  • The Use Method of Circular Training for the Development of Strength Abilities of Students of RTSAU in Classes on Basic Physical Culture

    Abstract:
    The article discusses methodological recommendations and general principles of conducting classes on basic physical culture at the university using the method of circular training. The authors set a goal: to study the influence of the circular training method on the development of strength abilities of the muscles of the upper shoulder girdle and lower extremities in female students. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: analysis of educational and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing. It was assumed that the use of circular training using moderate weights without changing the weight of the projectiles, but increasing the number of series-circles, would lead to an increase in the strength indicators of the subjects. The study took place over three months. During this period of time, 2nd-year students of the Faculty of Economics of the K. A. Timiryazev Academy were undergoing a training program in the discipline basic physical culture according to the system of circular training proposed by us, focused on the development of strength abilities. According to the results of the study, all the subjects were able to significantly increase the number of repetitions in strength tests: push-ups from the prone position and squats with a barbell weighing 35 kg. Thus, we have come to the following conclusions: 1) the use of the circular training method in basic physical education classes is effective for the development of students' strength abilities; 2) circular training with fixed weights is successfully applied not only to develop the quality of endurance, but also the actual strength abilities of the muscles of the shoulder girdle and lower extremities.

    The purpose of the study is to evaluate the possibilities of self-development of professional competencies of a young (novice) teacher in the process of research activities in order to enrich the natural science subject-spatial environment. The article presents the opinions of scientists E.I. Petrenko, L.V. Ignatieva about the role and place of research activity of a young teacher – a former student who graduated from a higher educational institution or a trainee student who began teaching as a student, who knows many teaching methods, has studied various scientific disciplines in his field, or a teacher who has worked for up to 5 years. In their opinion, the competence of a graduate is manifested in the willingness (motivation and personal qualities) to apply knowledge, skills and experience for successful professional or other activities in the presence of problems and resources. The creation of methodological resources begins with a bachelor student at a university and is the result of research activity of a young teacher in school. Young teacher often experiences difficulties while choosing material for "Environmental Studies" with the purpose of junior schoolers achieving different results. Scientific novelty is the idea of creating innovative methodological projects which enrich subject-spatial environment of elementary school aimed at development of natural subjects and research skills of students that took "Environmental Studies' subject. The author managed to define methodological innovations presented as guidance manual which were created while writing a diploma then were approbated under the conditions of educational space of school. "Geographer's diary", "Society city" interactive game, researcher's handbook "Way to health", "Briefcase museum" call for analyzing of different topics of scientific topic, creation of which requires research competence of a teacher. The resources provided directed at enriching school's subject-spatial environment since work with the resources means usage of subject equipment. It was proved that having learned basic professional competence in university young teacher can develop them in school's educational space. Basic directions of activities on development of professional competences are: methodological work, innovative activity, project-research teacher's activity, Young specialist can approbate created methodological materials under actual conditions of school thus enriching audience's subject environment, providing individual educational requirements of all subject of educational process.

    The purpose of the article is to substantiate approaches to the development of educational and methodological kits for preschool educational institutions of the Chuvash Republic on the development of native speech and teaching native language, literary education in the Chuvash language. Literature analysis, study of the history of the formation and development of methods of speech development and literary education of pre-school students: the views of the founders of the methodology of speech development (E.I. Tikheeva, E.A. Fleerin, O.I. Soloviev, etc.) and literary education of pre-school students (M.M. Konina, L.M. Gurovich, Z.A. Gritsenko, etc.). The need for a systematic approach to work on speech development (E.I. Tikheeva), justification of the approach to the lesson as the main leading form of education (M.M. Alekseeva, V.I. Yashina), modern requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard in working with preschoolers and the views of classical teachers (E.A. Fleerin, A.P. Usova, O.A. Skorolupova), the importance of a comprehensive approach to solving speech development problems (F.A. Sokhin, O.S. Ushakov), the peculiar tasks of familiarization with fiction, different approaches to the purpose of a children's book, studies of the peculiarities of artistic perception among preschoolers, changing views on the role of a children's book and its aesthetic nature (L.M.     The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the formation and development of library management of the Chuvash Autonomous Region. The purpose of the article is to consider the state of library management in Chuvashia in the 20s of the twentieth century and the main activities of reading huts and libraries in raising the educational and cultural level of the population in the period under review. The article is written on the basis of a thorough analysis of a wide range of literature on the topic, statistical collections, the study and selection of materials from central and local state archives, most of which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. It was revealed that in the years under study, many methods of mass work were developed and tested in practice, which, being improved at subsequent stages in connection with new tasks, have been used and used by libraries to this day: thematic book exhibitions, review evenings, literary evenings, evenings for discussion of new works of fiction, long-term mass campaigns to promote relevant books and libraries among the population, etc. It is concluded that libraries and reading rooms during the period under study gradually gained experience in cultural and educational work: from the mechanical issuance of books, passive service of readers to the search for methods of active work among the masses. By the mid-1920s, libraries and reading rooms began to switch to more organized and planned work.

    To build an integral innovation ecosystem that allows organize the building up of innovative potential, effective use and increase the competitiveness of Russia in a dynamically changing market environment it’s necessary to require a systemic transformation of all spheres of human activity. The paper analyzes different variations of conditions that determine the formation of an innovative economy and an increase in the country's rating at the global level. The main factors that have the maximum impact on the innovation activity resulting indicators are investigated. Innovative development forecast models are constructed depending on the changes intensity in factors that are sensitive to variations in global trends. The need for a systemic restructuring of the traditional economic structure is argued.
