    Abstract:
    The literary creativity of I.Ya. Yakovlev is analyzed in this article. It's noted that his works harmoniously combine didactic and aesthetic features. In the history of the Chuvash literature I.Ya. Yakovlev became one of the founders of the Chuvash juvenile literature. His stories are distinguished by vivid imagery and language simplicity. The heroes of the works (people, animals, plants) are characters close to understanding, living next to young readers. The relevance of the study stems from the fact that the works of I.Ya. Yakovlev can be widely used in the moral and spiritual education of preschool and primary schoolers. In this regard, the purpose of this article was to focus attention on the fact that when analyzing the writer's stories, it is necessary to consider the Chuvash national mentality, didactic and aesthetic features at the same level. Only such an analysis contributes to a deeper understanding of the main idea of the work.  The research subject is Ivan Yakovlev's short stories-miniatures and scientific research of Chuvash literary critics. As part of the study, the following results were obtained: folklore becomes a significant phenomenon in Yakovlev's stories, his work became the first step and the basis of the Chuvash juvenile literature.

  • Peculiarities of the Spot the Nonsense method performance in 5-year-old children with level III general delay in speech development. (report 1)

    Abstract:
    The introduction describes the features of thinking, perception and analyzing observation of children with ONR, which make it difficult to correctly analyze and evaluate visual information. The research methodology is the task «Nelepies» in the version presented by R.S. Nemov. The results of the study provide generalized quantitative results for individual absurdities. Qualitative analysis captures the correct answers and reveals the mechanisms of children's erroneous answers. Qualitative characteristics of the analysis carried out by normally developing children and children with OHP (III level) aged 5 years when considering this image are presented: options for explaining inconsistencies (whether everything is drawn correctly) and options for clarifying answers (how it should actually be). For each option for explaining and clarifying discrepancies, generalized quantitative data and a quantitative difference between the results of normally developing children and children with OHP (III level) are given. All variants of explanations and clarifications are illustrated by the children's answers and presented in accordance with the quantitative difference between the indicators of children with normal speech development and GR (III level). At the same time, variants with a quantitative predominance in the norm, variants with a quantitative predominance in OHP (level III) and variants that are noted only in OHP (level III) are indicated. In conclusion, a sequence of established options for explanations and clarifications is presented in terms of the degree of quantitative difference between the indicators of normally developing children and children with OHP (level III) from a larger difference to a smaller one.

  • Information Potential and Representativeness of The First General Population Census Of 1897 in The Bessarab Province

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the practice of preparing and conducting the First General Population Census in 1897 on the territory of the Bessarabian province. The research area was not chosen by chance and is connected with the events of today, namely the practice of determining the language of communication and functioning on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. The relevance of the study is beyond doubt, since, to study the composition of the population, the dynamics of the population and national composition, the social picture of the region, primary sources and their analysis by contemporaries of the First General Census of the Russian Empire are used, which allows answering some provocative questions of modern historians and politicians. The identification of the subjects, methods and stages of the census makes it possible to clarify the specifics of this approach in relation to the Russian Empire, since the methods and technologies for conducting population censuses borrowed in Europe required revision and adjustment, taking into account the realities of the Russian Empire. One cannot but agree that the results of the census have many shortcomings, in particular, in terms of the ethnic composition of the population, social groups and categories, the language of communication, the occupations of the inhabitants of the Bessarabian province, which is explained by the very organization of the census, the lack of qualified personnel, insufficient funding, etc. d. But, at the same time, it must be taken into account that for their time these were the necessary data and indicators that subsequently made it possible to determine the policy of the central government on the ground and in particular with regard to Bessarabia – the territory of which for many years was under the control of the Ottoman Empire and around which geopolitical disputes.

