    Abstract:
    This article discusses the development of self-esteem in primary school age, its changes and factors of self-esteem in students from the first to fourth grades. The article gives the concept of self-esteem. The authors note that the primary school teacher should take into account the psychological, individual and differentiated approach to learning. Self-assessment of a junior schoolchild is an unstable phenomenon and becomes differentiated. This is manifested in the emergence of the emotional orientation of the general self-esteem and the child's ability to self-assess.

    Due to the progress in science and technology and the changing character of social relationships contemporary polycultural society makes increasingly high demands on the personality of a primary school teacher, his professionalism, competences and personal qualities. The author points out that the aim of education is personal, cognitive, polycultural development of students providing such key competence as the ability to learn. Universal learning activities formed by the teacher at each stage of the class, their properties and quality determine the effectiveness of the educational process, in particular knowledge assimilation, skills formation, image of the world and main types of students’ competences.

    Abstract:
    In the modern context complex, stable and balanced development of the region is possible only with the presence of developed and effectively implemented regional investment policy. In this regard, there is a need for the continuous development of scientific, methodological and practical aspects of the effective formation and implementation of RIPs, the search for methods and mechanisms for attracting investment resources to the regional economy, and ensuring a favorable investment climate. The research involves general methods for studying: observation, comparison, comprehensiveness, consistency, analysis, synthesis, as well as modeling and logical approach. The study clarified the concept of “regional investment policy” and its content, identified RIP types, identified the goal, objectives and principles of RIP development and implementation, proposed a model of RIP development and implementation, disclosed factors and problems of RIP formation and implementation, improved efficiency measures process of formation and implementation of the RIP. Application of the presented approach and model makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the development and implementation of the RIP, to ensure the region’s high competitiveness, stability, security, and improved adaptation to changing conditions.

    The author of the article notes that the legal culture determines the level of legal knowledge, legal understanding and legitimacy. The article considers the peculiarities of the formation of the legal culture of the reign of Peter the Great. Attention is paid to causality and factors affecting the quality and condition of the legal consciousness and legal culture of the period under study looked through in the historical and legal context. The researcher concluded that the reforms of Peter I significantly changed the content of the legal culture of Russian society, primarily due to the increasing role of legislation and politics.

    Abstract:
    The concepts of "individual" and "individuality" are revealed in this article. Depending on the determination, two types of individuality are distinguished, which complement each other. The work reveals the structure and origins of children's individuality, examines the reasons for the emergence of individuality of a person. The author comes to the conclusion that individual differences are peculiar features of each person's development, distinguishing it from others, implying: the characteristics of the individual (physical, age, sexual, nervous) and personal development (cognitive, emotional, social, emotional-volitional, motivational, etc.), which are formed and displayed in activities of any kind (game, educational, communicative, labor).

    The author reflects the tendency of developing innovative strategies in the documents of state and municipal authorities. The classification of innovative strategies in the system of state and municipal management is made from the position of reaction to changes in the external and internal environment. The author's interpretation of the term «innovative strategy» and understanding of the strategic stages of innovative process at the organizational and managerial levels in the system of state and municipal management are formulated. An approach to understanding the tasks and levels of the innovative strategy of the authorities is presented and a procedure is proposed for selecting an innovative strategy and conducting innovative strategic analysis of innovation activities for organizational and managerial levels in present system of management.     In this work the question of educational and methodical ensuring discipline «Choral solfeggio» in the Higher educational institution in the direction of preparation «Conducting» is brought up. Various methodical approaches in a number of not numerous grants addressed to choral conductors, in particular the last years, based on use of constructive and «live» material in teaching this discipline, and the works devoted to the main forms are analyzed: intoning, acoustical analysis, dictation.     Abstract:
    In pedagogy, there is a problem of increasing the students' motivation for learning. A possible option is to motivate students to study voluminous educational material - to provoke a personal interest. In the course of medical genetics, personal interest can be brought about by self-examination to identify small anomalies of development and study their inheritance in their pedigree. At the beginning of the educational process, students received Excel files containing a formalized clinical phenotype clinical file, PowerPoint files, 1) instructions for its design, measurement and calculation of anthropometric indicators, and 2) an instruction for compiling a clinical genealogical pedigree. A medico-statistical study was conducted of the incidence of small anomalies in a heterogeneous population of students. Gender differences in the frequency of inheritance of some small developmental anomalies are established, without any connection with the nationality and place of permanent residence.
