strategic and creative tasks are examined. Special attention is paid to the scientific justification for using creative thinking to activate subconscious resources and find non-standard solutions.

    The study was carried out at the expense of the 2024 state assignment №073-03-2024-051/8 dated 09.12.2024 of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to carry out research work on the topic «Designing an integrative model of personalized trajectories and evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities of the adviser to the Director for education and interaction with children's public associations in mentoring conditions». The materials present an analysis of theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented research on the problem field, which actualizes, within the framework of the modern socio-cultural situation, the design and implementation of personalized professional development trajectories for the adviser to the director of education and interaction with children's public associations as a mentor. The authors consider the process of designing a personalized professional development trajectory for the Director of education, including a number of stages and mechanisms of his activity, identify the range of role positions of the adviser, the conditions for implementing personalized professional development trajectories for the Director of education, the mechanisms for designing and implementing a personalized professional development trajectory, and provide technological maps reflecting the sequence of self-movement of a specialist in professional development. Based on the research analysis, the authors determined the essence of the educational practice of the adviser to the Director of education, outlined its characteristics, proposed a classification of educational practices, and provided examples of educational practices implemented in the Russian Federation.

    The study focuses on the demand for marketing tools in modern conditions in managing the development of problematic territorial-administrative entities of Russia. Despite the increase in the number of studies of individual aspects of territorial marketing (image, destinations), there is a lack of a comprehensive approach to solving the problem of optimizing the structure of the economy and ensuring sustainable development of small towns in Russia. The need to consider not individual areas of territorial marketing, as applied to small towns, but to develop a unified approach to resolving the problems of development lags based on a study of typical representatives in this category is substantiated. In modern conditions, the definition of «unique» market positions, based on the introduction of marketing technologies into the management of a problematic municipality, with their subsequent «business conversion», their most optimal positioning.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is a historical analysis of the formation and development of Russian legislation governing the provision of medical services. The main regulatory legal acts regulating the healthcare sector throughout its history, from the time of Kievan Rus to the present, are presented. During the study, three key periods of development of legislation in the field of medicine were identified: pre-revolutionary, Soviet and post-Soviet. An analysis of sources and modern publications showed that this problem has worried the rulers of the Russian state since ancient times and has not lost its relevance in our time. For a long time, medical activity existed in isolation from law. Over time, society and the state as a whole began to understand the seriousness of the adverse consequences of medical activity. In conclusion, the authors conclude that with the development of law in the modern world, there is every reason to recognize the existence of medical law and create a single set of laws that will regulate relations between medical organizations, their employees and patients.

    The article describes the difficulties of guessing riddles by the type of "Description of signs" in second grade students with ONR (III level of speech development). The answers and their causes are given. The children give the presented answers after listening to the riddle holistically, without additional types of help. The reasons for such responses can serve as a basis for determining the areas of work and types of assistance in order to expand knowledge and ideas about the surrounding reality among students of the second grades with ONR (III level of speech development).

    Abstract. The search for ways to ensure economic security is a necessity for stable and sustainable development of regions in conditions of turbulence, and also allows to reduce the scale of intra-regional and inter-regional imbalances. The article examines the state of economic security of the Republic of Buryatia, which is part of the Far Eastern Federal District, assesses the weaknesses that hinder the socio-economic development of the republic, and proposes relevant ways to ensure economic security. It is recommended to accelerate the creation of new industries in Buryatia based on advanced technologies, develop the tourism industry, intensify cooperation with Mongolia, and create industrial and agro-industrial parks. As a result, the Republic of Buryatia will be able to develop according to the optimistic scenario and demonstrate GRP growth rates exceeding the average values ​​for Russia and the Far Eastern Federal District.

    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

A study of the activities of the Moscow hospitality complex On Sukharevka LLC is devoted to their search.     The article is devoted to the study of the activities of pedologists of the Chuvash ASSR and aims to analyze the historically first study devoted to the intelligence of Chuvash children. The study is based on the publications of the first pedologists from Chuvashia F. P. Petrov and M. E. Efimov. In accordance with the historical and psychological methods described by V. A. Koltsova, the work uses problematic and source study methods. The study is written in the aspect of the history of pedagogy. A graduate student of the Kazan Oriental Pedagogical Institute, F. P. Petrov with a team of students, for the first time carried out a comprehensive study of the intellectual development of Chuvash children using the Binet-Simon test method, widely known among Soviet pedologists. At first, pedologists took the test method in Russian, then it was translated into the Chuvash language with appropriate text changes in relation to the everyday and speech characteristics of the Chuvash. The result of the study was the book published in Cheboksary, "The experience of studying the intellectual development of Chuvash children using the Binet-Simon method", published in 1928. The book caused serious objections from the head of the pedological office at the Chuvash Scientific Research Institute M. E. Efimov; he believed that the author was biased against Chuvash children and violated the methodological principle of making tests. The correspondence polemic between two Chuvash pedologists about the measurement of children’s intelligence, along with similar cases in the country’s republics, prompted L. S. Vygotsky to call for an understanding of the problems of national pedology, with its leading problem – the measurement of intelligence.