  • Dynamics of the number of Chuvash speakers on the basis of the 2002–2021 Russian population censuses

    Abstract:
    The situation of the Chuvash language in the Russian Federation is presented in the light of the 2020 population census. The aim of the study is to understand whether the tempos of the language shift have changed compared to the previous decade. For the sake of comparison, the process of ethnic assimilation of the Chuvash population is also studied. The differences between the five regions with the highest concentration of Chuvash speakers are analyzed, and the position of Chuvash in Chuvashia is contrasted with the one of the official languages in the other five republics of the Volga Federal District. Research results. The analysis shows a serious deterioration in the quality of the 2020 census data compared to previous ones. This problem is partially solved by weighting them. The results show an average annual decline of about three percent of Chuvash speakers at both the Federation and Chuvashia levels throughout the 2010–2020 decade. This represents a doubling of the rate in comparison to the previous intercensal period. This degree of language shift is similar to that observed for Chuvash in Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, but lower than in the Ulyanovsk and Samara regions. The other official languages of the District have drops in the number of speakers in their respective republics similar to those of Chuvash in Chuvashia, including Tatar in Tatarstan. An apparent exception is Bashkir, but the data also indicate serious issues for the languages of Bashkortostan.

    The article attempts to consider the phenomenon of social necrophilia, described by Erich Fromm, from the angle of transformations taking place in the world in the digital age. Digitalization intensifies necrophilic tendencies of modern civilization: mechanization and robotization, dominance of the material, fixation on the past, etc.; contributes to an outbreak of interest in the once taboo subject of death, so it’s worth talking about digital necrophilia. It is noted that the virtual mode of being creates a wide range of opportunities for a fixed representation of one's Self (social networks), for the release of aggression (cyberbullying, cancelling), for the reorganization of funeral culture and the process of mourning (digital cemeteries, memorials).   • Universal Archetypes in the Novel «Alkhalalalai» by the Sami Writer N. Bolshakova

    Abstract:
    The literature of the Kola Sami, an indigenous small-numbered people of the Arctic, is still insufficiently researched by literary critics and is little known to the scientific community. The novel «Alkhalalalai» by Nadezhda Bolshakova, a member of the Writers' Union of Russia, is the first novel in the literature of the Kola Sami. The article is devoted to the study of the archetypal basis of the novel. The analysis of universal archetypes of the Great Mother, Virgin, Heavenly Father, Rebirth, etc. is carried out. The methodology of the research consists of works in the field of cultural studies, ethnography, anthropology and psychology; mythology and folklore; literary theory; literary studies of Sami literature. The main methodological principle in the work was the application of C.G. Jung's theory of archetypes, reinterpreted by literary criticism. To solve the research tasks, methods of theoretical analysis of works in the field of anthropology, cultural studies, mythology, folklore, literary studies were used; synthesis of the data obtained; comparative analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that in the text of the work, the worldview of the aborigines of the North was reflected, among other things, in the system of universal archetypes, ritual and mytho-folklore elements. Since the novel belongs to ethnic literatures, elements of the archaic worldview of ancient man are strong in it. The literary creativity of the Sami is still influenced by the myths and folklore of the Northern culture.

    In this article, in a thesis order, issues related to a life full of events and fruitful research activities, as well as active scientific and organizational work of a prominent Turkmen comparative linguist, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Honored Scientist Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan Byashim Charyyarov, the 100th anniversary of which is widely and solemnly celebrated by the scientific community of the country in the current year 2022. The article provides some important details and significant details from his life. One of the main areas of scientific activity of B. Charyyarov is a systematic description of the facts of the modern Turkmen literary language. He is one of the leading authors and executive editors of the «Grammar of the Turkmen language», which consists of two parts: «Phonetics and morphology» (1970) and «Syntax of a phrase and a simple sentence» (1977). Under the leadership and with the participation of B. Charyyarov, more than ten collections devoted to various issues of the culture of speech of the Turkmen literary language were published. He is one of the compilers and executive editors of the «Russian-Turkmen Dictionary», published first in 1956, and then in two volumes – in 1986 and 1987.

  • The Phenomenon of Bilingualism in Udmurt Literature (on the Example of G. E. Vereshchagin’s Works)

    The article describes the phenomenon of bilingualism, expressed in Udmurt literature at the origins of its formation. An analytical insight of this phenomenon is undertaken on the example of the works of the first Udmurt writer G. E. Vereshchagin, namely, on one of his poems. The introductory part briefly describes the various possible forms of a writer's bilingualism, one of which is adopted by the author under study. Several hypothetical versions are proposed to explain the reasons for the Udmurt writer's appeal to self-translation. An analysis of his lullaby “Glaucous, glaucous dovelet!” in Udmurt and its translated version in Russian, carried out by G. E. Vereshchagin himself, is provided. In the course of a comparative study, similarities and differences were found. It is summarized that the formation of a bilingual context in Udmurt literature begins with the works of G. E. Vereshchagin. Through the author's translation, his poetic creativity is also presented to the Russian-speaking reader for the first time. It is revealed that in the translated text the poet successfully embodied the national stylistics and figurative expressiveness inherent in the original. The study of the bilingual creativity of G. E. Vereshchagin contributes to the understanding of the bilingual phenomenon of national literature.

  • Optimization of Mental States and Interpersonal Relationships of Children in Preschool

    Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of optimizing the psychological states of children through the formation of their interpersonal states with a teacher and peers. Relevance. Based on the analysis of literary sources, it was revealed that violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions and on mental states. This was the basis for the development and implementation of a comprehensive program to optimize the mental states and relationships of children in their relationship. Violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact not only on mental states, but also on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions. This makes it necessary to develop a program of socio-psychological training for teachers and the need to work towards the harmonization of relations among peers. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for optimizing mental states in the process of forming positive interpersonal relationships in a group of preschool educational institutions. Research methods. The article uses theoretical methods of research: analysis of domestic and foreign methodological sources, results of psychological and pedagogical research, study of the resources of educational portals of the Internet, generalization of materials of scientific and practical conferences, forums; practical methods: observation, interviewing, survey, questionnaire, mathematical and statistical methods of processing results (the criterion r is used – Pearson's linear correlation coefficient, etc.). Results and discussion. The author offers the results of a study of the relationship between interpersonal relationships with a teacher and peers with mental states, describes the author's program for optimizing the mental states of children in the pre-school group through the formation of interpersonal relationships. Diagnostic methods are proposed to determine the teacher's attitude to children, interpersonal relationships of children in the preschool group, the actor's method "Mishkin's family" in order to identify the mental states of children determined in relations with the teacher and peers. Conclusions. In our opinion, it is the complex of psychological impact on teachers, coupled with psychological and pedagogical impact on children, that will contribute to a significant increase in the level of interpersonal relationships of children in the immediate social environment and reduce the indicators of negative mental states.

    This article examines the problem of interaction of adolescents with their peers from a psychological and pedagogical point of view. The alleged causes of violations are revealed. The ways of overcoming psychological and pedagogical problems in the interaction of adolescents are discussed.

    Abstract:
    At the present stage, the international information and communication network Internet is actively used to post extremist materials. Using global virtual channels and computer communication capabilities, ideologists of extremist movements and groups actively influence the consciousness of citizens and, first of all, young people. The authors note a significant increase in recent years in the risks of involving young people in extremist communities through psychological pressure via the Internet; they analyze the criminological causes of this phenomenon, consider legal and other measures to counter the spread of extremism in the educational environment of Russia.

    Abstract:
    This article discusses the importance of the formation of interrelationship in solving tactical tasks using success mechanisms in the process of forming tactical thinking for the application of fighting techniques in duels. It is well known that in the theory of armwrestling, it is customary to single out tactics for achieving success, in which patterns of contact interaction with an opponent in a duel are accumulated, allowing purposefully changing and controlling competitive actions to achieve victory. The purpose of the study is to identify, influence, education of psychological qualities of hand wrestlers on the results of competitions with the use of sports equipment. The results of the study are an indicator of the development of tactical thinking by athletes at competitions. Conclusions. The allocation of tactical skills, success mechanisms and tactical tasks in tactical thinking allows you to concretize the tactical thinking of a hand wrestler. Applying tactical skills, a handyman can apply techniques of technical actions intentionally and at the same time not being late, but even ahead of the opponent. Thus, the means and methods used in the training process to develop tactical thinking at the initial stage of preparation had a positive effect on performances. Biomechanical mechanisms of success are, first of all: 1) deliberate or reciprocal movements of the wrestler, which the opponent uses to his advantage; 2) the relative positions of the wrestler (body, arms, legs) in grapples, stands, etc. – which gives spatial advantages when conducting wrestling techniques; 3) inertial characteristics of movement, which set an irreversible character when performing actions and while the athlete can change them, he will already lose the confrontation. They also include mechanisms for the use of distance, tempo, rhythmic and other characteristics of biomechanical interaction of wrestlers. Psychophysiological mechanisms of success are based on the use of psychomotor, coordination and emotional reactions of the opponent, and also include hidden and open influence on his mental mechanisms of orientation and movement control.
